Abstract

Empirically that strategic planning can be useful help to assert focus on things that are really important, given the ease of the organization in determining priority activities, optimizing the efficiency of the organization, provide support for the establishment of smooth communication in explaining the purposes of the strategy, help in garnering support from internal and external stakeholders, helping terkristalisasinya a better understanding of the impact that may arise against its decisions in the future and improve coordination among the various activities and various units. As an educational institution, man 3 Yogyakarta has a vision that will drive the future of the madrassa. The concept of vision is something that is very important in management education. The vision of man 3 Yogyakarta is superior and skilled and mature personality that is shortened with an ultra prime.

Abstract

Artikel ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna jilbab dalam  surat  al-Ahzab  ayat  59.  Secara  lebih  rinci  tulisan  ini  menjelaskan pertama, makna jilbab menurut Ibnu Kathir. Kedua, mengetahui  makna  jilbab  menurut  M.  Quraish  Shihab.  Ketiga,  menjelas kan  penyebab  perbedaan  pe maknaan  jilbab  antara  perspektif Ibnu  Kathir  dan  M.  Quraish  Shihab.  Artikel  ini  merupakan  hasil kajian  library  research  yang  dimaksudkan  untuk  mengetahui  perbeda an makna jilbab menurut Ibnu Katsir dan M. Quraish Shihab dengan metode penafsiran muqarrin atau metode komparatif. Ibnu Katsir  mengatakan  bahwa  aurat  wanita  adalah  seluruh  tubuhnya. Sementara, M. Quraish Shihab tidak cenderung mendukung pendapat yang mewajibkan wanita menutup seluruh badannya atas dasar bahwa seluruh tubuh wanita adalah aurat. Ini bukan saja karena lemah nya alasan-alasan  yang  mereka  kemukakan,  tetapi  juga  dengan  tampil seperti yang mereka wajibkan berarti gugurlah fungsi hiasan atau keindahan dalam berpakaian, padahal al-Quran sendiri menyebutkan bahwa salah satu fungsi pakaian adalah hiasan. Adapun penyebab per bedaan  para  ulama  dalam  memaknai  jilbab  adalah  penafsiran mereka terhadap surat al-Nur ayat 31.

