Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan Islam di sekolah. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, supervisi bukan hanya sebuah proses administratif, tetapi juga sebuah instrumen strategis yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah Islam. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah bahwa supervisi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan Islam, yang pada gilirannya akan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan hasil pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research), dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait supervisi pendidikan, manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta implementasi supervisi dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik supervisi yang lebih baik di sekolah-sekolah Islam di Indonesia.
