Abstract

Abstract Motivational competence must be possessed by sports coaches because it is very beneficial both to motivate athletes and to motivate oneself coaches themselves. Coaches who have motivational competence will feel that they are more comfortable, calm, and meaningful. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of motivational competency training in improving the well-being of sports coaches. To find out the effectiveness of motivational competency training, it is seen from the difference in the well-being of coaches before and after attending training. This study used an experimental method with a pre-test post-test one group design model. The population of this study was sports coaches in Depok City, West Java Province, while the research sample was taken using convenience sampling techniques or based on the coach's willingness to participate in this study. A total of 86 trainers attended the training, but not all data can be used because only 67 trainers participated in a complete series of research (pre-test, intervention in the form of motivational competency training, and post-test). Data collection on well-being used a well-being questionnaire from Keyes, while data analysis used t-tests and descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was a significant difference in well-being of sports coaches between before and after attending motivational competency training (p= 0.000 < 0.05). The average well-being score of a trainer before attending motivational competency training is 68.25 with a minimum score = 43 and a maximum score = 84 (SD = 9,044). Meanwhile, the average score of trainers after attending motivational competency training is 74.06 with a minimum score = 59 and a maximum score = 84 (SD = 7,328). These results conclude that motivational competency training is effective for improving the well-being of sports coaches. Abstrak Kompetensi motivasi harus dimiliki oleh pelatih olahraga karena sangat bermanfaat baik untuk memotivasi atlet maupun untuk memotivasi diri pelatih sendiri. Pelatih yang memiliki kompetensi motivasi akan merasakan bahwa dirinya lebih nyaman, tenang, dan bermakna. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan kompetensi motivasi dalam meningkatkan well-being pelatih olahraga. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan kompetensi motivasi tersebut dilihat dari perbedaan well-being pelatih sebelum dan setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan model pre-test post-test one group desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelatih olahraga Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat, sementara sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling atau berdasarkan kesediaan pelatih dalam mengikuti penelitian ini. Sebanyak 86 pelatih mengikuti pelatihan, namun tidak semua data dapat digunakan karena hanya 67 pelatih yang mengikuti secara lengkap rangkaian penelitian (pre-test, intervensi berupa pelatihan kompetensi motivasi, dan post-test). Pengumpulan data tentang well-being menggunakan kuesioner well-being dari Keyes, sementara analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan statistik deskriptif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan well-being pelatih olahraga yang signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah mengikuti pelatihan kompetensi motivasi (p= 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai rata-rata well-being pelatih sebelum mengikuti pelatihan kompetensi motivasi sebesar 68,25 dengan nilai minimum=43 dan nilai maksimum=84 (SD=9,044). Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pelatih setelah mengikuti pelatihan kompetensi motivasi sebesar 74,06 dengan nilai minimum=59 dan nilai maksimum= 84 (SD= 7,328). Hasil ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan kompetensi motivasi efektif untuk meningkatkan well-being pelatih olahraga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the football coaching program at the Gagak Muda football school which included the components of context, input, process and product. This research is a type of evaluation research through a quantitative and qualitative approach. Program evaluation is carried out to determine the achievement of the targets that have been set. Then make a decision on the program. In the program evaluation research using the CIPP evaluation model, namely context, input, process, product. The four evaluation aspects are used to determine the implementation. The research subjects in this study were 6 respondents the overall component at the Gagak Muda football school were management, coaches, students and parents.

Abstract

This thesis describes the futsal passing learning model using cooperative learning type teams games tournaments for junior high school students. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research using ADDIE theory. In this study, 14 learning models have been created that have gone through validation tests from three experts from the field of learning experts, futsal experts and physical education teachers. The 14 learning models are divided into three parts, which consist of learning to pass using the inside, outside, instep foot. The results of this study are intended as a reference material for teachers in providing more models and methods that can be used in learning to improve learning outcomes and basic futsal passing technique skills for students. And as a reference for students who will later write a thesis with similar material. Keywords: Learning Model, Passing, Futsal, Teams Games Tournaments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge about the sport psychology which is owned by the swimming coach in Indonesia. Data is collected at the time of Kejuaraan Renang Antar Perkumpulan Se-Indonesia (KRAPSI) held in Surabaya, East Java on December 2016. This study used incidental sampling technique with the number of 76 coaches. The instrument used in this study a questionnaire that had been tested for validity (0,360-0,756) and reliability (r=0,713). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for each dimension of sports psychology knowledge. Results of the research about knowledge of sports psychology owned by swimming coach is the following : a) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about developmental psychology (85.53%); b) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about learning psychology (71.05%); c) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about personality psychology (73.68%); d) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about social psychology (90.79%); e) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about the psychometric (72.37%).

Abstract

Based on data from the Research and Development Division of the Depok City KONI, until 2020 there were only 43.1% of Depok City coaches had sports branch certificates as legathe lization of competent coaches. This competency upgrading training aims to provide training on character competencies that are not usually discussed specifically in sports so far. The training participants are the coaches of Depok City and its surroundings who have handled 125 junior or beginner-level athletes. The training material contains basic characteristics (honesty, discipline, and cooperation) that sports coaches need to toer to internalize positive values ​​so that the coach can become a "character role model" for his athletes. Based on the results of the training, it is known that most of the coaches have high / good interest, understanding, and analysis ability in participating in this competency upgrading training (interest is 99.2%, understanding is 80%, and alyticallity is 84%). There were no differences in coaches' interests, understanding, and analysis ability in terms of gender, age, and training experience. The results of this training provide important feedback for conducting competency upgrading training in Depok City in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study, the goal to be achieved by the researcher is to find out how the perception of class VIII students towards online learning of Physical Education, Sports and Health at SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta is. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta, totaling 320 students. The sample size of this study was grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta, totaling 111 students.sampling technique used was random sampling by means of lottery, which consisted of 8 classes, namely class VIIIA to VIIIH. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with percentages. Based on the results of research that has been obtained by data analysis, it can be concluded that the perception of class VIII students from the subject amounting to 111 students. The results of this study indicate that the perception of class VIII SMP Negeri 92 is categorized as good, judging from the percentage table of 111 students there are 22 students in good category with a percentage of 19.8%, 72 students in the category enough with a percentage of 64.9%%, 22 students in the moderate category with a percentage of 15.3%%, Keywords: Learning, Online, Physical Education,

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this Community Service Program is to provide training to Beginner Sports Trainers on self-management. The method of implementing activities is the instructor method which comes from academics and practitioners who are competent in their fields. The learning provided is not only fixated on providing material verbally, but the material can be practiced through physical activity. The target output to be achieved is that novice sports coaches can understand and practice knowledge according to the needs in the field of sports. Keywords: Self-Management, Beginner Sports Trainers Abstrak Tujuan pada Program Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada Pelatih Olahraga Pemula tentang manajemen diri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan metode instruktur yang berasal dari akademisi dan praktisi yang sudah berkompeten dibidangnya. Abstract

Abstract Early age is the age when children begin to recognize themselves and the environment around them, therefore at this time, children must be given various stimuli or stimuli so that their growth and development is good. Early childhood education is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to 6 years of age which is carried out by giving educational stimuli to help the physical and spiritual growth and development of children in preparation for life and can adapt to their environment and have readiness to enter further education. Age 4-6 years is a mature age for early childhood to maximize movement activity, and physical fitness. Therefore, this service aims to socialize basic movement activities to carry out early childhood sports festival activities with the theme "Socialization and Implementation of All Stars Kindergarten Sports Festival" on January 28, 2023 at the velodrome rawamangun field. The event went smoothly and was followed happily by early childhood children. Abstrak Usia dini merupakan usia dimana anak mulai mengenal diri dan lingkungan di sekitarnya oleh karena itu pada masa ini anak harus diberi berbagai stimulus atau rangsangan agar tumbuh kembangnya menjadi baik. Pendidikan usia dini merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia 6 tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani anak sebagai persiapan untuk hidup dan dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya serta memiliki kesiapan untuk memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Usia 4-6 tahun merupakan usia matang bagi anak usia dini untuk memaksimalkan aktifitas gerak, dan kebugaran fisiknya. Maka dari itu pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan aktifitas gerak dasar melaksanakan kegiatan festival olahraga anak usia dini dengan tema “Sosialisasi dan Pelaksanaan All Stars Kindergarten Sports Festival“ telah pada tanggal 28 Januari 2023 di lapangan velodrome rawamangun. Acara berjalan lancar dan diikuti riang gembira oleh adik adik usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose. This study aims to provide an understanding of the rules of the field tennis game in participants of Tennis Refereeing Training for Beginners. Method. This research is a Quantitative Descriptive Research. The sample in this study was students of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta who participated in the Field Tennis T&P course and 30 general participants. Data collection is carried out by providing pretest and posttest to determine the level of understanding of the rules of the court tennis game. The data analysis technique used used a t-test to see the difference between understanding the rules of the court tennis game before and after training. Result. Most participants' understanding of the rules of court tennis belonged to the medium category with an average frequency distribution value of 57.06. It is known that the value of t is 14.122 and the significance value of p is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The mean understanding of participants before attending the training was 26.4000 with a Standard Deviation value of 5.90499.... While the mean understanding of participants before attending the training was 57.0667 with a Standard Deviation value of 10.77972. Thus, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the understanding of court tennis rules in trainees before and after attending the Tennis Refereeing Training for Beginners. Conclusion. There was an increase in understanding after the Tennis Refereeing Training for Beginners training and the level of understanding of most participants belonged to the medium category. For this reason, it is necessary to increase experience to become a professional referee in order to sharpen understanding of the rules of the field tennis game. Thus, the referee will not make many mistakes in making decisions at the time of the match. Abstrak Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman peraturan permainan tenis lapangan pada peserta Pelatihan Perwasitan Tenis Untuk Pemula. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang mengikuti matakuliah T&P Tenis Lapangan dan peserta umum yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest dan posttest untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman terhadap peraturan permainan tenis lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji t untuk melihat perbedaan antara pemahaman peraturan permainan tenis lapangan sebelum dan setelah diberikan pelatihan. Hasil. Pemahaman sebagian besar peserta tentang peraturan tenis lapangan termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai distribusi frekuensi sebesar 57,06. Diketahui bahwa nilai t sebesar 14,122 dan nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Mean pemahaman peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan sebesar 26.4000 dengan nilai Standar Deviasi sebesar 5.9049 Sementara mean pemahaman peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan sebesar 57.0667dengan nilai Standar Deviasi sebesar 10.77972. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tentang pemahaman peraturan tenis lapangan pada peserta pelatihan sebelum dan setelah mengikuti Pelatihan Perwasitan Tenis Untuk Pemula. Kesimpulan. Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman setelah dilakukan pelatihan Pelatihan Perwasitan Tenis Untuk Pemula dan tingkat pemahaman sebagian besar peserta termasuk kategori sedang. Untuk itu perlunya peningkatan pengalaman untuk menjadi wasit secara professional agar lebih mempertajampemahaman terkait peraturan permainan tenis lapangan. Dengan demikian, wasit tidak akan melakukan banyak kesalahan dalam mengambil keputusan pada saat pertandingan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi siswa dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja kelas 9 di Mts Nur Asy-Syafi’iyah Rempoa Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan 64 siswa kelas 9. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 27 butir soal pengetahuan dan 12 butir soal perilaku seks pranikah, setiap soal pengetahuan apabila dijawab dengan benar mendapatkan skor 1 dan apabila dijawab dengan tidak benar mendapatkan skor 0, dan untuk pernyataan perilaku seks apabila dijawab iya mendapatkan skor 1 dan apabila dijawab tidak mendapatkan skor 0.Teknik analisis data dan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil Penelitian untuk pengetahuan ini menunjukan bahwa 60 siswa berada pada kategori “baik” (93,8 %) dan 4 siswa berada pada kategori “kurang” (6,2 %), untuk penelitian perilaku seks pranikah 45 siswa berada pada kategori “beresiko” (70,3 %) dan 19 siswa pada kategori “tidak beresiko” (29,7 %).
