Abstract

The NOC (Network Operation Center) Division is highly dependent on the availability of internet access in carrying out its duties to monitor and maintain the network remotely. Therefore, the absence of adequate internet access will determine the performance of the work performed by the NOC division. However, problems often occur on computer networks or the internet that can hinder the work done by the NOC division, these problems include, such as the process of uploading or downloading files from the server feeling slow, unable to send emails smoothly, connections often experiencing time-out, There is a long network downtime, as well as traffic congestion on the network which can reduce network reliability. To solve this problem, one solution that can be done is to implement load balancing and failover mechanisms on the network using a MikroTik router. This study aims to design a load balancing scheme using the per connection classifier (PCC) method to overcome traffic congestion problems on the network. The research was conducted using field research methods using observation and interview techniques which were conducted from August to December 2020. The results showed that the application of the load balance technique on the xMikrotik router with the PCC (Per Connection Classifier) method can separate the internet connection through the two available ISP lines so that it can solve the problem of traffic buildup on one of the ISP links to reduce latency and improve existing network performance.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process during the pandemic is where schools must continue to deliver material even though it is online because students study at home. The teacher's learning process still uses a conventional learning system, which is dominated by text and reading, the delivery of material like this causes students to be less enthusiastic and difficult to understand the material being taught. Multimedia that supports interactive-based learning is currently growing, so it can be an option for schools to build interactive learning media. Multimedia can create dynamic and interactive presentations by combining text, graphics, animation, audio, and video images. The research aims to produce interactive multimedia learning energy changes. The method used in conducting this research is a field study with interview and observation data collection techniques. The results are in the form of interactive animation applications for learning energy changes which are expected to increase understanding of the material as well as facilitate the teaching and learning process during the online learning period.Proses belajar mengajar selama era pandemik dimana sekolah harus tetap menyampaikan materi walaupun dilakukan secara daring karena siswa belajar di rumah. Proses pembelajaran para guru masih menggunakan sistem pembelajaran secara konvensional, yang didominasi teks dan bacaan, penyampaian materi seperti ini menyebabkan siswa kurang semangat dan sulit memahami materi yang diajarkan. Multimedia yang mendukung pembelajaran berbasis interaktif semakin berkembang saat ini, sehingga dapat menjadi pilihan untuk sekolah membangun sebuah media belajar interaktif. Multimedia dapat menciptakan presentasi yang dinamis dan interaktif dengan mengkombinasikan teks, grafik, animasi, audio dan gambar video. Tujuan penelitian untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif pembelajaran perubahan energi. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi animasi interaktif pembelajaran perubahan energi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi juga mempermudah proses belajar mengajar selama masa belajar daring.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven significant transformation in the retail trade sector, including the online fashion industry in Indonesia. The shift in consumer behavior towards online shopping requires businesses to adopt effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and customer management efficiency. This study aims to design and implement a WhatsApp Business-based CRM application to optimize the sales system in fashion MSMEs, with a case study in the online fashion sector. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, using interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The results show that manual use of WhatsApp Business creates obstacles, including delayed responses, unstructured customer records, and limited consumer behavior analysis. The developed CRM application integrates the WhatsApp Business API with a customer database and a web-based admin dashboard. Key features include contact management, transaction history recording, auto-reply, customer segmentation, and promotional broadcasts. Testing using the black-box method and user validation demonstrates that the system runs optimally, accelerates response times, improves communication efficiency, and provides real-time customer analysis.Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi signifikan pada sektor perdagangan ritel, termasuk industri fashion online di Indonesia. Pergeseran perilaku konsumen menuju belanja daring menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengadopsi strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas, serta efisiensi pengelolaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi CRM berbasis WhatsApp Business guna mengoptimalkan sistem penjualan pada UMKM fashion, dengan studi kasus di Sektor fashion online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan WhatsApp Business secara manual menimbulkan kendala berupa keterlambatan respons, pencatatan pelanggan yang tidak terstruktur, serta keterbatasan analisis perilaku konsumen. Aplikasi CRM yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan WhatsApp Business API dengan basis data pelanggan dan dashboard admin berbasis web. Fitur utama mencakup manajemen kontak, pencatatan histori transaksi, auto-reply, segmentasi pelanggan, dan broadcast promosi. Pengujian menggunakan metode black-box dan validasi pengguna membuktikan bahwa sistem berjalan optimal, mempercepat respons, meningkatkan efisiensi komunikasi, serta menyediakan analisis pelanggan secara real-time.