Abstract

Dunia anak adalah dunia bermain dan belajar. Dalam dunia anak-anak terdapat berbagai jenis permainan, salah satu jenis permainan yang bermanfaat dan bersifat edukatif adalah puzzle. Media puzzle merupakan media untuk pengembangan kognitif anak karena di dalamnya terdapat angka-angka ataupun gambar dan anak harus mampu menyusun gambar dengan baik. Perkembangan kognitif anak menjadi salah satu penentu dalam pengembangan kecakapan hidupnya di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan penggunaan alat permainan edukatif puzzle dengan perkembangan anak usia 54-72 bulan di TK Sudirman Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey analitik. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anak usia 54-72 bulan yang berjumlah 36 responden. Besar sampel dihitung menggunakan total populasi, yaitu sebanyak 36 responden. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan lembar KPSP yang diisi langsung oleh peneliti. Analisis data terdiri dari analisa univariat yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dari masing-masing variabel dan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden dapat menggunakan alat permainan edukatif puzzle dengan baik yaitu 35 anak (97,2%) dan sebagian besar pula perkembangan anak usia 54 - 72 bulan dikategorikan normal yaitu 33 anak (91,7%). Berdasarkan uji stastistik Rank Spearman menunjukkan bahwa pvalue : 0,048 yang artinya adanya hubungan antara penggunaan alat permainan edukatif puzzle dengan perkembangan anak usia 54 ? 72 bulan di TK Sudirman 01 Kota Pekalongan. Disarankan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan informasi tambahan dan masukan tentang perkembangan anak secara seimbang melalui pemilihan alat permainan edukatif yang sesuai dengan usia anak.Kata Kunci?????????? : Alat Permainan Edukatif, Puzzel, Perkembangan AnakTHE RELATIONSHIP OF THE USE OF EDUCATIONAL GAMES PUZZLE TOOLS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AGED 54-72 MONTH IN KINDERGARTEN SUDIRMAN 01 PEKALONGANThe world of children is a world of play and learning. In the world of children there are various types of games, one type of game that is useful and educative is a puzzle. Puzzle is a medium for cognitive development of children because in it there are numbers or pictures and children must be able to arrange images well. The development of cognitive child becomes one of the determinants in the development of life skills in the future. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between the use of educational puzzle game tools with the development of children aged 54-72 months in Kindergarten Sudirman 01 Pekalongan City. This research is a kind of quantitative research with analytic survey method. The study population was all children aged 54-72 months, amounting to 36 respondents. The sample size is calculated using total population, that is 36 respondents. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires and KPSP sheets filled directly by the researchers. The data analysis consisted of univariate analysis which presented in the form of frequency distribution table from each variable and bivariate analysis using Rank Spearman statistical test. The result of the research shows that most of the respondents can use puzzle game with 35 children (97,2%) and most of the development of children aged 54 - 72 months are categorized as normal (33,7%). Based on Spearman Rank test, it shows that pvalue: 0,048 which means there is a relationship between the use of puzzle game educational tools with the development of children aged 54 - 72 months in Kindergarten Sudirman 01 Pekalongan City. Suggested results of this study can be used as additional information and input on the development of children in a balanced manner through the selection of educational games appropriate to the age of the child.Keywords??????????? : educational game tool, Puzzel, Child development

Abstract

Drug abuse in Indonesia is increasingly. Drug users not only adults, but adolescent and children. Many drug users who try to express the reasons as the cause of her fall on the drug early. Place of rehabilitation does not guarantee the student to complete recovery if they are not having their own intentions that he would work well. When he got out of rehabilitation, relapse risk can occur when students return along with fellow drug users. To solve problems and maintain health in a risk situation is the need for resilience. Resilience is the ability of individuals in overcoming life's challenges and maintain good health and energy so it can continue to live healthily. Students need emotional intelligence to develop resilience to survive in the face of challenges during the healing process so that they can return to normal life, and not experiencing relapse. The purpose this research is to know correlation emotional intelligence to resilience residents in House of Peace. This research was conducted on 16 resident in the House of Peace. The data collector used are two scales, that emotional intelligence scale (50 items, α = 0,946) and resilience scale (70 items, α = 0,964). Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis. Results of data analysis showed positive correlation and significant between emotional intelligence to resilience ( = 0,801, p <0,05). The hypothesis of this research is received. Abstract

Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is one of the health indicators of a country. Pekalongan City Health Deparment data show that IMR in Pekalongan city in 2013 as many as 104 cases. Viewed from the side of the cause, there are two kinds of cause in infant and child mortality, they are endogenous and exogenous. The purpose of this research is to describe the causes of infant and child under five years old mortality in Pekalongan. Research carried out quantitatively and qualitatively, with respondent amounted to 20 persons. The main informants are 8 parents of infants or children who died in 2013-2014, and triangulation informants include 1) Independent Practic Midwife, 2) The Head of Space Baby, 3) The Head of Space Child, 4) The Head of Medical Records Unit. Quantitative data collection using medical record, KIA report, and data OVP, while qualitative using indepth interviews. Analysis of quantitative data presented in the table of descriptive and qualitative content analysis. The statistical results showed the mother’s education level is elementary (45%), housewives (70%), the incidence of low birth weight (20%), asphyxia (10%), and diarrhea (20%). Qualitative results showed that infant and child mortality due to exhausting household activities, insufficient nutrition, maternal health workers do not implement advice, information when ANC is less clear, less PHBS, and late treatment to referral facility. It is recommended for health workers to provide KIE should be deeper, clear, easy to understand an engange husband or family. Keyword : Basic concepts infants and children, cause of death

