Abstract

Sosial media kini telah menjadi budaya baru dalam rutinitas sehari-hari. Sosial media hadir sebagai wadah untuk berbagi informasi. Namun dalam perkembangannya, sosial media bukan lagi sekedar berbagi informasi tapi sebagai wadah menyampaikan pendapat, kritik, saran dan komplain kepada instansi tertentu. Data Badan Pusat Statistik  DKI Jakarta tahun 2016, jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang terdaftar sebanyak 11.839.921 unit dengan jumlah sebanyak itu jika tidak diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan pembangunan jalan yang signifikan maka kemacetan akan bertambah parah setiap tahunnya di DKI Jakarta. Dengan penerapan kebijakan ganjil genap diharapkan kemacetan dapat berkurang dan masyarakat berlaih menggunakan transportasi umum yang telah tersedia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa sentimen masyarakat berupa respon postif, netral atau negatif pada media sosial twitter. Algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan ke dalam sentimen positif, netral dan negative. Data diperoleh dengan cara crawling pada media sosial twitter pada bulan maret sampai mei 2019. Hasil penelitian memperoleh data sebanyak 3117 baris kemudian diprosentasekan menjadi 5.38% sentiment positif 14.54% sentimen negatif dan 80.08% sentimen netral. Dengan hasil tersebut, sentimen netral mendominasi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hal diantaranya yaitu respon masyarakat yang cenderung tidak peduli terhadap kebijakan ganjil genap dan proses pengambilan data dilakukan pada saat ganjil genap tidak menjadi trending.

Abstract

The network infrastructure used by PT. Quantum currently uses one communication line in its network infrastructure. So, when the line dies, work that requires an internet connection will be disrupted and detrimental to the agency, for that two communication lines are needed. The Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) network configuration is a high availability network that provides alternative means on all infrastructure paths and critical servers that can be accessed anytime. This is very useful when the main line on the web is down; the second line on the web will automatically back up the communication line, so work is not interrupted. The purpose of this research is to design a Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) network infrastructure based on the Cisco Packet Tracer application. A network configuration on the Router to set the path of data packets, which can divert the main path (Active Router) to the backup path (Backup Router) if there is a problem in distributing data packets to the destination router (Main Router). The test results of the network configuration test that are made run well, there is no data loss, and show the average reply speed is below 10 ms.

Abstract

The birth and rapid development of the internet into one of the cheapest communication infrastructures and, a wide acceptance rate. By bringing the advantages of the internet such as 24-hour service, access from all directions at a relatively low cost, and other conveniences. Golfy Toys Store is a toy store that only markets via offline marketing by making banners and other offline marketing tools. The process of selling goods is usually still written in the sales book. This affects the revenue earned. A sales system is needed, namely a system that can help speed up the process of making notes that are already automatic, so they don't need to be written on books. The results with this website-based sales system are to help stores improve store branding and provide added value in business models that will strengthen the competitive value of their business in the future amid intense competition with shops selling similar products.

Abstract

The Indonesia has cultural diversity according to existing regions, one of which is folk songs. It takes the participation of teachers in schools for the introduction and learning of culture in order to remain sustainable. SD Negeri Pejagalan 05 Elementary School Jakarta, has not yet developed computerized learning media for cultural subjects, especially folk songs. Teaching about culture, especially folk songs in schools only focuses on theoretical giving. At the time when learning arts and culture experienced quite a lot of difficulties considering the diversity of regional cultures in the archipelago. The use of learning media as a learning aid is very much needed, while the tools for introducing culture are also very minimal. Based on observations, interviews and analysis of this study using the PIECES theory. Researchers develop learning media in the form of animation, using Adobe Flash CS6 software. In this animation, the material in the form of text and audio is accompanied by an image in the form of a map of Indonesia. The result of this research is the creation of an interactive application of learning folk songs with the Adobe Flash Professional CS6 program. The implementation of the application is made according to expectations.

Abstract

Retaining customers is becoming a measurement focus in an industry with increasing competition. The concept of customer retention has become a research study in the sales industry, because it is difficult to retain customers and easily switch to other brands. Customer repurchase decisions in the business world of sales are very competitive. Customer satisfaction is directly proportional to the retention rate, if the customer is not satisfied then the automatic retention rate will be low. If the company is not able to meet customer expectations, it will have a serious impact on the company, namely moving customers to other services. Service factors, price, profit value, satisfaction and trust affect customer retention. One of the factors that influence consumers to become customer retention is service quality. A predictive customer retention plan is needed with data mining using the random forest algorithm. The random forest algorithm is a method that generates a number of trees from sample data, where the creation of one tree during training does not depend on the previous tree, the decision is based on the most voting. The voting results from several decision trees that are formed are the boundaries that are used as class determination in the classification process and the most votes are the winners and determine the classification class. This study aims to determine and analyze customer loyalty, customer trust and customer satisfaction. So that it can make it easier to monitor customers at the company. The results can be seen with the percentage of about 81.12% customer retention and about 18.87% customer churn. The result of feature evaluation shows that customer_activity has the highest influence on customer retention, followed by subtotal and qty.

