Abstract

AbstrakPergeseran industri berbasis tenaga kerja (labour based industries) ke industri berbasispengetahuan (knowledge based industries) membuat penciptaan nilai perusahaan akanberubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara empiris hubungan intellectual capitalterhadap kinerja keuangan, dan berujung pada nilai perusahaan baik secara langsung maupuntidak langsung. Sampel diperoleh dari 18 bank dengan periode enam tahun dari 2011 sampaitahun 2016 dengan jumlah data sebanyak 108. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik pathanalysis yang dilakukan melalaui uji analisis regresi linier. Untuk menguji pengaruh mediasidilakukan dengan sobel test. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa intellectual capitalberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan intellectual capital berpengaruhlangsung terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadapnilai perusahaan. Hasil path analysis menunjukkan intellectual capital berpengaruh tidaklangsung terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : Intellectual Capital , Kinerja Keuangan, Nilai Perusahaan,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of financial ratios into the classification of banks’ performance into good, fairly good and less good by using discriminant analysis. This research is quantitative with data amounted from 34 banks. The results of five banking financial ratios that can distinguish the status of the banking performance level is CAR, ROA, ROA and NPL. Four variables have a significant influence in differentiating the well-performing banks,  the fairly good and less good. First equation to predict differences in banking groups is Non-Performing Loan. Second discriminant equation shows that the ratio predicting the most dominant group differences is ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the construction of macroeconomic variables and the level of financial inclusion in Indonesia. The variables in this study are the Gini ratio, poverty, economic growth (GDP), and the open unemployment rate as independent variables and financial inclusion as the dependent variable. The analysis technique is in the form of panel data regression using the best model of the three panel data regression models, namely the common effect model, fixed effect model, and random effect model. The model chosen based on the results of the Hausman test and Chow test is a random effect model. The value of the coefficient of determination is 21.6%. By using a random effects model that was processed using the Eviews 12 program, the results obtained that the Gini ratio variable had a positive and insignificant effect on financial inclusion, the percentage of poor variable had a negative and significant effect on financial inclusion, the variable economic growth (GDP) had a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, The open unemployment rate variable has a negative and significant effect on financial inclusion.

Abstract

Young investors are unique in terms of making investment decisions. This study aims to examine the impact of illusion of control, overconvidence and emotion on investment decisions made by young investors in the city of Makassar. Using quantitative method, 114 investors are available as participants to answer the questionnaire of this research. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The results of the study show that Illusion of Control partially has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions. Overconvidence partially has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions. Emotions partially have a positive and significant impact also on investment decisions. Simultaneously illusion of control, overconvidence and emotion have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. The findings of this study show that young investors in the city of Makassar involve psychological bias in making investment decisions.

Abstract

Organisasi Keagamaan Islam memiliki jumlah pengikut yang sangat besar di Indonesia, akan tetapi, aspek psikologi dalam pengelolaan manajerial belum mendapatkan telaah yang memadai. Penelitian ini memfokuskan analisis pada kajian psikologi etika berdasarkan aspek religiusitas dan love of money. 348 pengurus ormas agama Islam di Indonesia berpartisipasi pada survei dengan desain accidental sampling dalam penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan dianalisis dengan variance-based structural equation modelling menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian mengonfirmasi hipotesis yang diajukan dimana religiusitas meningkatkan love of money dan pengaruh terbesar pada persepsi etis, serta love of money terhadap persepsi etis. Hubungan tidak langsung tidak mendapatkan dukungan yang signifikan dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat implikasi menarik, bahwa faktor religiusitas yang kuat mampu memperkuat kapasitas pengelolaan organisasi, sehingga aspek kecintaan pada uang tetap bisa menjadi pendukung bagi unsur etika para pengurus organisasi Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) emerges as a unique index in the Indonesian capital market with emphasize on the islamic values of the issuers. Consequentially, this ideological movement gives rise to the need of Islamic corporate social responsibility. This article investigates the determinants of this construct by quantitative measurement of the panel data from 2016-2018 forming a mediation, and moderation analysis in the Smartpls software. The results indicate the significant result between the Islamic board and the ICSR, but not toward the profitability—as how it affects ICSR. The mediation result does not get support from the finding. The moderating analysis implies that the larger the firm size, the more reduced the role of the Islamic board upon affecting the ICSR.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :. Jaminan sosial yang diberikan kepada tenaga kerja dapat mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja dan produktivitas mereka. Terjaminnya perlindungan dan kesejahteraan para tenaga kerja maka semakin baik kualitas produksi yang mereka hasilkan. Sehingga, kesejahteraan dapat mendorong kesamaan sosial dan menurunkan kesenjangan sosial serta menurunnya angka kemiskinan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat pembatasan usia kepesertaan dan masa perlindungan ketika terjadi tunggakan iuran untuk segmen Bukan Penerima Upah (BPU) yang berbeda dengan segmen Penerima Upah (PU), padahal di usia tersebut masih banyak pekerja yang bekerja di sektor BPU yang bekerja secara profesional dan mandiri bahkan juga terdapat pekerja yang tergolong sebagai pekerja rentan, yang justru sangat membutuhkan perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan Tujuan :. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan berbasis konsep al-‘adl dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan pekerja. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah: teologi-normatif dan sosiologis ekonomi. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pejabat Struktural BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Makassar, peserta pekerja penerima upah, pekerja bukan penerima upah. Selanjutnya metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penelusuran referensi. Lalu, teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep keadilan pada jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan dibagi dalam tiga konsep utama yaitu: Al-‘Adl, al-Mizan, dan Al-Qisth. Term Al-‘Adl menekankan pada keadilan yang bersifat non material yang berarti sama dalam perlakuan hukum. Adapun term Al-Mizan diartikulasikan sebagai persamaan dalam kualitas atau jumlah. Sedangkan Al-Qisth dimaknai dengan keadilan secara proporsional dalam arti bahwa tidak mesti harus sama dalam jumlah dan manfaat yang mesti diterima oleh para pekerja.  Dari hasil temuan itu disimpulkan bahwa keadilan yang diterapkan selama ini oleh pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Makassar ada pada keadilan al-Mizan dan al-Qisth. Sementara term keadilan dalam bentuk al-‘Adl berdasarkan hasil amatan peneliti belum terpenuhi dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlu mengefektifkan program Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan sebab banyak pekerja yang terkena pengurangan karyawan dan juga PHK. Perlunya merekonstruksi kembali kebijakan mengenai manfaat dan persyaratan kepesertaan antara PU dan BPU sehingga tidak ada lagi perbedaan syarat kepesertaan antara kedua segmen tersebut dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi peserta

