Abstract

The discourse on the hidden curriculum has not yet been scientifically touched upon in studies oriented towards curriculum in the Indonesian context. Therefore, this qualitative research seeks to address the discourse on the hidden curriculum. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the Islamic religious education subject at SMA Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. Informants in the study were the Principal of SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong and Islamic Education Teachers. The data were garnered using in-depth interviews with the informants. The data were then analyzed using an interactive model. This study found that SMA Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong had implemented the hidden curriculum effectively. The implementation of the hidden curriculum included the integration of local culture with marriage-teaching materials and the use of references to the Kitab Kuning published by Middle Eastern countries as additions and reinforcements. The hidden curriculum was also implemented by inculcating the insight of religious moderation and Islamic understanding of Wasathiyah as a counter to the takfiri and intolerant thoughts that were circulated and widespread in cyberspace. This was done to fortify students' religious understanding so that it did not lead to a radical or liberal understanding.

Abstract

Background Problems: The precision of serves in volleyball plays a crucial role in shaping the outcome of a match, potentially altering the game's dynamics, scoring points, and elevating the overall team performance. Research Objectives: This study was conducted to assess the impact of targeted overhand serve drill exercises on overhand serve accuracy. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental approach, utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest design, with 30 volleyball extracurricular participants engaging in targeted overhand service drill exercises over 6 weeks. Data were collected using the AAHPER overhand serve accuracy test, followed by analysis through a paired-sample t-test to assess the effectiveness of the training and determine if there were any differences in outcomes between the two groups, with a significance level set at 5%. Before conducting parametric tests, data normality is examined using the Shapiro-Wilk test, and homogeneity is assessed using Levene's test. Findings and Results: In summary, the finding of this study showed that targeted overhand serve drill exercises have a positive effect on enhancing the accuracy of overhand serves in volleyball extracurricular participants. Conclusion: In addition, this intervention can be a valuable training method and reference for designing training programs aims at improving overhand serve accuracy in volleyball matches. Future research should implement stricter controls throughout the experimental process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify issues surrounding the application of 4C-based learning. In addition, this study looks at how lecturers address issues that arise with their pupils. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Purposive sampling procedures were used in the selection of the 20 students and 2 lecturers participated in this study. Data were gathered by open-ended surveys, interviews, and observations. Data analysis involves gathering, condensing, presenting, and deriving conclusions using interactive models. Researchers found that lecturers tried to engage 4C based learning during their class. The necessary abilities, which include the capacity for critical and creative thought as well as collaboration and communication, must be tailored to the trends of the twenty-first century. Students' abilities to argue critically with others and to articulate their thoughts rationally serve as examples of this. Besides, students are able to exhibit their capacity for productive work, recognize the diversity within the team, show adaptability and a readiness to consider other people's viewpoints, assume joint accountability for group projects, and recognize the significance of each team member's contribution to a diverse group. They consider some applications such as Canva, Mind Master, Kahoot, and QR Code for their creativity supports. As well as, writing papers assignment is able to build students’ critical thinking skills. Students who possess critical thinking abilities may identify issues, come up with solutions, and gather and arrange data. Students’' ability to create topic papers and research papers serves as evidence of this.

Abstract

Education is an essential aspect of human life that contributes significantly to the transformation of individuals and society. As a basic right, education has a strategic role in improving the quality of life and accelerating national development. In an effort to transform developing countries into developed countries, education plays an important role in producing competent and adaptive human resources. One of the strategic steps in the world of education is the development of a curriculum that is relevant to the needs of the times. The change from the 2013 Curriculum to the Independent Curriculum is one of the important steps in dealing with the dynamics of these changes. The Independent Curriculum is designed to provide learning flexibility, encourage creativity, and adjust to the diverse individual potentials of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon being studied. This study describes in detail the phenomenon of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, both from an empirical point of view and the results of educational practice. The research subject includes literature studies from relevant scientific journals that have met academic standards, in order to provide an adequate theoretical foundation and empirical data. Data collection was carried out through literature review methods, interviews, observations, and documentation, with the aim of obtaining comprehensive information related to teachers' ability to implement the Independent Curriculum in PAI subjects. Through this approach, the research is expected to provide a comprehensive insight into the challenges faced by teachers and their ability to navigate curriculum changes. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the improvement of educational practices in the future.

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi berbasis teknologi merupakan salah satu kompenen terpenting untuk menunjang keberhaislan belajar terutama untuk mendukung program pemerintah society 5.0. Pengabdian ini akan memberikan pelatihan dari penggunaan media pembelajaran SA’BOM sebagai salah satu media pendukung pembelajaran terutama dalam pembelajaran bulu tangkis. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi SA’BOM sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran PJOK pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode pendampingan. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Kesehatan (PJOK) Kota Palembang Kota Palembang. Sasaran khalayak yaitu Guru-Guru PJOK di Kota Palembang berjumlah 60 orang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diperoleh yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan penggunaan aplikasi Sa’BOM oleh guru PJOK Pre-Test, pemberian materi dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi SA’BOM, dan Post-Test. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini aplikasi SA’BOM ini mudah untuk digunakan dan disosialisasikan sehingga dapat dipergunakan dengan mudah sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu peningkatan hasil belajar di sekolah-sekolah di Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil tes kondisi fisik siswa SMPN 1 Indralaya yang mengambil ekstrakurikuler taekwondo dengan bantuan web PJOK. Komponen kondisi fisik yang di tes meliputi kekuatan, kelentukan, dan daya tahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini siswa SMPN 1 Indralaya kelas VII yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa dengan 15 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Dengan pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen tes kekuatan, kecepatan, kelentukan dan tes daya tahan menggunakan bleep test 20 meter. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik siswa dalam kategori baik sekali 6,72%, dalam kategori baik 8,64%, dalam kategori cukup 35,33%, dalam kategori kurang 19,32% dan dalam kategori kurang sekali 35,32%. Maka dapat disimpulkan kategori dari siswa kelas VII cabang olahraga taekwondo SMPN 1 Indralaya adalah dalam kategori cukup dimana memiliki persentase 35,33%. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi siswa dan guru atau pelatih untuk meningkatkan serta menjaga kondisi fisiknya agar dapat mecapai prestasi yang maksimal serta kesehatan bagi tubuh, sehingga perlunya upaya peningkatan kodisi fisik siswa pada yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan teori "Operant Conditioning" terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan outsourcing di PT Bhima Mitra Prima. Metode yang digunakan adalah psikoedukasi. Psikoedukasi yang dilakukan terhadap 30 karyawan outsourcing untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terkait teori "Operant Conditioning". Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara dan kuesioner, dengan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman karyawan terhadap teori "Operant Conditioning" setelah diberikan psikoedukasi yang dilihat dari uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest (sig. 0,000< 0,05). Penerapan sistem reward dan punishment menghasilkan sebanyak 14 karyawan menerima reward, sementara 1 karyawan mendapatkan punishment dalam bentuk surat peringatan. Penerapan reward dan punishment selama 4 bulan di PT Bhima Mitra Prima ini menghasilkan dampak positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan outsourcing. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pemahaman karyawan sebelum dan sesudah psikoedukasi terkait implementasi “Operant Conditioning Theory” . Penerapan reward dan punishment juga efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan outsourcing di PT Bhima Mitra Prima.
