Abstract

This research was conducted on students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency, Aceh Province by studying students' interest in entrepreneurship. In this research, we want to know the influence of student motivation, creativity and innovation factors. Of the 221 students, 100 students were taken as samples spread across each grade level. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with a type of verification research based on causality analysis between variables so that the analysis technique uses a path analysis model. The research results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of motivational factors on interest in entrepreneurship of 47.744%. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the creativity aspect on interest in entrepreneurship of 19.656%. 3) the level of student innovation influences interest in entrepreneurship with a contribution of 7.910%. And (4) together students' motivation, creativity and innovation make a high contribution to interest in entrepreneurship, namely 75.1%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze factors that improve the performance of employees of the Education and Culture Office, with a study in Pidie Jaya Regency. The factors observed are limited to aspects of work transfers, workload and work conflict. Survey research on 82 employees as respondents, using associative with path analysis. The results of the study found: 1) significantly work transfers, workload and conflict affect employee performance, each amounting to 54.14%, 42.13% and 53.65%. 2) Simultaneously work transfers, workload and work conflict contribute positively by 49,1% to employee performance. 3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of work transfer, workload and work conflict with a moderate category

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of MSMEs on poverty alleviation in Indonesia utilizing ARDL approach. The independent variables examined include the quantity of MSMEs, labor, and investment, with poverty serving as the dependent variable. Data spanning from 1990 to 2023 were employed for this analysis. The findings indicate that the number of MSMEs exerts no influence on poverty levels in either the short or long term. Conversely, the MSMEs workforce demonstrates a positive effect on poverty reduction in the short term, while investment yields a more substantial impact in the long term. Given the heterogeneity in poverty levels and MSME development across different regions in Indonesia, it is essential to consider regional variables when assessing the impact of MSMEs. Adopting a more region-specific approach will enable policies to better address the specific needs and challenges encountered by each region, thereby providing a fertile ground for future research.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya fenomena dan jumlah kasus tindakan kekerasan bullying dikalangan santri, baik secara verbal hingga bullying dalam bentuk bullying sosial (psikologis). Tentu saja hal ini akan berdampak pada kesehatan mental para santri. Di pesantren Misbahul Ulum Desa Meuria Paloh, para santi belum memiliki pengetahuan mengenai urgensi kesehatan mental bagi santri dari tindakan kekerasan bullying. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan santri mengenai betapa pentingnya kesehatan mental dari tindakan kekerasan bullying serta memdemontrasikan upaya pencegahan yang bisa ditempuh oleh para santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan mengenai kesehatan mental dari bullying. Adapun tahapan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif: merencanakan tempat sosialisasi yang nyaman dan memuat kapasitas peserta sosialisasi, melaksanakan kegiatan dengan maksimal, memberikan bimbingan dan edukasi kepada para santri, melakukan observasi dan wawancara terakhir adalah evaluasi. Langkah-langkah Pendampingan Analisis Kebutuhan: Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan santri terkait pengetahuan psikologis santri. Workshop dan Pelatihan: Memberikan pendampingan terkait kesehatan mental santri dampak dari bullying. Praktik dan Observasi: Santri mendemontrasi dan menggali pengalamannya terkait fenomena bullying dan kesehatan mental yang pernah dialaminya di pesantren dengan pendampingan langsung. Refleksi dan Evaluasi: Meninjau efektivitas penerapan dan memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. Manfaat santri dan guru/pengasuh mendapat pengetahuan, wawasan dan penguatan terkait pencegahan dan penanggulangan bullying. Santri mendapatkan pengalaman dan pendampingan layanan kesehatan mental belajar yang lebih personal dan efektif. Terciptanya budaya karakter berbasis psikologi sosial yang lebih efektif di lingkungan sekolah. Abstract

This article presents and analyzes employee well-being based on factors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress, conducted in a case study at the Islamic Sharia Office in Bireuen Regency. An associative method with a quantitative approach was applied using path analysis with total sampling. This study found: (1) a causal relationship exists between the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress, with quite strong direct and indirect influences on employee well-being. (2) job satisfaction has a 23.47% effect, organizational commitment a 35.76% effect, and job stress a 34.54% effect on employee well-being. (3) The results of the correlation coefficient and determination (R-squared) analysis indicate that job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress simultaneously influence employee well-being at the Islamic Sharia Office in Bireuen Regency by 40.1%.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze patient satisfaction at the Datu Beru Takengon Regional General Hospital (RSUD) to obtain empirical input regarding the influence of service quality factors and interpersonal communication carried out by medical and non-medical employees in caring for patients and patient families. The research was based on a survey of 50 samples of patients who had previously used hospital services, with an associative type and using a path analysis model. The results of the research show that (a) there is a causal relationship (associative) between service quality and interpersonal communication between medical and non-medical personnel at Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital with a strong category (0.845), (b) Service quality factors have a causal relationship (associative) has an impact on cause and effect (associative) relationships. positive towards patient satisfaction, with a direct and indirect contribution of 46.55%. And the interpersonal communication aspect of RSUD officers was 30.58%. (C). Simultaneously, the quality of service and interpersonal communication at RSUD Datu Beru Takengon contributed to patient satisfaction, namely 77.10%.

Abstract

Many adolescents have not yet mastered sexual education and social boundaries at the junior high school level. Several students are unable to distinguish between safe and dangerous social behaviors. The community service program was aimed at adolescents to improve knowledge and awareness about sexual education, reproductive health, and social norms. This program was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Bireuen with 33 students of class IX, consisting of 20 females and 13 males. The method used was a combination of interactive lectures, group discussions, question-and-answer sessions, video media, and evaluation using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the level of knowledge before and after the intervention program. The average pretest score was 56.3, while the posttest average score was 82.7 with an increase of 26.4 points. In addition, 87.9% of the participants were able to answer correctly about the material delivered and showed a more positive attitude towards the effect of unhealthy relationships on health, with a p-value <0.05. This program effectively increases knowledge and awareness about sexual education and social norms among adolescents in SMP Negeri 2 Bireuen. It is recommended that this program be conducted periodically with active participation from schools and parents.

Abstract

Mata Mamplam Village faces persistent limitations in managing population administration, accessing public information, and coordinating disaster response — all of which are still handled manually, making services slow and prone to error. This community service program was designed to build and deploy a website-based Village Information System (SID) as a digital solution that addresses these specific, documented needs. The approach taken was needs-based service, involving village officials and community representatives through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The program ran through four sequential stages: needs analysis, system development, operator mentoring, and functional evaluation using black-box testing. The resulting system was built on the Next.js 14 framework with a PostgreSQL database, covering five main modules: population administration digitization based on National Identity Number (NIK) with automated PDF letter generation, public information transparency, disaster response management linked to BMKG data, a digital MSME catalog, and a no-code self-management feature. Black-box testing across all ten functional scenarios returned a 100% pass rate, and village operators demonstrated the ability to run and manage the system independently after the mentoring sessions. The deployment has measurably shifted village administrative services toward faster, more accurate, and more responsive operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare di Kabupaten Bireuen. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat serta meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap produk perawatan kulit menjadikan kedua faktor tersebut penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 114 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk skincare di Kabupaten Bireuen. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.0 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,865 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Teknologi Informasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,421 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, Kualitas SDM dan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 48,763 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,458 menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas SDM dan Teknologi Informasi mampu menjelaskan Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 45,8%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas SDM dan Teknologi Informasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian Skincare di Kabupaten Bireuen. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk menarik minat dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.