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, the effect of product features on purchasing decisions, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions which are moderated by lifestyle and the effect of product features on purchasing decisions which are moderated by lifestyle. This research is quantitative research using the partial least squares (PLS) method, using Smart PLS 3.3 software. The number of respondents in this study was 100 iPhone user respondents in the city of Makassar. The results of this research show that quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase iPhone smartphone products, features have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase iPhone smartphone products, lifestyle is not able to moderate the relationship between quality and the decision to purchase iPhone smartphone products, lifestyle is able to moderate the relationship between features on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphone products.

Abstract

The characteristics of the Indonesian economy are supported by the micro, small, and medium enterprise sectors, which account for 98.33% of the enterprise population in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the increasing number of business units, labor contribution, and contribution of MSMEs to GDP. The post-COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes to the lifestyle of businesses and consumers along with the use of digitalization. The existence of digitalization provides opportunities for businesses to increase online sales and fast and efficient bookkeeping. The obstacles faced at this time are that Sebatik Island MSME actors still have obstacles in utilizing digital applications. Therefore, this research began by conducting community service on 13 September 2023 to provide training on digitalization to business actors. The samples in this study were 27 MSME actors dominated by culinary businesses. The methods used include mapping, interviews with UMKM participants, formulation of problems and solutions, determination of problem-solving strategies, and implementation of MSMEs seminars.

Abstract

Abstrak Organisasi dituntut bukan hanya merekrut karyawan yang memiliki kualitas yang baik, namun juga memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap retensi dari karyawan, faktor utamanya adalah hubungan antara indivdu dan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan hubugan antara individu dan organisasi, keteladanan nabi Muhammad saw. serta menguraikan retensi dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yakni library research, dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara individu dan organisasi adalah kontrak psikologis dan kepemilikan psikologis, sedangkan dalam organisasi Islam adalah kontrak psikologis Islam dan komitmen organisasi Islam. Kesesuaian antara nilai-nilai individu dan nilai-nilai organisasi disebut Person-organization fit (P-O Fit). Prinsip-prinsip The Celestial Management adalah sebuah pendekatan manajemen spiritual yang berpusat pada aturan syariat dan nilai ilahiyah yang sesuai dengan contoh Rasulullah dalam membangun sumber daya manusia. Manajemen menggunakan retensi karyawan untuk mempertahankan karyawan berbakat untuk jangka waktu tertentu. Sehingga jika perusahaan menciptakan retensi maka perlu memperhatikan hubungan individu dan organisasi. Kata Kunci: Individu, Organisasi, Person-organization fit, keteladanan, retensi   Abstract Organizations are required to not only recruit employees who have good quality, but also pay attention to factors that can influence employee retention, the main factor being the relationship between the individual and the organization. This research aims to describe the relationship between individuals and organizations, the example of the Prophet Muhammad saw. and outlines retention within the organization. This research includes qualitative research, namely library research, using descriptive analysis. The research results show that the relationship between individuals and organizations is a psychological contract and psychological ownership, whereas in Islamic organizations it is an Islamic psychological contract and Islamic organizational commitment. The match between individual values and organizational values is called Person-organization fit (P-O Fit). The principles of The Celestial Management are a spiritual management approach that is centered on sharia rules and divine values in accordance with the example of the Prophet in developing human resources. Management uses employee retention to retain talented employees for a certain period of time. So if a company creates retention it needs to pay attention to the relationship between individuals and organizations. Keywords: Individual, Organization, Person-Organization Fit, Exemplary, Retention
