Abstract

Desa Kobi adalah salah desa yang dikembangkan sebagai bagian pengembangan daerah Transmigrasi di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dan  akan dijadikan sebagai KTM (Kota Terpadu Mandiri) sehingga dalam penataan ruang sangat penting untuk menata sarana dan prasarana serta fasilitas umum demi kepentingan dan mensejahterakan masyarakat desa serta peran dari apatur desa dalam menata ruang desanya sesuai dengan topografi daerah dan pembuatan layout yang meliputi sarana dan prasarana perumahan rakyat, kesehatan, pendidikan, transportasi dan fasilitas lainnya demi pengembangan masyarakat dan desa tersebut.

Abstract

The need for concrete in a project is not only in large volumes, but also in small volumes. In large volumes, the fulfillment of concrete needs in a project can be done by ordering to concrete suppliers in the form of readymix concrete. Concrete batching plants are used for concrete production of all kinds of projects such as roads, bridges, dams, airports, airports, etc. They can be equipped with one mixer or more in various capacities. The concrete mixes in the project with a volume ratio of 1:1.5:2.5 (cement: sand: crushed stone) with FAS values (0.43-0.47) for concrete quality ranging from K250 - K300. Based on this, this research aims to get the composition of the concrete mixture using a volume ratio for different FAS values and get its compressive strength. The method used in this research is the experimental method, namely planning the composition of the concrete mixture with a volume ratio of 1: 1.5: 2.5 (cement: sand: crushed stone) with FAS values (0.43-0.47) testing the compressive strength of the concrete cube test samples. With the results of the concrete compressive strength test for FAS 0.43, namely 270.525 Kg / cm³ and for FAS 0.47, namely 264 Kg / cm³.

Abstract

Risk management is an effort to manage risk comprehensively, planned, and structured in a good system to prevent unexpected risks. It may allow the management to expand results by identifiying and analyzing the risk to work accident in the Auditorium building project in a IAIN Ambon. Each  risk in the work phase must be assessed risk professionally. The assessment method used a risk assessment matrix sourced from NHS Highland, which adopted from AS/NZS 1360:2004 Risk Management. Primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires.   Furthermore , secondary data were collected through the company’s organizational structure and project work items. In addition, data analysis was carried out through validity and realiability test, and finally, a risk assessment was implemented. The results of this study showed that there were five risk factors; injured/stabbed by risk level of 20 work accident risk variabels, there was obvioposly one medium risk inculuded in the category high risk and 19 other variables involved in the medium risk included in the category high and 19 other variebles invoveld in the medium risk category. In consclusion,strategiees that can be carried out to prevent the risk regaarding to the classification of risk levels, namely elimination, substitution, administation, and personal protecetive Equipment (PPE).

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a science for anticipating, recognizing, evaluating and controlling hazards that arise in the workplace that can impact the health and welfare of workers. The risk of falling is the highest cause of accidents. The use of adequate safety equipment such as guardrails and helmets, as well as the implementation of security procedures such as inspection of non-permanent stairs and scaffolding can reduce the risk of accidents. occupational health on work performance (K3) in the Hitu Village Primary Hospital Development project. Analysis of the data used to calculate the analysis of the application of health and work to the project "Construction of the Hitu Village Pratama Hospital". f test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that safety (X1) and health (X2) had a positive effect on work performance from the results of testing multiple linear regression analysis from the correlation table or partial correlation, where safety (X1) obtained a value of r = 0.766 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 Health (X2) obtained a value of r = 0.592 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 For the Summary Regression Correlation Model (R) which simultaneously (together) between the variables Health (X1) and Safety (X2) , on Work Performance (Y) a value of r = 0.767 is obtained. Between the two aspects of safety and health on the work performance of the Hospital Development project Hitu Village Primary kit, the most dominant influence from the results of the partial test is the work safety aspect of 0.722 or 72.2%.
