When we talk about sexuality, it is often misinterpreted as a conversation that is primarily about sex. Meanwhile, the extent of the discussion of sexuality is broader than just the issue of sex, which is more offensive to the organic angle. Sexuality is the way a person meets, appreciates, and communicates his thoughts as a sexual being. Overall, it concerns how a person uses his soul, making use of his feelings and actions depending on his situation as a sexual being. This paper discusses the idea of sexuality in Islam, the focus of the study is on sexuality in Islam. The formulation of this paper; First researching sexuality, there are people who react separately (actually) not as far as scholastic, also concentrating on sexuality will increase a person's capacity to be more subtle and careful in sexual relations with their partners. Issues in sexuality are about the notion of sexuality, the organization and the notion of sexuality in the Qur'an. The sex that is allowed and guaranteed by standards, religion and law is hetero provided that they must marry. For a while, there was another trend, namely a certain homosexuality. Gay people are not recognized in the public arena, especially tight networks. Islam has regulated things that are identical with sexuality, Islam gives space to heteros, on the grounds that it is sunnatullah. While homosexuality, both gay and lesbian, is a fahishah (terrible) act, such demonstrations are haram.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kajian pustaka (library research) yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai bunuh diri dalam pandangan al-Qur’an melalui pendekatan tafsir tahli>li> terhadap QS. al-Nisa>’/4; 29-30 pada khususnya, dan ayat-ayat yang lain pada umumnya yang berhubungan dengan bunuh diri. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan tafsir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengutip, menyadur dan menganalisis literatur-literatur yang representatif dan relevan dengan masalah yang dibahas, kemudian mengulas dan menyimpulkannya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindakan bunuh diri menjadi pilihan akhir seseorang apabila tidak menemukan solusi dari problem hidup yang dihadapinya. Al-Qur’an secara tegas melarang tindakan bunuh diri. Dampak buruk bagi pelaku bunuh diri ada tiga, pertama, kesulitan dan kesengsaraan ketika hidup. Kedua, rasa sakit yang luar biasa ketika sakara>t al-mawt. Ketiga, ganjaran berupa kekekalan dan siksaan yang tiada henti di neraka. Bunuh diri dapat dicegah dengan cara memelihara kesehatan mental berdasarkan tiga metode, yaitu pertama, metode Ima>niyah, yaitu keyakinan bahwa Allah Swt. senantiasa memberi petunjuk. Kedua, metode Isla>miyah, yaitu membentuk pribadi seseorang menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik. Ketiga, metode Ihsa>niyah, yaitu senantiasa menjaga fikiran dan prasangka baik dalam diri.

Understanding the Koran requires knowledge of methodology to make it easier to ground the purposes of divine revelation to humans. There are many methods of interpreting the Qur'an, but all of these methods have not been able to meet the needs and demands of the times, so we need a new method that is scientific in nature and can answer the challenges of the times and human problems. The methodological method that is in line with scientific research methods and does not contradict the objectives of the Qur'an and prophetic treatises is the maud} u> 'y method or thematic method, where this method can be used in all scientific disciplines to find answers. The Qur'an about it is comprehensive, comprehensive, and can be scientifically justified

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran Dr. Zaki Najib Mahmud dalam Hukum Islam, jenis penelitian ini studi pustaka (library research). data penelitian ini diperoleh dari beberapa kitab atau buku yang membahas tentang pemikiran-pemikiran Dr. Zaki Najib Mahmud dalam Hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Revolusi Pemikiran Dr. Zaki Najib Mahmud adalah dengan memandang sesuatu dengan sikap kritis. Tidak menerima begitu saja sebuah ide, sebaliknya juga tidak menolak begitu saja. Nalar positivisme logis semacam ini sangat mempengaruhi pandangannya tentang turats. Dr. Zaki Najib Mahmud melihat bahwa turats dipenuhi dengan hal-hal yang bersifat laa ma’qul dan yang ma’qul. Sisi ma’qul dari turats Islam yang lebih terbuka, dialogis, dan reformis ini masih minim perhatian. Nalar positivisme dalam memahami turats seperti yang dikembangkan oleh Dr. Zaki Najib Mahmud, berimplikasi terhadap perkembangan pemikiran di kalangan pesantren. Ide-ide positivistik mereka banyak tercerap oleh kalangan pesantren.

