Abstract

The global movement towards inclusive education has gained momentum in recent years, aiming to provide equitable education for all students, regardless of their abilities. Indonesia, in response to this transformative movement, has ratified an inclusive education policy, aiming to provide educational opportunities to students with disabilities within regular classroom settings. However, translating policy into practice poses significant challenges, with deeply entrenched medical model perspectives influencing public perceptions of individuals with disabilities.This article delves into the necessity of fostering a comprehensive understanding of and valuing diversity to support the establishment of an inclusive school environment in Indonesia. It explores the essential shift from the medical to the social model in understanding students with disabilities and highlights the significant role of beliefs and attitudes in shaping the implementation of inclusive education. Furthermore, it examines the alignment of Islamic values, particularly the "Fikih Difabel", with the principles of inclusive education.The article emphasizes the pivotal role of creating an inclusive culture within schools, guided by the Index for Inclusion, to develop sustainable inclusive practices. Strategies to overcome challenges in promoting acceptance and inclusivity among stakeholders, including educators, parents, and students, are proposed, such as education and awareness, engaging religious scholars, collaboration and partnership, cultivating an inclusive school culture, parent and community involvement, monitoring and evaluation, and advocacy for policy reform.By aligning inclusive education principles with Islamic values, specifically through the "Fikih Difabel," Muhammadiyah can lead by example in fostering inclusive school environments within its institutions. These efforts can positively impact the lives of students with disabilities and promote a sense of unity and empathy among all students, contributing to a truly inclusive society in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to disclosure comprehensive the leadership of Kiai (Islamic leader) in leading the implementation of Islamic boarding school. It was qualitative research by using case study in tahfidz Daarul Qur’an boarding school, Tangerang, Banten Indonesia in 2013.The data were collected through partisipant observation using interview, observation, document study and recordings. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) the styles of Kiai’s leadership to fulfill the types of leadership, they are charismatic, democratic and situational, (2) the influences of Kiai’s leadership shown by a formal strength as the founder of boarding school, have a high, popular and charismatic scientific religion, (3) the functions of Kiai’s leadership includes the function of briefing, exemplary, decision maker, problem solving and guiding, (4) the impacts of Kiai’s leadership gives the positive impacts with the numbers of Hafidz Quran (Koran Memorizer) and the adequate facilities and infrastructures. The negative impacts are with the mode of fraud business.The result of the research gives the recommendation for the Kiai’s leadership in leading the boarding school can be accompanied by the strength team in applying the program of tahfidz in the boarding school and it needs to continue the next research connected to Kiai’s leadership and more portions of activities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini  sangat terasa dan hampir semua bidang telah menggunakannya, untuk akses infomasi bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja baik dirumah ditempat kerja bahkan waktu liburan sekalipun. Pengelola data secara digital yang dapat dilakukan secara akurat, tepat dan cepat. Pemanfaatan informasi digital bisa dimanfaatkan sesuai kebutuhan. Dipelayanan penduduk di kelurahan Kertak Baru Ulu sering terjadi pendataan terulang-ulang, hardcopy hilang, penyimpanan data yang tidak tertata dengan rapi, adanya warga baru yang bingung  mengurus pindah atau datang di tempat tersebut. Meliputi pendataan penduduk, penerbitan surat pengantar atau keterangan . Sistem pelayanan penduduk di wilayah kelurahan Kertak Baru Ulu masih bersifat pembukuan atau arsip sehingga rawan terjadinya redudansi data penduduk yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan jumlah data penduduk, kesulitan pada saat perekapan laporan bulanan jumlah penduduk sering terjadi, serta masih tidak adanya sistem kearsipan data penduduk sehingga dalam pencarian data sangat sulit dan rawan hilang. Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini adalah untuk merancang Sistem Informasi peningkatan pelayanan penduduk yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan pihak pengurus kelurahan Kertak Baru Ulu dalam pelaksanaan melayani penduduk, sehingga membantu mencapai hasil kerja yang maksimal dan dapat menunjang informasi yang cepat dan akurat

Abstract

This study examines how project-based learning (PBL) impacts deep learning by emphasizing meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable learning aspects in learning English ,as a foreign language (EFL). PBL involves students in real projects and encourages them to collaborate, participate and solve problems. This research shows that using PBL can improve students' learning skills in English as a foreign language (EFL). This research uses a thematic analysis method. The sample of this study was 30 students of grade 11 of MA PPKP RIibathul Khail Tenggarong, who had previously participated in English learning using the project-based learning (PBL) method. The instruments used in this research include observation sheets, questionnaires, pre-test and post-test. The instruments will be tested for validity and reliability through expert validity assessments and Cronbach's Alpha reliability tests. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using statistical analysis techniques.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently very pronounced and almost all fields have used it, access to information can be done anywhere and at any time, whether at home, work or even during holidays. Digital data management that can be done accurately, precisely and quickly. Utilization of digital information can be used as needed. In the service of residents in the Pasar Lama sub-district, data collection often occurs repeatedly, hardcopies are lost, data storage is not neatly arranged, there are new residents who are confused about how to move or come to that place. Includes population data collection, issuance of a letter of introduction or statement. The population service system in the Pasar Lama sub-district area is still bookkeeping or archiving so it is prone to redundancy in population data which can result in inaccurate population data, difficulties often occur when compiling monthly reports on population numbers, and there is still no population data archiving system resulting in data searches very difficult and prone to being lost. The aim of this service is to design an Information System to improve population services which is expected to make it easier for the Pasar Lama sub-district administrators to serve the population, thereby helping to achieve maximum work results and supporting fast and accurate information.