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve big data literacy and basic data analysis skills for Vocational High School (SMK) students in West Jakarta. This activity was motivated by students' limited understanding of big data and the digital skills gap needed in the world of work in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The method used in this activity was practice-based training with an interactive approach, including the delivery of conceptual material, data processing practices using simple software, discussions, and evaluations through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and satisfaction questionnaires. The participants were 50 students from the Computer and Network Engineering and Multimedia departments, selected based on the recommendations of their accompanying teachers. The activity results showed a significant increase in students' understanding and skills. The average pre-test score of 42.3 increased to 78.6 in the post-test, indicating an increase of 85.8%. In addition, students showed a shift in learning behavior from passive to more active, including asking questions, discussing, and practicing data processing. The satisfaction questionnaire results indicated that more than 90% of participants found the training useful and relevant to their needs. Thus, this Community Service Program (PKM) activity has proven effective in improving big data literacy and basic digital analysis skills among vocational high school students. In addition to directly improving student competency, this activity produces learning modules that mentor teachers can use as supplementary teaching materials, ensuring sustainable benefits.Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi big data dan keterampilan dasar analisis data bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa mengenai big data serta kesenjangan keterampilan digital yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik dengan pendekatan interaktif, meliputi penyampaian materi konseptual, praktik pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak sederhana, diskusi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan kuesioner kepuasan. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 50 siswa dari jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan serta Multimedia, yang dipilih berdasarkan rekomendasi guru pendamping. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa. Nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 42,3 meningkat menjadi 78,6 pada post-test, menandakan peningkatan sebesar 85,8%. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan perubahan perilaku belajar dari pasif menjadi lebih aktif dalam bertanya, berdiskusi, dan melakukan praktik pengolahan data. Hasil kuesioner kepuasan mengindikasikan bahwa lebih dari 90% peserta menilai pelatihan bermanfaat dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PkM ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi big data dan kemampuan analisis digital dasar siswa SMK. Selain memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kompetensi siswa, kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan modul pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan guru pendamping sebagai bahan ajar tambahan, sehingga manfaatnya berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The development of information technology brings both positive impacts and risks for students, particularly in the use of the internet and websites. A lack of digital literacy can make students vulnerable to malicious websites such as phishing and data theft. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve students' digital literacy at SMP Negeri 54 Jakarta through the socialization of information technology, the internet, websites, and how to recognize and anticipate malicious websites. The methods used were socialization, discussion, and simple website creation practices. The activity results showed an increase in students' understanding of safe and responsible internet use. Based on the post-activity evaluation of 29 participants, approximately 80% of students were able to identify the characteristics of malicious websites and understand the steps to prevent them. This activity is expected to raise students' awareness of how to use digital technology more wisely and safely.Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa dampak positif sekaligus risiko bagi pelajar, khususnya dalam penggunaan internet dan website. Kurangnya literasi digital dapat membuat siswa rentan terhadap website berbahaya seperti phishing dan pencurian data. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital siswa SMP Negeri 54 Jakarta melalui sosialisasi pengenalan teknologi informasi, internet, website, serta cara mengenali dan mengantisipasi website berbahaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, diskusi, dan praktek sederhana pembuatan website. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap penggunaan internet yang aman dan bertanggung jawab. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pasca-kegiatan terhadap 29 peserta, sekitar 80% siswa mampu mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri website berbahaya dan memahami langkah pencegahannya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa untuk lebih bijak dan aman dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital
