Abstract

One type of philanthropy in Islam is zakah. In general, the distribution of zakah can assist in alleviating poverty problem. Public financial institutions such as BAZ and LAZ as a non-profit financial institutions have an important role in the management of zakat funds. Along with the development of today's management, now many LAZ using differentpatterns in the zakat funds management, including strategic management. This study aims to determine the implementation of the strategic management of Islamic public financial institutions and strategies applied in the management of productive zakah.Thi study belongs to field research with descriptive-qualitative approach. The subject of the study is Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta. Data collecting is done by interview and documentation. This method is used to deduce the results of the study on the implementation of the strategic management of productive zakah fund management in Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta.The result of the research shows that Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta has implemented strategic management in productive zakah management. From the analysis of company profiles and environmental analysis, it is known that strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats overall  illustrate that Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta are in a strong position because of the level of opportunity dominance is more than the threat it faces. It also indicates that the Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta can continue to grow. Grand strategies applied by Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta include: expanding programs and networks in fundraising and utilization, upgrading excellent customer service, building strategic alliances for resource mobilization and advocacy, building ICT systems, internal controls, transparency and accountability, and building a human resource management system.

Abstract

In the context of the increasingly competitive printing industry, AR Printing is committed to implementing ethical principles that focus not only on financial gain, but also on the social and environmental impact of each product produced. Manufacturers at AR Printing ensure that the raw materials used are sourced from responsible and environmentally friendly suppliers, and implement transparent and fair production practices. In addition, attention to employee welfare is a major focus, where employees who feel valued and treated well tend to provide better service to consumers. This study explores the role of ethics in production at AR Printing, focusing on the responsibility of manufacturers in ensuring consumer welfare and satisfaction. Through a qualitative approach involving interviews and observations, this study identifies the ethical principles applied in the production process and their impact on consumer experience. The results show that the implementation of good business ethics not only improves the quality of products and services, but also builds consumer trust and loyalty. These findings confirm that a commitment to ethics in production is an important factor in creating a mutually beneficial relationship between producers and consumers, as well as contributing to the welfare of society as a whole.

Abstract

QRIS is a barcode-based digital payment system designed to facilitate cashless transactions. This study aims to analyze the impact of QRIS implementation on the efficiency of UMKM transactions and the challenges faced in an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used is qualitative, with interviews conducted with 10 food and beverage UMKM and 10 consumers. The results show that the implementation of QRIS has a significant positive impact on increasing the efficiency of micro, small and medium enterprises transactions through accelerating the digital payment process and increasing business competitiveness. However, the dominance of cash payments, low digital literacy among MSMEs, and less supportive ICT infrastructure are the main challenges. It is recommended to optimize the socialization of QRIS and develop information and communication technology infrastructure so that the benefits of fast transactions can be felt evenly by UMKM while still observing sharia principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang maraknya tren kuliner modern yang juga mempengaruhi minat masyarakat terhadap makanan tradisional dengan sentuhan kekinian, seperti wonton chili. Kedai Ayya Jajan, sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha kuliner yang sukses dengan menu andalan wonton chili, menjadi objek menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami secara mendalam motivasi produsen di balik kesuksesan produk wonton chili mereka, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses produksi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap produsen wonton chili di Kedai Ayya Jajan. Selain itu, dilakukan pula observasi langsung terhadap proses produksi untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi produsen dalam memproduksi wonton chili sangat beragam. Selain faktor ekonomi, seperti keinginan untuk memperoleh keuntungan dan mengembangkan usaha, terdapat pula motivasi intrinsik yang kuat, seperti kepuasan pribadi dalam menciptakan produk yang berkualitas dan disukai pelanggan, serta keinginan untuk melestarikan resep keluarga. Faktor eksternal seperti persaingan bisnis dan tuntutan konsumen yang semakin tinggi juga menjadi pemicu produsen untuk terus berinovasi.Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan bagi pengembangan usaha kuliner, khususnya UMKM. Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap motivasi produsen dapat menjadi dasar dalam merancang strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti lain yang tertarik pada studi kasus serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan asas hukum kepentingan umum dan kepentingan konsumen yang diterapkan pada Toko Alfiyah Waserda, suatu badan yang melayani kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, yang memungkinkan dilakukannya observasi mendalam terhadap implementasi kebijakan terkait perlindungan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Toco Alfiya Waselda telah mengadopsi beberapa aspek penting dalam metode penyediaan, terutama dalam menjaga keamanan dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Namun studi ini juga mengungkapkan kekurangan pada aspek lain, seperti penyediaan informasi produk yang transparan dan mekanisme perlindungan konsumen yang lebih komprehensif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan undang-undang persediaan di toko ini antara lain adalah tingkat kesadaran baik dari pihak pelaku usaha maupun dari pihak konsumen. Selain itu, peran aktif badan pengawas dan regulator nasional juga merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan efektivitas penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis berupa peningkatan kesadaran konsumen dan dunia usaha melalui edukasi berkelanjutan dan revisi kebijakan perlindungan konsumen agar sesuai dengan standar hukum yang berlaku. Penerapan rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu Toko Alfiyah Waserda tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanannya, tetapi juga membangun hubungan bisnis yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kemaslahatan konsumen selama ini. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis terhadap pengembangan praktik bisnis penggunaan dan metode kinerja di industri ritel lokal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the concept of maslahat is used for consumption from the perspective of Islamic economics in Slawi-Wetan Village. Maslahat is a principle that prioritizes achieving the good and welfare of society. This principle relates to consumption, encouraging people to prioritize useful needs and avoid consuming too much. To find out the consumption patterns of the local community, the research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with them. The results show that most people apply the maslahat principle in consumption, although there are some who still prefer to consume. This research shows that people should better understand the concept of maslahat and learn more about it so that their consumption patterns in the village are more in line with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the application of Islamic values in the production and marketing chain of Online Shop Elena Collection, an online shop that sells bags and clothing. The main focus of this research is the application of the principles of honesty, justice, sustainability and Islamic-based promotional ethics. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the Elena Collection has implemented Islamic values, especially in price transparency, use of halal materials, and promotions that comply with sharia. However, challenges remain, such as ensuring halal supply chains and balancing market demands with sharia principles.