Abstract

Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi serta komunikasi mutakhir yang semakin pesat dan tantangan globalisasi sekarang ini menyebabkan perubahan yang cukup mendasar dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Perubahan tersebut tidak hanya menyangkut bentuk jejaring dan pola hubungan sosial baru yang sangat cepat dan tebuka, tetapi juga kesadaran kolektif untuk menempatkan sumber data informasi sebagal modal utama di tengah kompetisi global. Perkembangan kemajuan Teknologi Informasi di Indonesia hampir berdampak kepada semua aspek yang ada di masyarakat termasuk lembaga pemerintahan. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, lembaga pemerintahan di Indonesia akan berusaha memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang ada dalam rangka mendukung suatu proses yang berkaitan dengan pendataan sehingga memberikan informasi yang cepat dan tepat khususnya untuk memajukan suatu institusi. Sistem informasi data penduduk pada tingkat desa biasanya masih menggunakan sistem yang manual. Hal ini menimbulkan beberapa kendala yang cukup merepotkan, terutama pada ketidakvalidan dan ketidakcocokan data. Sering pula terjadi kendala pada saat pencarian informasi tentang penduduk baru, maupun penduduk yang pindah dari desa tersebut. Demikian pula halnya dengan penyediaan data, misalnya data pekerjaan, data pendidikan, dan data demografi penduduk yang sering tidak up to date. Berangkat dari kendala-kendala di atas, maka dibuatlah rancangan suatu system informasi kependudukan. Diharapkan sistem informasi pendataan penduduk pada tingkat desa ini akan sangat membantu instansi pemerintah dalam melakukan pendataan penduduk dalam ruang lingkup sebuah desa. Dimana sistem ini akan melakukan proses pendataan seiring dengan proses pengajuan surat-surat kependudukan oleh setiap penduduk yang datang ke kantor kepala desa. Dengan demikian data kependudukan dapat diperoleh dengan mudah tanpa harus melakukan pendataan secara langsung ke tempat penduduk tersebut tinggal. Sistem yang dibangun ini dirancang dengan alur dan rancangan antar muka yang sederhana, sehingga dapat dengan mudah digunakan di lingkungan desa, dalam hal ini mengambil contoh di Desa XYZ, Kecamatan A Kota B.

Abstract

State revenue from the excise sector has increased every year because cigarette excise is the biggest contributor to state revenue. Fraud or cheating occurs because of motivation and encouragement from various parties. The techniques of fraud are varied, ranging from outsmarting principles to committing illegal acts were then led to the bankruptcy of the company. According to data from the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, which has its head office in Jalan Jenderal A Yani Rawamangun, East Jakarta, fraud was committed by tobacco senders who did not have excise stamps. The problem in this study is how is the preventive detection system on fraud reports at the customs office. The research objective is to obtain preventive detection measures for fraud reports. The results of time series modeling have a score of 1,006 for the training data and a score of 1 for the data testing showing that the prediction results have a high degree of accuracy.Setiap tahun pendapatan negara yang berasal dari sektor cukai mengalami peningkatan karena cukai rokok menjadi penyumbang terbesar bagi pendapatan negara. Fraud atau kecurangan terjadi karena adanya motivasi dan dorongan dari berbagai pihak. Teknik kecurangan atau fraud yang dilakukan bervariasi, mulai dari mengakali prinsip hingga melakukan tindakan ilegal yang kemudian disembunyikan, dan berujung pada kebangkrutan perusahaan. Sesuai data dari Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai yang berkantor pusat di jalan jenderal A Yani Rawamangun Jakarta Timur, terdapat kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengirim tembakau yang tidak terdapat pita cukai. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana preventive detection system pada laporan kecurangan di kantor bea cukai? Tujuan Penelitian untuk mendapatkan langkah-langkah preventive detection pada laporan kecurangan. Hasil pemodelan timeseries dengan nilai skor 1.006 untuk data training dan skor 1 untuk data testing, menunjukkan bahwa hasil prediksi memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education requires integrated academic data management to support efficient and accountable academic governance. However, many institutions still face challenges, including data fragmentation, limited access to information, and administrative inefficiencies. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based academic dashboard system to address these issues. The system was designed using a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, consisting of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system’s main features include a login menu, main menu, activity menu, report menu, and statistics menu, all of which support real-time integration of academic data. The study results show that this system can improve administrative efficiency by up to 73%, particularly in processes such as course registration, grade recap, and academic report preparation. A user satisfaction survey yielded an average score of 4.6 out of 5, with positive ratings for ease of use, data access speed, and information visualization. Furthermore, the report and statistics features enable analysis of academic performance, such as graduation rates and student grade point averages, thus supporting data-driven strategic decision-making. This system has also been proven to increase collaboration between departments by up to 35%, support transparency, and strengthen accountability in higher education governance. Implementing a web-based academic dashboard can be a strategic solution to improve the quality of academic data management in higher education. This system is expected to become a model that other institutions can adopt to address the challenges of the digital transformation era. However, intensive user training and regular system maintenance are required to ensure the system’s long-term sustainability and reliability.Transformasi digital di perguruan tinggi memerlukan pengelolaan data akademik yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung efisiensi dan akuntabilitas tata kelola akademik. Namun, banyak institusi masih menghadapi tantangan seperti fragmentasi data, keterbatasan akses informasi, dan inefisiensi administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem dashboard akademik berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Fitur utama sistem meliputi menu masuk, menu utama, menu aktivitas, menu laporan, dan menu statistik, yang mendukung pengintegrasian data akademik secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi hingga 73%, terutama dalam proses seperti pendaftaran mata kuliah, rekap nilai, dan penyusunan laporan akademik. Survei kepuasan pengguna mencatat rata-rata skor 4.6 dari 5, dengan penilaian positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan akses data, dan visualisasi informasi. Selain itu, fitur laporan dan statistik memungkinkan analisis performa akademik, seperti tingkat kelulusan dan rata-rata nilai mahasiswa, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data. Sistem ini juga terbukti meningkatkan kolaborasi antarbagian hingga 35%, mendukung transparansi, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas tata kelola pendidikan tinggi. Implementasi sistem dashboard akademik berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan data akademik di perguruan tinggi. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat diadopsi oleh institusi lain dalam menghadapi tantangan era transformasi digital. Meski demikian, pelatihan intensif bagi pengguna dan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keandalan sistem dalam jangka panjang