Abstract

If the teacher has been able to master the material to be taught, the teacher must be able to actualize themselves. Continuous training is the answer. Both the methodology of teaching and understanding the philosophy and the accompanying paradigm. This training should be coupled with endeavors to develop the sensitivity and creativity of each teacher, to develop their own methodologies appropriate for each student. Therefore, the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) and the Ministry of Education (Kemendiknas) which is responsible for developing the professionalism and quality of teachers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pesantren as a forerunner to the original Indonesian educational institution just legally recognized in 2003 through the National Education Law No. 20/ 2003. The pesantren educations that were initially oriented only on deepen-ing religious knowledge have begun to include general subjects. The inclu-sion of these subjects is expected to expand the horizons of students’ thought in which they will also take the national examination held by the govern-ment. The informal education outcomes are appreciated to be equivalent to formal education after passing the assessment of equivalency process con-ducted by agencies appointed by the government or local authorities by ref-erence to national education standards. The pesantren has a special place and position in the national education system. Therefore, the pesantren should always make improvements and increase its education quality.AbstrakPesantren sebagai cikal bakal lembaga pendidikan yang asli Indonesia baru mendapat pengakuan secara yuridis pada tahun 2003 melalui UU Sisdiknas No. 20 Tahun 2003. Pendidikan pesantren yang pada mulanya hanya berorientasi pada pendalaman ilmu agama semata-mata mulai memasukkan mata pelajaran umum. Masuknya mata pelajaran ini diharapkan untuk memperluas cakrawala berpikir para santri dan biasanya pula para santri mengikuti ujian negara yang diadakan oleh pemerintah. Hasil pendidikan nonformal dapat dihargai setara dengan hasil program pendidikan formal setelah melalui proses penilaian penyetaraan oleh lembaga yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah dengan mengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan. Posisi pesantren dalam sistem pendidikan nasional memiliki tempat dan posisi yang istimewa. Karena itu, sudah sepantasnya jika kalangan pesantren terus berupaya mela-kukan berbagai perbaikan dan meningkatkan kualitas serta mutu pendidikan di pesantren.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an Qashas is news of al-Qur’an about the state of the former peoples, the Prophet and the events that have occurred. It is generally asserted that  the  stories in the Quran provide abundant benefits such as confirming the heart of god messenger, justifying the previous Prophets, uncover the lies of the scripture with hujjah,  and the story is one of literary works  that can attract the attention of listeners and explain the principles of dawah to Allah as well. It is undoubtedly that a well-organized story will be easily catching the listeners’ soul and people will be also fond of accepting it, even they will not get bored due to the essence of story. By reflecting the benefits of the story in Al-Qur’an, it is recommended that the educators should take its advantage during the learning process in the classroom, especially on Islamic learning lesson since this subject is regarded as fundamental and core of Islamic education objectives. Therefore, the stories in Quran play an important role as a fruitful media that can help teachers educate the students and achieve their instructional goals successfully.     قصص القرأن هو اخباره عن احوال الأمم الماضية, والنبوات السابقة, والحوادث الواقعة. لا شك فيه ان القصة المحكمة الدقيقة تطرق المسامع بشغف- وتنفذ الى النفس البشرية بسهولة ويسر, وتسترسل مع سياقها المشاعر فلا تمل ولا تكد, ويرتاد العقل عناصرها فيجني من حقولها الأزاهير والثمار. هذه الظاهرة الفطرية النفسية ينبغي للمربين ان يفيدوا منها فى مجالاة التعليم, لاسيما التهذيب الديني, الذي هو لب التعليم, وقوام التوجيه فيه. وفى القصص القرأن تربة خصبة تساعد المربين على النجاح فى مهمتهم و تمدهم بزاد تهذيبي.

Abstract

Abstract; in the growth of Islamic Boarding School, Islamic Boarding School leadership shall no longer apply single leadership pattern. Islamic Boarding School organization developed in the legal form of institution. Islamic Boarding School Organizational toward impersonal without lessening role of kyai as highest leader, with leadership like that, Islamic Boarding School become one of the modern education institute. Islamic Boarding School leadership shall no longer apply single leadership pattern but in the form of legal form of institution. With leadership like that, Islamic Boarding School become one of the modern education institute. Learning Organization is appliance to develop quality institution or organization. Every organizational member require to develop its ability continually for future. Applying of study organization conducted because organization have core value to improve strategic ability for the process of action repair, improve knowledge and skilled its member. Thereby, Continuity of Islamic Boarding School exist finally shall no longer depend on someone as single leader a kyai, but have rounded into a working team. This matter represent good growth for continuity of Islamic Boarding School. ملخص: طبقا لنموّ المعاهد (البسانترين) فإن الرئاسة فيها ليست رئاسة واحدة. تنظّم منظمة المعهد في شكل المؤسسة ، واتجه إلى الرئاسة الجماعية  لكن دون أن يقلل دور كياهي فيه كالرئيس الأول فيه، فبهذا يصبح المعهد مؤسسة تربوية متقدّمة. و  Learning organization   هو الوسيلة لبناء المنظمة أو المؤسسة المتقدمة. وكل من أعضاء هذه المنظمة لابد أن تنمّى كفاءاته لأجل الإصلاح في المستقبل. ويطبق تنسيق التعليم لأن المنظمة لها القيمة لتنمية الكفاءات الاستيراتيجية لعملية إصلاح العمل، وترقية المعلومات والكفاءات لكل أعضاء المنظمة. بهذا لا يكون وجود المعهد معلق بوجود الرئيس الوحيد (كياهي) لكنه أصبح فرقة العمل. وهذا واقع جميل ومقنع لبقاء المعهد في المستقبل.Keyword: Pembelajaran, organisasi, pesantren dan era global.

