Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi dan peran alat musik gong gendang dalam mengiringi tarian caci, serta mengidentifikasi bentuk komposisi gong gendang etnis Manggarai yang ada di Kampung Lema. Informan yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini adalah parah tokoh adat, dan tokoh masyarakat, semua informan yang ditentukan itu melalui sebuah tahap seleksi, sehingga semua informan yang ada dianggap mampu memberikan data secara valid dan akurat sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) mengenai fungsi dan peran alat musik gong gendang dalam tarian caci, 2) terdapat komposisi gong gendang dalam tarian caci. Data-data yang diperoleh akan di analisis, sehingga dapat menarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa alat musik gong gendang selain sebagai alat musik, gong gendang juga memilki makna dalam menyatukan masyarakat ke dalam adat.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in addition and subtraction arithmetic operations material, and the learning model used was not centered on the students. This research aims to increase knowledge of improving students' learning outcomes in addition and subtraction arithmetic operations material using the TGT-type cooperative learning model. The subjects in this research were 24 class II students at SDN Kalisari 1 Sayung Demak. This research is classroom action research carried out in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, where each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instruments of this research are documents and tests. Data collection techniques using documentation and tests. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative and quantitative descriptions in this research are used to describe improvements in student learning outcomes. The research results increased the average score of students from 55.71 in the pre-cycle to 66.58 in cycle I and then rose to 87.5 in cycle II. This increase occurred because the TGT model encouraged students to become more enthusiastic and active during the learning process, which contributed to improving their learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the use of the TGT cooperative learning model with the support of gap board media has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

The success of the SRIKANDI application in archive management within the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Jambi province is examined in this study using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model. Effective archive management is necessary to support organizational effectiveness, particularly in government organizations that handle substantial amounts of documents and records. Using digital technologies like SRIKANDI is expected to increase the efficacy, accuracy, and accountability of archive management as technology advances. The six key components of the DeLone and McLean model (system quality, information quality, service quality, utilization, user satisfaction, and net benefits) were chosen because they provide a detailed framework for evaluating the efficacy of information systems. Employees of the Jambi Province PUPR Office who have used the SRIKANDI application were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data for this study, which takes a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. The study's findings should give a comprehensive picture of how the SRIKANDI program helps with better archive management and point out areas that need improvement. In order to enable more contemporary, effective, and efficient archive governance, the Jambi Province PUPR Office will use the results as strategic input to enhance the quality of information services and optimize the use of the SRIKANDI application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sharia perspective on digital marketing campaigns across two major platforms: Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Using a qualitative approach, this study evaluates the extent to which both platforms comply with sharia economic principles, such as fairness, transparency, and openness. The research focuses on algorithm transparency, audience targeting ethics, user data utilization, and ad content alignment with sharia values. The results show that Google Ads offers relatively good transparency in ad performance management, but many novice advertisers struggle to understand the complex algorithmic system. Meanwhile, Facebook Ads excels in data-driven audience targeting capabilities, but poses ethical challenges related to user data management. This study also found that advertisers' lack of understanding of platform policies is a major factor affecting the effectiveness of ad campaigns on both platforms. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of sharia-based digital marketing literacy, particularly by providing practical guidance for advertisers to run ethical campaigns that align with Islamic values. These findings are also expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in developing regulations that support the integration of sharia principles in digital marketing.

Abstract

It is essential to build more equitable economic growth, which reflects the increased role of regions and the empowerment of all people, by focusing on the efficiency and sustainability of the use of natural resources and the living environment. The study explores factors that influence economic growth, such as exports, imports, investments, and labor wages, to identify the most influential aspects in boosting economic growth in Indonesia between 2014 and 2018. This research uses a literature review analysis tool to analyse the factors that influenced economic growth in Indonesia during the 2014–2018 period. By referring to various relevant literature sources, we evaluated and synthesised the main findings related to Indonesia's economic growth during that period. Research results show that exports have a positive impact on economic growth, while imports have no significant impact. Investments also do not have a significant impact on economic growth, while wages have a positive impact on economic growth. Thus, the study shows that exports and labor wages played an important role in Indonesia's economic growth between 2014 and 2018.

