Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik modelling terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 4 Petarukan berjumlah 314 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 39 siswa yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunkan skala psikologi dan observasi. Validitas instrumen dengan rumus product moment dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji-T ( t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemandirian belajar siswa sebelum pemberian treatment pada kategori rendah. Setelah pemberian treatment, kemandirian belajar siswa pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji t-test menunjukan thitung (20,661) dan ttabel 5% (2,042) sehingga thitung > ttabel .Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik modelling efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. The purpose of this study is to find out effectiveness of content mastery services with modelling technique on student’s learning independence. The population in this study is all of VIII grade students of SMP N 4 Petarukan which consist of 314 students and the sample of 39 students was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods were using were psychological scale and observation. The instrument validity using product moment and instrument reliability using Alpha test. Percentage descriptive analysis and t Test were use as the data analysis technique. Research result showed that independence learning before the treatment was in low category. After the treatment, the independence learning was in high category. The t-test result showed that tvalue (20,661) and ttable of 5% (2,042) so that tvalue > ttable. The conclusion of this research is content mastery services with modelling technique effective to develope student’s learning independence.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik adalah jenis penundaan yang dilakukan pada jenis tugas formal yang berhubungan dengan tugas akademik. Salah satunya yang sering menjadi prokrastinator adalah siswa. Jika prokrastinasi ini tidak segera dibenahi, akan merugikan siswa itu sendiri. Perkembangan siswa dalam meraih prestasi akademik menjadi terganggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Kabupaten Temanggung. Angket diberikan kepada 221 siswa SMA Negeri Kabupaten Temanggung, serta 6 orang responden untuk diwawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang mencakup deskriptif presentase, dan analisis kulitatif hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor internal penyebab prokrastinasi akademik dilihat dari kondisi fisik (69%), kondisi psikologis (73%). Kemudian faktor eksternal penyebab prokrastinasi akademik dilihat dari kondisi keluarga (75%), lingkungan sekolah (67%), lingkungan masyarakat (66%). Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa faktor internal utama penyebab prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa adalah kondisi fisik dan faktor eksternal yang paling utama penyebab prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa adalah lingkungan sekolah. Bagi konselor sekolah, dapat memberikan layanan prnguasaan konten mengenai manajemen waktu sebagai upaya mencegah munculnya perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Academic procrastination is the kind of delay that made the tasks associated with the assignment of formal academic. One of them is that often a student prokrastinator. If procrastination is not immediately addressed, it would be detrimental to the students themselves. The development of students academic achievement become impaired. The purpose of this study is to determine the internal factors and external factors that cause students academic procrastination.. Questionnaire given to 221 students of High School in Temanggung, and 6 respondents to be interviewed. Data analysis using quantitative analysis that includes percentages descriptive,and qualitative analysis of the interview result. The study found that internal factors cause students academic procrastination viewed of physical conditions (69%), psycological condition (73%), Then the external factors cause academik procrastination viewed from the families conditions (75%), school environment ( 67%), environment society (66%). The conclusions that the main cause of internal factors on students academik prokrastination is the physical condition and the most important external factor causes procrastination on students academic is the school environment. For school counselor to provide services regarding content mastery of time mangement as an effort to prevent the emergence of academic procrastination.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing dapat berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman agresivitas siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah (quasi-experimental), serta pola eksperimen yang digunakan adalah pre-test and post-test. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 15 siswa terdiri dari 3 siswa berkriteria rendah dan 12 siswa berkriteria sedang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode summated ratings atau lebih terkenal dengan model skala Likert yang digunakan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil pre-test pemahaman agresivitas siswa kategori sedang (48,65 %). Setelah diberikan treatment berupa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role palying, hasil post-test pemahaman agresivitas siswa kategori rendah (35,52 %). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemahaman agresivitas siswa dalam bimbingan kelompok pada siswa sebesar 13,13%. Dengan demikian pemahaman agresivitas siswa dapat dipahami melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role playing. The purpose of this study was to determine whether counseling services group with role playing techniques can affect the students' understanding of aggressiveness. This research included in this type of research experiments. The design used is (quasi-experimental), as well as the experimental pattern used is the pre-test and post-test. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisted of 15 students from low berkriteria 3 students and 12 students berkriteria being. Methods of data collection methods Summated ratings or better known as Likert scale models are used before and after the administration of group counseling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The pre-test students' understanding of the aggressiveness of the medium category (48.65%). After being given a treatment in the form of guidance services group with role palying techniques, the results of the post-test students' understanding of the aggressiveness of the low category (35.52%). The results showed the influence of students' understanding of aggressiveness in group counseling to students by 13.13%. Thus understanding the aggressiveness of the students can be understood through group counseling services with role playing techniques.

Abstract

Findings phenomena through field observations with DCM and interviews with Counselor is the existence of barriers in the selection of secondary school students of the inside and outside. The aim of research to determine the internal and external factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX in Junior High School 1 Cluwak Pati academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is a survey research. For the population in this study were all students of class IX, namely a number of 288 students. Samples of 25% which is 72 students, and the data collection instruments constitute the psychological scale election of school. Analysis of the data used is descriptive percentage. Results found that the internal factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX amounted to 65.35%, while external factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX amounted to 64.58%. The conclusion is that students have the highest barriers on both factors of physical condition and the condition of a friend. Suggestions put forward can be taken into consideration in providing services related to the field of career to students.

