Abstract

Abstract : This reseach was conducted to analyze the influence of  work discipline, compensation and communication toward job satisfaction and its impact on  performance of employees at gas stations in Bireuen Regency. The  population of this reseace was all employees of gas stations in Bireuen  Regency consested of 121 employees. The total sample of 121 people with census sampling techniques. The sample consisted of was taken by using census sampling.The methode of  Data analysis was  Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results  of this reseach indicated that  work discipline, compensation and communication influenced significantly on job satisfacation and performance of employees . Job satisfaction is could  mediate the influence of work discipline, compensation and communication on  performance  of employees perfectly or fully.Keywords: Work Discipline, compensation,communication, job Satisfaction, performance  employment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of functional value, economic value, emotional value, and symbolic value on consumer buying interest at the Medan Coffee Café. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a total sample of 94 people with data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that functional value, economic value, emotional value, and symbolic value have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at the Kopi Kopi Café Medan, either simultaneously or partially. The results of the Determination test found an R square value of 0.796, this means that consumer buying interest in the Medan Chair Coffee Café can be explained by the variable functional value, economic value, emotional value, and symbolic value of 79.4%, while the rest (20.6%) explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh digital marketing dan inovasi produk. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 50 responden, sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pempeli ditoko abdi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji F), dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa Secara simultan digital marketing dan inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The improvementt of entrepreneurship competency is an initiative to empower the young generation of school dropouts to achieve financial independence through entrepreneurship. This program is motivated by the high dropout rate in Indonesia due to family economic constraints. The main objective of this community service activity is to equip participants with practical entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, as well as develop an innovative entrepreneurial mindset. The method of implementing activities was in the form of intensive training, business mentoring, and the formation of weekly discussion groups. A total of 50 young school dropouts participated in this activity. The provided materials included the basics of entrepreneurship, financial management, digital marketing, and product development. This program provides access to initial capital through a partnership scheme with microfinance institutions. The results achieved were the formation of 10 small business groups, the birth of 15 young entrepreneurs who started businesses, and the creation of a support system network between participants. This program contributes to reducing unemployment among young school dropouts and improving the socio-economic status of participant families. Sustainability is carried out through a continuous mentoring system and periodic evaluation to ensure the development of participants' businesses.
