Abstract

Adolescent is defined as a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. Adolescent age limit according to theWorld Health Organization (WHO) is 12 to 24 years. Problems that often experienced by adolescents today are issuessurrounding sexuality, especially premarital sex. Some studies show that 20 years ago, adolescents that approvedpremarital sex are around 1.2% - 9.6%, and then 10 years later rose to above 10% and 5 years later that percentagerose to 17%. Act of premarital sex is determined by the knowledge and attitudes held by adolescents. The purpose ofthis study was to analyze the relationship between adolescents knowledge and attitudes with premarital sex acts ofsecond grade senior high school students in SMK Negeri 2 Manado.This research is an analytical cross-sectional studiesdesign. Samples in this research are 82 respondents teens who have match the criteria. From the overall 82 adolescentrespondents show that most adolescent are well knowledge with the percentage of 52.4%, the attitude is dominatedwith positive attitude with a percentage of 54.9%, and the acts is dominated with good acts that is 61.0%. Chi-Square Test results indicate that there is significant relationship between knowledge and premarital sex acts (p =0.000) and no significant relationship between attitudes to premarital sex acts (p = 0.000). Overview of theknowledge, attitudes, and premarital sex acts of second grade senior high school students in SMK Negeri 2 Manadoobtained good. There is a relationship between knowledge of adolescents with premarital sex acts. There is a relationshipbetween attitudes with premarital sex acts. Conclusion : Overview of the knowledge, attitudes, and premaritalsex acts of second grade senior high school students in SMK Negeri 2 Manado obtained good. There is a relationshipbetween knowledge of adolescents with premarital sex acts. Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Berbagai upaya promotif dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan bayi, salah satunya upaya meningkatkan presentase bayi dengan status ASI eksklusif. Berdasarkan Profil Puskesmas Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan tahun 2011, pemberian ASI eksklusif di kecamatan Tareran dinyatakan nihil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dan pengetahuan dengan minat ibu hamil untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif. Metode: Penelitian dengan pendekatan cross-sectional ini dilakukan pada periode waktu bulan November-Desember 2012. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner tertutup. Hasil: Dari 60 sampel, didapatkan 54 ibu (90%) yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan dan 6 ibu (10%) memiliki pekerjaan. 48 ibu tergolong berpendidikan tinggi (80%) dan 12 ibu berpendidikan rendah (20%). 34 ibu (56.67%) memiliki pengetahuan tinggi tentang ASI, dan 26 ibu (43.33%) memiliki pengetahuan rendah. Ibu hamil dengan minat tinggi berjumlah 26 orang (56.7%) dan yang memiliki minat rendah berjumlah 34 orang (56.7%). Dari uji chi-square didapatkan variabel status bekerja (p=0,728) dan tingkat pendidikan (p=0,241) tidak bermakna. Variabel pengetahuan ibu hamil (p=0,025) ditemukan bermakna. Simpulan: Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara variabel status bekerja dan tingkat pendidikan dengan minat ibu hamil, serta didapatkan hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan  minat ibu hamil. Abstract

Water is a basic human need which is used as an instrument of human survival. Water used for drinking, preparing food, cleaning the body and household items, as well as the management of the environment. The use of water have an effect on public health because water source contaminated lot. This research was conducted to find out the descrip-tion of the usage of clean water in Malalayang 1 sub-district society. As for the research use descriptive method using the methods of the survey. The sample used was 100 respondents using proportional random sampling method from 2412 head family in Malalayang 1 sub – disctrict society. Data is processed based on the presentation of the respond-ent's answer. Results of the study found that users of PT.Air 64% have the physical state of water does not taste and smell and 72% have clear water. For users of the well pump is 17.3% have < 10 meters of distance of the well pump and pit latrines / garbage. So in the use of public water PT.Air 52% use water to wash clothes and equipment and the community who use the well pump 61,3% use water for hygiene (shower, brush your teeth).Keywords: the use of water, PT.Air, pump well

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu lembaga yang berkontribusi dalam kegiatan pendidikan di Indonesia tentunya harus mampu beradaptasi dalam menghadapi beberapa trend yang berkembang tak terkecuali trend Society lima titik nol. Terdapat lima kompetensi dari dosen PT yaitu dosen yaitu pegawai yang memiliki jabatan fungsional dan pendidik professional, dosen berkualifikasi akademik magister dan doktor, dosen seorang pembelajar dewasa, serta dosen merupakan seorang pelayan. Kompetensi ini berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kualitas empat C lulusan PT yaitu komunikasi atau Communication, kolaborasi atau Collaboration, berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah atau Critical Thinking and Problem Solving dan kreativitas inovasi atau Creativity and Innovation.