Abstract

This research has been implemented according to phenomenon in several elementary school state of Boja region which indicate the diversity between regular students and Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) students. The objective of this research is to observe the difference of achievement motivation between regular students and CCT students. The population are 27 public elementary schools in Boja and the sample are 12 public elementary schools with 60 regular students and 60 CCT students using purposive sampling technique. The instrument has been tested for validity used product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used that is analysis descriptive percentage. The researcher used statistical t-test analysis technique to analyze the data. The result showed significant number at 0,618. Based result t-test of achievement motivation score tcount= 9,042> ttable= 1,980 or meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result of this research is that there is difference achievement motivation between regular students and CCT students. Therefore, teachers are expected to give support and guidance to regular students and conditional CCT students in order to increase the student’s acievement motivation in a better way.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan before being given service mastery of mind mapping content, (2) determine the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan after being given service mastery of mind mapping content, (3) determine differences the independence of student learning in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan before and after services mastery of mind mapping content. This was an experimental study with the study design one group pre-test and post-test. The population in of this study were are all of the students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling techniques. The method of collecting data in this study is using psychological scale in the form of independence of learninng scale. The results showed that students' learning independence increased after treatment in the form of services given control of the content of the mind mapping. So we can conclude that the services mastery of mind mapping content effective to enhance the independence learning of class VIII SMP Negeri 11 Pekalongan.

Abstract

This research is based on the data collected from Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) on 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang that shows that many students still have low consciousness of independent learning and negative self-concept. The aim of this research is to find out relationship between independent learning and self-concept illustration of students using facebook. This research used ex post facto with correlational quantitative method. The populations used in this research are students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang who use facebook. Data-collection method uses psychology scale which is independent learning and self-concept scale. Data-analysis technique uses percentage descriptive statistics and correlation analysis product moment. The result of percentage descriptive statistics showed that students’ independent learning was on high category (74.8 %) and students’ self-concept was on high category (77.8 %). According to the result of correlation product moment test, it showed that rhitung = 0,619 > rtabel = 0,148 that means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result indicates there is positive and significant relationship between independent learning and self-concept of students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang who use facebook

Abstract

salah satu tujuan manusia adalah untuk memahami dan menjalin interaksi sosial dengan orang lain. Namun pada kenyataannya para siswa tidak memahami bagaimana cara menjalin interaksi sosial yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana perbedaan tingkat interaksi sosial siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok. Jenis penelitiannya adalah eksperimen dengan metode pre-experiment. Temuan penelitian yaitu: 1) tingkat interaksi sosial siswa sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok adalah 55,4%. 2) tingkat interaksi sosial siswa setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok adalah 91%. 3) terdapat kenaikan tingkat interaksi sosial setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan konseling kelompok dengan untuk meningkatkan harga diri pada siswa underachiever kelas VIII SMP N 11 Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pre-experimental design, dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 7 siswa yang memiliki masalah harga diri rendah. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala harga diri, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment dan rumus alpha. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji Wilcoxon. Harga diri siswa underachiever sebelum diberikan konseling kelompok memiliki rata-rata 52% termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan harga diri siswa underachiever setelah diberikan konseling kelompok memiliki rata-rata 72.44% termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon dengan taraf kesalahan 0.05 diketahui z hitung lebih besar dari z tabel (-2.366<0.0094) maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan harga diri pada siswa underachiever. ABSTRACT The objectives of this research was to examine the effectiveness of a group counseling service in improving the self esteem on underachiever students in class VIII of SMPN 11 Semarang. The researcher used pre-experimental design method; one group pretest-postest design. This research used purposive sampling in which the subjects were 7 students who had the low self esteem problems. In collecting the data, the researcher used a self esteem scale, validity and reliability test used Product Moment and Alpha formula. Furthermore, in analyzing the data, the researcher used percentage descriptive analysis and Wilcoxom test. The self esteem on underachiever students before given the group counseling had mean 52%, it was in moderate catagory. While, the self esteem on underachiever students after given the group counseling had mean 72,44%, it was in high category. Based on the result of the Wilcoxon test in 0.05level error, it was known that z value was high than z table (-2.366<0.0094), it meant Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that the group counseling service was able to improve the self esteem on underachiever students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri siswa kelas VII SMP baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi 286 siswa dan sampel 158 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,648, p = <0,05), kemudian antara dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,350, p = <0,05). Begitu pula antara konsep diri dan dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,658 , p = <0,05). Kata kunci : konsep diri; dukungan sosial; penyesuaian diri ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social support with the self-adjustment of students of class VII SMP either partially or jointly. This study uses correlational quantitative design with a population of 286 students and a sample of 158 students. the sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis techniques using multiple correlation. The results showed that between self-concept and self-adjustment had significant correlation (R = 0,648, p = <0,05), then between social support and self-adjustment also had significant correlation (R = 0,350, p = <0,05 ). Similarly, between self-concept and social support with self-adjustment also has a significant relationship (R = 0.658, p = <0.05). Keyword: self-concept, social support, social support
