Abstract

This study discusses the management of infrastructure and facilities (sarpras) in improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions at the Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) to describe the implementation of infrastructure management. Infrastructure management is an activity with stages of planning, procurement, inventory, care and maintenance, and disposal, which must be adjusted to the standards of the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007 at each level of education. The quality of infrastructure in an educational institution correlates with the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research by presenting data through observation, interview and documentation research stages. The data obtained will be checked for data validity using triangulation. These results and findings: (a) Quality development, if viewed from the infrastructure and infrastructure aspect, forms a team tasked with managing infrastructure, involving collaboration with all parties such as the principal, teachers, parents or guardians of pupils, students and the community. (b) The infrastructure management model is carried out at the planning stage through regular meetings, while the procurement stage is carried out using school operational funds and self-help from the community; the maintenance stage by providing motivation to students and making a joint agreement; the elimination stage by looking at the useful life of the goods. (c) Teachers manage infrastructure as planners, implementers, and users and guide students. (d) There are supporting factors for implementing infrastructure management through cooperation and budgets for infrastructure procurement. In contrast, the inhibiting factors need more awareness and consistency in Human Resources (HR) in the education environment.

Abstract

Education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Madrasah Diniyah could be more optimal in maximizing students' religious, science, and technology education. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah combines the 2013 and independent curricula, but most teachers and parents consider Islamic learning less in-depth. Meanwhile, Madrasah Diniyah only focuses on religious teaching without including general knowledge. This research analyses the collaboration between Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Madrasah Diniyah (Madin). The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was obtained through observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis refers to Miles and Huberman's theory, which involves data reduction, visualization and validation stages. The collaboration between MI Baitul Muttaqin and Madin Baitul Muttaqin involves joint decision-making to shape students' religious character and science and technology abilities through comprehensive learning between religion and science and technology. This collaboration is analyzed using collaborative governance theory, emphasizing shared goals, participation, organizational structure, role division, communication, and evaluation. The impact is comprehensive education of students' religious character and science and technology skills. The obstacles come from differences in the characteristics of Madin and MI educators, but the heads of MI and Madin consider the benefits more. Coordination, intensive communication and improving the qualifications of Madin educators are critical solutions for harmonizing learning. It is also essential to support harmonious family habits at home to achieve comprehensive results.

Abstract

Marketing management at Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) is important amidst the tight competition between educational institutions, so a strategy is needed that can balance business orientation, Islamic preaching values, and improving the quality of education in the digital era. This study aims to provide insight into how effective marketing management can improve the competitiveness of SIT in Indonesia while also influencing the number of registrations and stakeholder satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, document analysis, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The data obtained were analyzed through the process of reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion and validated using triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study show that SMPI Al-Azhaar Tulungagung has succeeded in implementing an effective educational marketing management strategy through careful branding planning, organizing resources and promotions, accepting new students, and quality control. School branding is built by prioritizing student achievement, OSIS leadership, publication of written works, and the Class Gazebo acceleration program. Resource organization is carried out by involving teachers, students, and parents in school promotion, while the promotion strategy combines digital and face-to-face media, including the parenting program (MAJELAS). The new student admission process is designed in stages to maintain quality and competitiveness. In contrast, quality control is carried out through evaluation of the quality assurance system and parental cooperation through the MoU. All of these strategies have a positive impact on parental satisfaction, strengthen the school's image, and increase the competitiveness of integrated Islamic educational institutions at the national level. The results of this study imply that planned marketing management, involving all elements of the school and integrating Islamic values, ​​​​can improve the image, competitiveness, and satisfaction of stakeholders in integrated Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Character education plays an important role in education, aiming to teach honesty, discipline, creativity, responsibility, hard work, and religiosity in early daily life through habituation and role models. Implementing character education through formal, informal and non-formal education is very important to foster positive personalities in students and combat the prevalent moral crisis in society. This study focuses on strengthening the religious character of students through tapak suci extracurricular activities at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. This study aims to identify the religious characteristics of tapak suci activities that support the strengthening of student character, the process of strengthening religious character that is carried out, and the impact of tapak suci activities on students. This study uses a qualitative field method that is descriptive and non-statistical with a phenomenological approach; data is collected through triangulation techniques that include direct observation, in-depth interviews with various sources, and documentation; data analysis is carried out inductively, with steps of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The study results showed that tapak suci activities instilled the character values ​​of responsibility, good manners, discipline, faith, piety, honesty, and leadership. The character-strengthening process was carried out through a holistic training program, a personal approach, routine training combined with religious values ​​such as mutual respect, patience, obedience to regulations, obedience to worship, prayer, participating in studies and organizational activities and periodic evaluations. The positive impact of this activity can be seen in the increase in obedience to worship, strengthening of moral values, development of Islamic character, and increased academic and non-academic achievements of students. This study confirms that tapak suci activities effectively build students' strong religious and moral character, preparing them to become individuals with high integrity and positively contribute to society.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyze the influence of Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) on student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects by selecting the research locus at State Junior High School 1 Sambit, Ponorogo. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 102 students in seventh grade. A simple random sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 52 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. To determine the data collection instrument, use a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used regression equations, regression significance tests, and regression linearity tests. The findings of this research are that CTL learning has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students in Islamic Education, and interest in learning has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class VII students in Islamic Education. There is an influence by the learning variables Contextual Teaching Learning and interest in learning of 71.7% on the student learning outcomes variable, while the other 28.3% can be explained by other variables outside the model. This study shows that Contextual Teaching and Learning and students' learning interests have a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Islamic Education of seventh-grade students at State Junior High School 1 Sambit, with CTL as the most dominant factor. The originality of this finding lies in the application of CTL in the local context and religious subjects, which are rarely studied, as well as the integration of students' cognitive and affective aspects through a contextual learning approach that involves spiritual reflection and worship practices. This approach strengthens the relevance of CTL not only in academic learning but also in the formation of students' values and characters.

Abstract

Ketahanan Pangan merupakan kondisi terpenuhi, tersedianya pangan, baik jumlah maupun mutunya, terjangkau serta tidak bertentangan dengan agama. Pemenuhan ketahanan pangan di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng terkendala beberapa faktor diantaranya laju pertumbuhan penduduk, jumlah konsumsi beras dan luas lahan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali tentang dampak alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi kawasan industri terhadap ketahanan pangan dalam perspektif maqashid syariah. Adapun teknik yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan alih fungsi lahan pertanian sekitar 17 Hektare menjadi kawasan industri di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng belum mengganggu ketahanan pangan di sana. Mengacu produksi beras dan jumlah kebutuhan pangan yang didasarkan atas jumlah penduduk di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng ternyata masih bisa terpenuhi akan kebutuhan konsumsi beras maka bisa disimpulkan aksesibiltas beras masih cukup baik dan masih merata
