Abstract

This study aims to undertake a comprehensive analysis addressing the extent, growth patterns, and geographical spread, of journals, authors, and articles that have demonstrated the most significant impact in terms of relevance. The methodology entails the use of visualization techniques and bibliometric analysis as quantitative tools and the adoption of an evaluative and descriptive approach to depict the research analysis. The data sourced from the reputable Scopus database have led to the identification of a total of 850 publications, encompassing various formats such as repositories, books, book chapters, journal articles, and proceedings. In the analysis of these publications, the study delves into the years 1926-2023, employing the R Studio and VOS Viewer software. The finding shows that North America and Europe are well-represented among the top contributors. The article's production over time highlights diverse trajectories among countries like Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, Indonesia, and Canada. However, it's noteworthy that high productivity doesn't guarantee a similar level of citation impact. The relationship between productivity and relevance, is intricate, reflecting the dynamic nature of research impact in the academic domain. Furthermore, the analysis reveals a noticeable upward trend in the frequency of key categories such as leadership, human, article, education, and others over the specified period. Furthermore, the persistence of these trends from 2021 to 2023 signifies the enduring relevance and evolution of participative leadership research. The exploration of correlations with traditionally less associated dimensions reflects the field's adaptability and responsiveness to contemporary issues.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of Chat GPT as a tool to develop students' prior knowledge in English language education. Recognizing the importance of foundational knowledge in effective language acquisition, this research explores how Chat GPT can support English language learners by pre-activating vocabulary, contextual understanding, and cultural awareness. Through a quasi-experimental design involving control and experimental groups, the study examines the effectiveness of Chat GPT-assisted learning activities compared to traditional methods. Participants in the experimental group receive customized pre-learning prompts and exercises generated by Chat GPT, aiming to bridge gaps in cultural and contextual understanding prior to formal instruction. Data is collected via pre- and post-tests, structured interviews, and observations to measure improvements in students’ readiness and comprehension. The findings highlight the impact of AI-driven tools on enhancing student engagement and knowledge acquisition in language education, offering practical insights into Chat GPT’s role in supporting differentiated instruction and personalized learning. This study contributes to pedagogical approaches by positioning Chat GPT as an adaptable, resource-efficient tool for language educators, especially in contexts where access to native English interaction is limited. The results provide evidence-based recommendations for integrating AI in classrooms, supporting instructional design and policy development for sustainable and inclusive education practices.

Abstract

The adoption of digital tools in agriculture has brought significant changes, especially among traditional farmers who often rely on established practices. While digital innovations such as mobile applications, precision farming, and data analytics promise enhanced productivity and sustainability, their acceptance varies widely among farmers. This study aims to explore traditional farmers' perceptions of digital tools, focusing on factors influencing adoption, challenges in integration, and the potential benefits. A qualitative research approach was employed, using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with a purposively selected sample of traditional farmers. Data were analyzed thematically to capture insights into attitudes, barriers, and the socio-cultural impact of digital tools on traditional practices. Findings reveal that farmers’ perceptions range from skepticism to conditional acceptance, often influenced by age, digital literacy, and cultural attachment. Key challenges include language barriers, technical complexity, and costs, with younger farmers demonstrating greater openness to adopting digital solutions. Additionally, results suggest that consistent training and support are critical for enhancing adoption rates, enabling farmers to balance traditional practices with modern tools. These insights provide practical implications for policymakers and technology developers, underscoring the need for localized training and adaptable digital solutions. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding and addressing traditional farmers' perspectives in promoting sustainable agricultural transformation.
