Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecenderungan mengambil resiko terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi, pendidikan akuntansi dan pendidikan guru sekolah dasar. Populasi sebanyak 314 mahasiswa, semua subjek dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis sampel yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Uji normalitas menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-smirnov dan regresi linier sederhana. Semua data perhitungan menggunakan IBM SPSS v.25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan mengambil resiko berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Besarnya pengaruh kecenderungan mengambil resiko terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 52% sedangkan sisanya 48% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how students' perceptions and satisfaction with the application of Blended Learning in the Social Studies Department at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru model based on gender. This type of research is Quantitative Research. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique was used to take samples in this study. The data used are 114 respondents from students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru and 50 respondents from students of MAN 2 Pekanbaru Model. This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used are interviews and questionnaires. Validity Test and Reliability Test were used before the research instrument was distributed to the respondents. Data Analysis Techniques using t test. The results of the Perception and Satisfaction research of students are positively and significantly influenced by the application of Blended Learning to students of MAN 1 and MAN 2 Pekanbaru Model, and there is a significant difference between Perception and Satisfaction of Students and Students. Satisfaction with the implementation of BL in MAN 1 Pekanbaru and MAN 2 Pekanbaru model by utilizing the CSI calculation, it can be seen that satisfaction with the implementation of BL shows the category of being satisfied with the range of 66-80% and quite satisfied which is in the range of 51%-65%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui tren dan perkembangan dalam bidang Entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan dan tren dalam bidang Entrepreneurship di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Analisis bibliometrik menyediakan gambaran umum tentang perkembangan dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan memungkinkan identifikasi tren, topik populer, dan kolaborasi ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bibliometrik VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi dalam bidang Entrepreneurship di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Topik populer dalam bidang Entrepreneurship di Indonesia adalah Entrepreneurship sosial, Entrepreneurship pemula, dan Entrepreneurship inovatif. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa kolaborasi ilmiah dalam bidang Entrepreneurship di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan program Entrepreneurship di Indonesia dan untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi ilmiah dalam bidang Entrepreneurship.     ABSTRACTEntrepreneurship is an important factor in job creation and economic growth. Therefore, it is important to know the trends and developments in the field of entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze developments and trends in entrepreneurship in Indonesia using a bibliometric approach. Bibliometric analysis provides an overview of developments in the field of science and enables the identification of trends, popular topics, and scientific collaborations. The method used in this research is VOSviewer bibliometric analysis. The results showed that the number of publications in the field of entrepreneurship in Indonesia has increased from year to year. Popular topics in the field of entrepreneurship in Indonesia are social entrepreneurship, start-up entrepreneurship, and innovative entrepreneurship. In addition, it is also found that scientific collaboration in the field of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is quite high. The results of this study can be used as a basis to develop entrepreneurship programs in Indonesia and to increase scientific collaboration in the field of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The research is based by the low students academic performance of economics subject in Senior High School in Sumedang Regency. The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the effect of family environment on self-efficacy, the effect of metacognitive on self-efficacy, the effect of self-efficacy on students academic performance, and the effect of family environment and metacognitive on students academic performance mediated by self-efficacy. The method used in this research is explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The population of this research is 1.767 students senior high school in Sumedang Regency, while the sample of 231 students. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The result shows that: (i) the students family environment is in the high category, while the level of metacognitive, self-efficacy, and academic performance of students is in the medium category. (ii) family environment affects self-efficacy. (iii) metacognitive affects self-efficacy. (iv) self-efficacy affect students academic performance. (v) family environment affects academic performance direcly and indirectly through self-efficacy. (vi) metacognitive affects academic performance direcly and indirectly through self-efficacy.

Abstract

Ayam Nelongso is a fast-food business that excels in offering affordable prices, distinctive flavors, and strong customer loyalty. However, to sustain growth amidst fierce competition and shifting consumer preferences, Ayam Nelongso must address operational weaknesses and leverage opportunities in digitalization and product diversification. Using the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) approach, the integration of economic, social, and environmental aspects is analyzed to develop a holistic and sustainable strategy. The economic layer focuses on improving operational efficiency and market expansion through digitalization. The social layer emphasizes community engagement and customer experience, while the environmental layer highlights the adoption of eco-friendly practices. The integration of these layers demonstrates that with the right innovation and adaptation, Ayam Nelongso can maintain its economic performance while meeting modern consumer needs and contributing to sustainability.

Abstract

In a dynamic and competitive business environment, understanding the factors that drive entrepreneurial innovation is important. This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and innovation in the context of the embroidery industry in Bandung. Structural Equation Modeling was employed to evaluate the proposed relationships with 90 embroidery entrepreneurs in Bandung. Empirical results show that a conducive business environment is associated with higher levels of innovation among embroidery entrepreneurs in Bandung. In addition, these environmental conditions also strengthen entrepreneurial competence, which in turn drives innovation, with entrepreneurial competence acting as a partial intermediary mechanism in this relationship. This study contributes to the literature on entrepreneurship and innovation by providing empirical evidence confirming the importance of entrepreneurial competence as a mechanism linking environmental conditions and innovation outcomes in small-scale creative industries. Furthermore, the findings emphasize the importance of improving the business environment to encourage entrepreneurial creativity, suggesting that policymakers and local stakeholders need to strengthen their support through access to resources, market information, and institutions. The research any several limitations. First, focuses on entrepreneurs in the embroidery industry in Bandung. This contextual focus suggests that the findings are most relevant to the embroidery sector in Bandung and may not fully reflect conditions in other settings. Second, the study relies on primary data collected through questionnaires, which may be subject to respondents’ perceptions and interpretations.

Abstract

Industri kopi Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dalam satu dekade terakhir, didorong oleh peningkatan konsumsi domestik dan transformasi digital yang mengubah pola distribusi serta pemasaran. Namun, banyak UMKM kopi masih menghadapi kesenjangan antara kehadiran digital dan konversi pembelian, seperti yang dialami Kopi Anjis dari Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi produk dan desain kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan peran mediasi social media marketing (SMM) pada platform e-commerce. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-verifikatif dengan 210 responden konsumen Kopi Anjis dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap seluruh variabel berada pada kategori “cukup”. Seluruh indikator terbukti valid dan reliabel. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk dan desain kemasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui SMM. Temuan ini menegaskan peran strategis SMM sebagai penghubung antara atribut produk dan perilaku konsumen, khususnya generasi milenial dan Gen Z.