Abstract

AbstractThe most basic ethics in leadership is responsibility. Humans living in this world is called the leader. Therefore, as a leader, humans hold responsibility, at least to themselves. A husband and a wife are responsible for their children, an employer is to the workers, and a top leader is to his subordinates. A president, a governor, and a regent are accountable to the people they lead. Etika yang paling pokok dalam kepemimpinan adalah tanggung jawab. Manusia yang hidup di dunia ini disebut pemimpin. Oleh karena itu, sebagai pemimpin manusia memegang tanggungjawab, sekurang-kurangnya terhadap dirinya sendiri. Seorang suami bertanggung jawab kepada isteri dan anak-anaknya. Seorang majikan bertanggung jawab kepada pekerjanya. Seorang pimpinan bertanggungjawab kepada bawahannya. Abstract

Untuk memenuhi dan meningkatkan peran pondok pesantren dalam mencerdaskan bangsa, maka diadakanlah program wajib belajar pendidikan dasar 9 tahun pada pondok pesantren salafiyah. Kebijakan wajib belajar pendidikan dasar 9 tahun pada pondok pesantren bertujuan untuk a) meningkatkan peran serta pondok pesantren dalam mencerdaskan bangsa dan mengoptimalkan pelayanan Program Nasional Wajib Belajar melalui salah satu jalur alternatif, dalam hal ini adalah pondok pesantren salafiyah. b) melalui penyelenggaraan wajib belajar, diharapkan para santri dapat memiliki kemampuan yang setara dengan pendidikan dasar dan memiliki kesempatan yang sama dengan siswa lembaga pendidikan lainnya untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. To fulfill and enhance the role of Islamic boarding schools in educating the nation, a compulsory 9-year basic education program is held at the salafiyah Islamic boarding school. The compulsory 9-year basic education policy at Islamic boarding schools aims to a) increase the role of Islamic boarding schools in educating the nation and optimizing the services of the National Mandatory Learning Program through one of the alternative routes, in this case the salafiyah Islamic boarding school. b) through the implementation of compulsory education, it is expected that the santri can have abilities that are equivalent to basic education and have the same opportunities as students of other educational institutions to continue to higher education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan anak pada usia dini harus dimulai sejak anak dalam kandungan dengan cara atau teknik pendidikan yang Islami. Anak ketika masih dalam kandungan ibunya, sudah responsif terhadap segala stimulus yang berasal dari lingkungan luarnya yang kadang-kadanghal ini tidak disadari oleh seorang ibu. Banyak hadits yang menerangkan tahapan-tahapan pendidikan anak yang bisa kita jadikan pedoman dalam rangka membentuk anak yang shaleh-shalehah dan berguna bagi agama, negara, masyarakat dan kedua orang tuanya. Abstract

Indramayu District Government issued Local Regulation No. 12 of 2012 on Compulsory Education Diniyah Takmiliyah. Compulsory Education Diniyah Takmiliyah is a Non-Formal Religious Education Program which must be followed by all students starting from elementary level up to upper level in Indramayu District on joint responsibility between local government and province and society. Diniyah Takmiliyah aims to complement the Islamic religious education obtained at the basic level up to the upper level or in higher education in order to increase the faith and devotion of learners. This study uses qualitative analysis of case studies. The results of this study are expected to be useful and contribute thoughts to other local governments to implement compulsory diniyah policy. This research explains the background of the birth of the regulation of Indramayu Regency about the compulsory education of Diniyah Takmiliyah from the community; also describes the strategy implementation strategy from concept, set into local regulations, followed by regent regulation, socialization and control; as well as describe the implications experienced in the implementation of this policy such as increasing the achievement of Islamic studies in schools, the addition of religious lessons, the local budget for Islamic education, the increase of Madrasahs in the study sites and the effect of political electability decision makers.