Abstract

The marketing strategy of the tempe chips MSMEin the village of Mulyasari does not yet have modern marketing skills. This has greatly affected business development, because if rely solely on sales by leaving it in small shops, it is feared that the sustainability of business will be threatened. The purpose of this research is to develop social media such as youtube, instagram, facebook, twitter and whatsaap to increase the income of MSME tempe chips in Mulyasari village. The research method used in this activity is Participatory Action Research. Researchers did social media design, implemented social media, and analyzed MSME tempe chips using existing social media. The results of the study found that the income of these tempe chips MSME obtained an increase of 36.05% from the previous profit. Initially, the monthly income of tempe chips MSME earned around Rp. 1,803,000. However, after using a modern marketing strategy using social media so that the tempe chips MSME business can earn a monthly profit of around Rp. 2. 453,000, then the income of this tempe chips MSME will increase by Rp. 650,000

Abstract

Development is carried out by mapping based on the potential of each district. However, the potential of its natural resources has not been optimally explored for industrial opportunities due to the absence of supporting maintenance. The results show that most of the potential is in its natural resources. Market opportunities usually meet the interests of individuals, such as brokers who create the largest profit margins. On the other hand, the craft community collects very minimal profits. In fact, human resources have enormous potential but become a problem when there is no regeneration of the younger generation. In addition, corporate institutional factors are needed to increase the potential bargaining position of the district. These factors are highly desirable to guarantee a better price of the material

Abstract

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) hold substantial promise for enhancing language acquisition. Integrating ICT into educational settings presents novel avenues for tailored learning experiences. This study seeks to investigate English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners' perceptions regarding the efficacy of ICT-driven learning methods in bolstering English proficiency. Data were gathered via a comprehensive literature review. Employing qualitative study, researchers conducted a thorough examination of learners' perspectives and attitudes within classroom contexts. Analysis of these attitudes illuminated shifts in learners' perceptions and facilitated the identification of potential pedagogical enhancements. Findings underscored the transformative impact of ICT on learner attitudes, particularly within classroom dynamics. Moreover, the research demonstrated notable advancements in students' English language competencies. However, it emphasizes the importance of vigilant monitoring and instruction by educators to ensure responsible ICT utilization.

Abstract

The major objective of this study is to analyze grammatical errors found on Instagram and Twitter captions. It is intended to recognize the most common grammatical errors so that we can be aware of the language that we use. The present study applies the theory of Dulay et al (1982) which divides errors into four types: omission, addition, misinformation, and misordering. Since all of the data are in the form of text, a method of textual analysis was applied to analyze the data. The data under analysis are taken from the captions by influencers using English on Instagram and Twitter. The result of the study showed there were 152 errors found from 100 captions and they were classified into misinformation (46%), misordering (3%), addition (16%), and omission (35%). The errors were also classified into grammatical units. Those errors in grammatical units are subject-verb agreement with a total of 16 errors, singular-plural with 15 errors, tense/verb form with 31 errors, word form with 23 errors, capitalization with 28 errors, apostrophe error with 25 errors, missing comma with six errors, article usage error with three errors, wrong/missing preposition with four errors, and word use error with two errors. The most grammatical error that frequently occurs in the Instagram caption is tense/verb with 23 (22%) occurrences and a total of 17 (30%) occurrences of apostrophe errors on Twitter.

Abstract

Keuangan Negara didapat dari peran andil rakyat dalam pembangunan dan kesejahteraan melalui perpajakan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan tetap menjaga keimanan, kehidupan, intelektualitas, kekayaan, dan kepemilikan Pada konteks perbankan konvensional dengan istilah pajak Negara. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptis kualitatif serta deksripsi dan analisis terhadap penelusuran literasi. Hasil setiap Negara memiliki kontribusi yang berbeda – beda. Perihal unsur zakat, pajak dan bea cukai memiliki peran dan fungsi berbeda – beda. Tujuan dari kehidupan manusia berkiblat pada nilai kesejahteraan dan kedamaian. Agama hadir untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi disetiap kehidupan dan kegundahan. Kesimpulannya adalah perputaran pajak di dunia ekonomi Negara merupakan tombak keberhasilan pemerintah dalam menjalankan perintah tugas secara berwenang dan terampil. Hidup di era modernisasi menjadi bagian utama dalam mekanisme kegiatan ekonomi umat. Bahkan dikenal dengan istilah maal, zakat dan sodaqoh.
