Abstract

In this comprehensive study, we conducted an in-depth and multidimensional analysis to explore the utilization of adaptive pedagogical strategies in the Indonesian higher education curriculum. Our primary focus was leveraging the fascinating neuroplasticity concept to enhance learning outcomes in this context. The study encompassed a wide array of aspects related to personalized learning, delving into its potential impact on education in Indonesia. One of the central themes of our research was the intricate relationship between neuroplasticity and the tailored learning experiences offered by personalized education. By understanding how the brain's plasticity allows it to adapt and rewire in response to new learning experiences, we aimed to shed light on how personalized learning methods can be further optimized to accommodate the diverse needs of Indonesian students. Furthermore, our study took a meticulous look at the tangible results of these strategies on learning outcomes. We aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of personalized and adaptive teaching methods in enhancing students' educational experiences. The assessment considered the diversity of the student population. It sought to measure how these pedagogical strategies positively influenced learning outcomes, ultimately contributing to a more effective and dynamic educational landscape. The implications of our findings are far-reaching, particularly in the context of curriculum design and teaching practices in Indonesian higher education institutions. By illuminating the potential benefits of personalized learning and neuroplasticity-informed pedagogical strategies, this research contributes to the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and accessibility of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences between the PjBL and Direct instruction models and learning styles on fashion design learning outcomes. This quantitative research uses experimental methods. Researchers used SPSS 25 to calculate a two-way analysis of variance test. The research design used is a 2x3 factorial design. Because this research was conducted in four classes, namely 2 experimental classes and 2 control classes. The experimental class was treated with the PjBL Model while the control class was given the Direct Instruction learning method. Each control class and experimental class were divided into three groups, namely audio, visual and kinaesthetic groups. The data analysis technique in this research is two-way analysis of variance with a significance level of α = 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a significant influence between the PjBL Model and learning styles on Sewing Learning Outcomes. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the use of the PjBL Model and Learning Styles can improve Fashion Design Learning Outcomes.

Overhauling the education system requires harmonization and development of both soft skills and hard skills needed by high school graduates through learning creative entrepreneurial products. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of learning outcomes using the double track program at SMAN 4 Sidoarjo by creating creative entrepreneurial products in the culinary sector. The method used is development research, learning experiments on creative entrepreneurial products, analyzing food product innovation and work readiness of high school students as a provision for work readiness. A descriptive qualitative approach was implemented in 4 classes that took part in double track learning. Data collection techniques: performance observation, interviews and documentation, followed up by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities to answer unanswered problems objectively. This research uses triangulation analysis to determine the validity of the data and research findings. The results of the recommendations can be continued with a creative entrepreneurial product learning design designed to integrate basic competencies that are created in line with the teaching and learning process. Alignment of the development of material needed by students. Research findings resulting from exploration of the implementation of creative entrepreneurial product learning are recommended for improving double track learning in accordance with basic competency guidelines for mastering creative entrepreneurial product learning.