Kedua, rasa sakit yang luar biasa ketika sakara>t al-mawt. Ketiga, ganjaran berupa kekekalan dan siksaan yang tiada henti di neraka. Bunuh diri dapat dicegah dengan cara memelihara kesehatan mental berdasarkan tiga metode, yaitu pertama, metode Ima>niyah, yaitu keyakinan bahwa Allah Swt. senantiasa memberi petunjuk. Kedua, metode Isla>miyah, yaitu membentuk pribadi seseorang menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik. Ketiga, metode Ihsa>niyah, yaitu senantiasa menjaga fikiran dan prasangka baik dalam diri.

One form of the Qur'anic interpretation is the interpretation of the Qur'an using a fiqh or legal approach. This interpretation method existed during the time of the Prophet SAW, but it was not yet structured methodologically based on the analysis of scientific study methods as is known today, then the interpretation of the fiqh received attention from scholars later on which later gave birth to a number of interpretation works entitled Tafsir Ayat al-Ahkam or Al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Qur'an. The interpretation of the Qur'an using a fiqh approach aims to foster legal awareness for Muslims to direct them in upholding the law of Allah SWT and prevent them from disbelief, injustice and wickedness in relation to the enforcement of the law of Allah SWT. However, in the development of human life, especially in the modern era, constitutional laws and regulations have been issued in a country - especially a country with a Muslim majority - where various rules and laws become the legal umbrella and patron of law enforcement which normatively can erode and distance Muslim society from the law of Allah SWT. Therefore, so that the Law of Allah SWT can continue to be the patron and legal umbrella in creating justice, wisdom and prosperity of life, there is no other way for Muslim society, except to make efforts to harmonize the enforcement and implementation of the law of Allah with positive law which of course must begin with a study and identification as well as contextual understanding of law through the path of legal literacy of the Qur'an and positive law by using various methodological tools with practical scientific steps. For that reason, in this paper, the author proposes a methodological step in an effort to harmonize the law of Allah SWT in the Qur'an with positive law in the constitution of a country through the method of Tafsir fiqhiy study with a contextual comparative approach (Muqaranatul al-mqashid), legal principles and legal rules all of which aim to foster awareness of every Muslim individual and their society back to the implementation and enforcement of the law of Allah SWT through an understanding of the Qur'an which is harmonized with positive law, both constitutional law and customary law of a society.

The interpretation of the Qur'an in the contemporary context cannot be separated from the influence of the social and cultural environment surrounding the interpreters. Different from the classical approach which tends to be textual and normative, contemporary interpretation is more open to the dynamics of modern society, including issues of gender, human rights, pluralism, and social change. This article aims to examine how socio-cultural factors influence the process and results of interpretation of the Qur'an by contemporary interpreters. Using qualitative methods based on literature studies and a hermeneutic approach, this study analyzes the works of several modern interpreters such as Fazlur Rahman, Amina Wadud, and Quraish Shihab. The findings show that social and cultural constructions play a significant role in shaping the perspective, choice of themes, and emphasis of meaning in the resulting interpretation. Interpretation is no longer understood as a single product of the text, but as a dynamic dialogue between the text, context, and interpreter. This article concludes that awareness of socio-cultural influences can open up space for more relevant, humanistic, and contextual interpretations in responding to the challenges of the times. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more inclusive and reflective contemporary interpretation methodology.

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di tingkat sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membangun dasar keterampilan berbahasa siswa di era globalisasi. Namun, berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan media pembelajaran interaktif dan metode pengajaran konvensional masih menjadi tantangan. Program pendampingan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di SD Inpres 6/86 Balle melalui permainan edukatif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta keterampilan berbahasa mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan tahapan meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan pengembangan. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis permainan edukatif mampu meningkatkan daya ingat kosakata, kepercayaan diri dalam berbicara, serta motivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Meskipun demikian, masih diperlukan upaya lanjutan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif serta pelatihan bagi guru agar metode ini dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan.