The birth of various Islamic financial institutions (LKS) shows that Islamic teachings cover the economic scope, including cooperatives in the form of Islamic finance These Islamic teachings must absolutely be obeyed and guided by all Muslims in making daily life activities, including in transaction and investment activities, Mashlahah refers to all forms of benefits or goodness that can bring prosperity to individuals and society in general. without ignoring sharia values. For manufacturers of mashlahah formulations, it is an important challenge in carrying out production activities that not only pursue material profits, but also contribute to economic sustainability, social justice, and environmental preservation Qualitative descriptive research is aimed at describing and describing existing phenomena, both natural and man-made, that pay more attention to the characteristics, quality, and linkages between activities. In addition, descriptive research does not provide treatment, manipulation or alteration to the variables studied, but rather describes a condition as it is. The only treatment given is the research itself, which is carried out through observation, interviews from competent sources in their fields The imbalance between profits and benefits is one of the fundamental issues in the formulation of mashlahah for producers who are faced with pressure to maximize profits in a short time, which sometimes has the potential to sacrifice the principles of benefits caused by several factors, such as adopting strategies that are oriented towards short-term profits to meet financial targets or pressure from shareholders. As a result, the benefits are often overlooked. The imbalance between profits and benefits is an important problem for sharia-based cooperatives that lack understanding of the principles of mashlahah in Islamic business, such as avoiding riba and using a clear profit-sharing system on every transaction

Abstract

Masjid merupakan Tempat Ibadah Muslim yang memiliki fungsi jauh lebih luas seperti pada masa Rasulullah, namun fungsi masjid di era sekarang belum seperti fungsi saat kehadiran awal majid itu didirikan sebagai baitul mal. Keuangan masjid yang baik akan membantu dalam menjalankan fungsi majid yang sebenarnya. Maka dalam hal itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanalisis penerapan sistem akutansi terhadap masjid Hidayatullah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah penggurus keuangan Masjid Hidayatullah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Masjid Hidayatullah, yang berada di Pagongan, Kec. Dukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Data atau laporan keuangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan keuangan Masjid Hidayatullah bulan Januari tahun 2024. Penelitian ini mengkaji transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan masjid. Penelitian ini meanalisis sistem pengelolaan dana terkait pemasukan serta pengeluaran dana yang dimiliki oleh masjid secara digital untuk memaksimalkan manfaat bagi para umat jamaah masjid Hidayatullah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis keseimbangan konsumen antara pasar tradisional dan minimarket. Melalui pendekatan analisis kurva indiferen dan garis anggaran, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perbedaan perilaku konsumen dalam memilih kombinasi barang berdasarkan preferensi dan keterbatasan anggaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui interview pada konsumen dengan fokus pada faktor yag mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konsumen di pasar tradisional cenderung lebih sensitive terhadap harga, sementara konsumen di minimarket lebih dipengaruhi oleh merk dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika permintaan di kedua pasar