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where children under 5 years of age cannot thrive due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 100 days of life. This decline has an impact on brain growth and development, thereby increasing the risk of developing chronic diseases in adulthood. Apart from poor nutrition, factors causing stunting are low education or lack of parental knowledge about stunting. One of the causes of a mother's poor or weak womb is that she is not old enough to get pregnant or marries young, which causes several problems during pregnancy which can then give birth to a stunted baby. The aim of this service is to increase parents' knowledge in preventing stunting. The method used in this community service activity is through outreach activities to parents in the Jenggot Village area, Pekalongan City. As a result of this activity, participants' knowledge increased, namely good knowledge by 45.2% compared to 23.8% previously given counseling.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period which is a period of transition in a child's development between childhood and adulthood which generally begins at the age of 12 or 13 years and ends at the age of 21 years. Adolescence is a vulnerable period because of the inability of teenagers to solve their own problems. Many teenagers ultimately find that many of the solutions do not match their expectations. advances in science and technology always result in social change, with increasingly sophisticated communications technology, transportation and information systems, changes in society are accelerating more rapidly. In facing such situations, teenagers often have a more sensitive soul, which in the end, quite a few teenagers fall into things that are contrary to moral values, religious norms, social norms and norms of life in society. The aim of this service is to provide assistance to youth posyandu as an effort to prevent juvenile delinquency. The method used in this community service activity begins with an opening and introduction of the resource persons, then continues with the delivery of health education material, a question and answer session to the participants and finally closing. With this activity, the posyandu felt helped because it was provided with assistance and information in preventive efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

Masalah tumbuh kembang pada balita menjadi permasalahan kesehatan yang sering dirasakan oleh banyak negara salah satunya yaitu stunting. Laporan RISKESDAS 2018 menunjukkan penurunan prevalensi stunting di tingkat nasional sebesar 6,4% selama 5 tahun, yaitu dari 37,2% (2013) menjadi 30,8% (2018). Proporsi status gizi; pendek dansangat pendek pada seseorang, mencapai 29,9% atau lebih tinggi dibandingkan target rencana pembangunan jangka menengah nasional (RPJMN) 2019 sebesar 28%. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting di antaranya dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang stunting dengan cara pemberian edukasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang tua dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah pemberian edukasi dengan nilai p value =0,01 dengan hubungan rendah (nilai korelasi 0,339), rata-rata kenaikan pengetahuan 7,1. Disarankan untuk instansi membentuk atau menguatkan program pencegahan stunting kepada calon orang tua maupun calon pengantin agar kelak bisa menerapkan kepada keluarganya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Mind Mapping method in stimulating the creativity of children aged 5-6 years at TK PKK Talun, Desa Talun, Kecamatan Ngebel, Kabupaten Ponorogo. The approach used is field descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 20 children, as well as teachers and parents. The results show that the Mind Mapping method is effective in enhancing children's creativity, as evidenced by the increase in creative thinking abilities such as generating new ideas and connecting concepts. Observations indicated that the children were more active and enthusiastic in learning activities. Interviews with teachers and parents revealed that this method helps children understand the material better and improves their memory. Documentation of the children's work showed improvements in uniqueness and innovation aspects. Based on these findings, the Mind Mapping method is recommended as a learning strategy to stimulate creativity in early childhood education at TK PKK Talun.

Abstract

Contraception is the prevention of fertilization of an egg by a sperm cell or prevention of the attachment of a fertilized egg to the uterine wall. The contraception program is one effort that can be made to control the birth rate. The use of postpartum birth control is an important aspect in reproductive health and family planning. In an effort to achieve sustainable development goals, attention to the welfare of mothers, children and families is becoming increasingly urgent. The aim of this service is to provide postpartum family planning education to pregnant women to actively participate in the success of family planning activities. The method used in this community service activity begins with post-natal family planning education, various types of post-natal family planning according to needs. The result of this activity was an increase in the knowledge of respondents, the majority of whom were in the good category (87.5%). Overall, this service activity can be said to be good because it has succeeded in increasing respondents' knowledge and understanding regarding postpartum family planning.

Abstract

The factors that influence achievement in the world of education are multi-dimensional consequences that link several factors, including family, community, school, peers and the students themselves. Education is one means of forming and creating quality human resources. One important indicator of the results of education is achievement. Student learning achievement is influenced by internal and external factors of students. Family support is one factor that can influence student learning achievement.The research that will be carried out includes research that uses analytical observational studies with a cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique used puptpsive sampling, namely respondents who were willing to take part in the research. Sampling was carried out using a Google form link which was distributed via WhatsApp to all midwifery students at the Harapan Ibu Pekalongan Midwifery Academy. The type of analysis in this research uses the Kendall Tau test analysis. The results of the research obtained a p value of 0.021 which shows that there is a significant relationship between family support and the level of student learning achievement as evidenced by the cumulative achievement index (GPA) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.362 showing that there is a sufficient correlation or relationship between family support and student learning achievement
