Abstract

Ketangguhan finansial melalui perlindungan holistik dan keberlanjutan ekonomi menjadi upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi dan arus globalisasi, instrumen keuangan yang mampu memberikan perlindungan terhadap resiko finansial adalah asuransi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep ketangguhan finansial berupa perlindungan holistik dan keberlanjutan ekonomi melalui asuransi syariah. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah memahami konsep dasar asuransi syariah dan peranannya dalam ketangguhan finansial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian library research, yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari buku, jurnal, dan riset-riset yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan asuransi syariah memegang peranan penting dalam memberikan perlindungan kepada peserta asuransi, karena asuransi syariah memiliki keunggulan yang mampu memberikan proteksi yang jauh lebih baik dan mendukung ekonomi yang berkelanjutan melalui prinsip tolong menolong, serta mengutamakan keadilan dan transparansi, perlindungan holistik serta keberlanjutan ekonomi dapat menciptakan ketangguhan finansial pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan landasan dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung perlindungan finansial yang holistik dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the role of the Office of Women’s  Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) in handling cases of child abuse in Gowa Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this study is to examine how DP3A carries out its role in addressing child abuse in Gowa Regency and to identify the inhibiting factors it faces in handling such cases. The findings reveal that DP3A Gowa Regency plays a strategic role in addressing child abuse through preventive measures such as community outreach and education, case handling through the UPTD PPA with legal and psychological services, and child recovery programs including counseling, therapy, and social reintegration. Collaboration with schools, the police, the Social Affairs Office, NGOs, and the establishment of a Children’s Forum further strengthens the child protection system in the region. However, the study also identifies several inhibiting factors, including a shortage of professional human resources, limited operational funding, and low public awareness influenced by patriarchal culture and the normalization of violence. These obstacles result in limited services, delays in case handling, and a large number of unreported cases. In conclusion, DP3A Gowa Regency plays an essential role in creating a comprehensive child protection ecosystem, although it still requires greater support in terms of human resource capacity, funding, and shifts in societal paradigms to ensure optimal child protection

Abstract

      Baratan Village, Patrang Sub-district, Jember District has a high potential production of cassava chips by Home Industry (IRT). Solid waste of cassava (cassava husk) from cassava processing into cassava chips has not been utilized properly. Cassava husk can be used as raw material for animal feed. The purpose of this program is the empowerment of the community of Baratan IRT in the processing of cassava husk into broiler feed and to increase the value of the waste and can improve the economic of the IRT in Baratan Village. Cassava husk has a deficiency because of the antinutrient content (Cyanide Acid) and dangerous when consumed. The methods used in this program are counseling and chipping of cassava with chipping tools, counseling and training of utilitation of cassava waste, counseling and training of broiler feed formulation, pelet making, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The result of this program is the IRT Baratan Village Jember Regency is able to process the solid waste from processing of cassava chips into broiler feed (pelet). Guidebooks can be used by IRT well so they can treat the waste into feed independently. IRT cassava chips as a partner of this program can implement and apply the technology that has been given and strive to always continuous in the manufacture of feed and pellet product development in an effort to improve the welfare and sustainability of the program.Keywords: cassava waste, pelet feed, Baratan Village
