Abstract

Research at Barabai CA for 3 months. The aims of this study were to analyze the physical properties of soil in Barabai CA of Hulu Sungai Tengah District, analyze the relationship of infiltration capacity and volume, and measure the infiltration rate.  The primary data of this research is soil physical properties. Data from related agencies were used as secondary data. The results of the highest bulk density analysis in land unit 7 1.50 g/cm3, the lowest bulk density was found in land unit 8 with a value of 0.71 g/cm3. The results of the analysis of the highest particle density value in land unit 7 with a value of 2.45 g/cm3, the lowest particle density value was found in land unit 11 1.80 g/cm3. In land unit 8 with the highest value of 64.08%, land unit 7 with the lowest value of 38.86%. The relationship between infiltration capacity and infiltration volume with a very close correlation value of 0.9819, means that only 0.02 is influenced by other factorsPenelitian di DTA Barabai selama 3 bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sifat fisik tanah DTA Barabai Kabupaten HST, hubungan kapasitas dan volume, dan pengukuran laju infiltrasi. Data primer penelitian ini adalah sifat fisik tanah.  Data Instansi terkait digunakan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil analisis Bulk Density (BD)  tertinggi di unit lahan 7 dengan nilai 1.50 g/cm3, BD  dan terendah di unit lahan 8 dengan nilai 0.71 g/cm3. Hasil analisis nilai particle density (PD) tertinggi di unit lahan  7 dengan nilai sebesar 2,45 g/cm3, PD terendah terdapat pada unit lahan 11 dengan angka 1,80 g/cm3. Di unit lahan 8 dengan nilai sebesar 64,08% tertinggi, unit lahan 7 dengan nilai 38,86% terendah. Hubungan kapasitas infiltrasi dan volume infiltrasi dengan nilai kolerasi sangat erat yaitu 0,9819 artinya hanya 0,02 dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

The destruction of forest areas results in large amounts of surface runoff, thereby disrupting soil stability and triggering landslides. The landslide disaster occurred in the Barabai Catchment Area (DTA) followed by flood. Mapping the location of landslides using images can be done as a mitigation effort in disasters. The extraction method is used to determine changes in an area, so it can be used to observe changes in soil appearance due to landslides. The purpose of this study was to test the accuracy of the extraction method at the landslide location using Sentinel-2 imagery and analyze its spatial distribution in the Barabai catchment area. The extraction methods used are NDBI, SAVI, and CBI. The accuracy test was carried out using the Confusion Matrix method by comparing the results of image extraction with field surveys. Sampling in the survey was carried out by accidental sampling by considering the access road to the landslide location. The results of testing the accuracy of the extraction method obtained the highest Overall Accuracy by the NDBI method of 73.53%, then the SAVI method 63.73%, and the CBI method 69.61%. The area of the landslide in the Barabai catchment area is estimated at 183.92 HectaresRusaknya kawasan hutan mengakibatkan aliran permukaan dalam jumlah besar, sehingga mengganggu kestabilan tanah dan memicu terjadinya bencana tanah longsor. Bencana tanah longsor terjadi pada Daerah Tangkapan Air (DTA) Barabai diikuti dengan banjir. Pemetaan lokasi tanah longsor menggunakan citra dapat dilakukan sebagai upaya mitigasi pada bencana. Metode ekstraksi digunakan untuk mengetahui perubahan suatu area, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam mengamati perubahan kenampakan tanah akibat tanah longsor. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menguji akurasi metode ekstraksi pada lokasi longsor menggunakan citra Sentinel-2 dan menganalisis distribusi spasialnya di daerah tangkapan air Barabai. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah NDBI, SAVI, dan CBI. Uji akurasi dilakukan menggunakan metode Confusion Matrix dengan membandingkan hasil ekstraksi citra dengan survey lapangan. Pengambilan sampel dalam survey dilakukan secara Accidental Sampling dengan mempertimbangkan akses jalan lokasi longsor. Hasil dari pengujian akurasi dari metode ekstraksi didapatkan Overall Accuracy tertinggi oleh metode NDBI sebesar 73,53%, kemudian metode SAVI 63,73%, dan metode CBI 69,61%. Luas longsoran tanah pada daerah tangkapan air barabai diperkirakan sebesar 183,92 Hektar.

Abstract

Abstract The Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Bangkiling Raya Village is one of the Islamic boarding schools whose students do not yet have many soft skills, one of which is as an entrepreneur. The Service Team from ULM together with PT Adaro Indonesia through the Grand Matching Fund program plans to carry out community service activities at that location with the material of kelulut honey bee cultivation. Service activities carried out include preliminary survey activities, socialization or counseling, training and mentoring. During the survey, the service team was well received by village officials and partners and they were very enthusiastic about participating in this service activity. The socialization activity was carried out by the service team with KKN students from ULM and went well. The training provided to partners includes the cultivation of kelulut honey bees, namely the management of kelulut honey bee cultivation. Mentoring activities include accompanying partners from cultivation to harvesting and marketing assisted by KKN students. From the results of community service activities there is a problem, namely honey colonies that do not develop. To overcome this problem, the service team conducts socialization and training on solving kelulut bee colonies and care management so that the colony develops well. In addition, the team also provided motivation to be passionate about cultivating kelulut honey bees. Keywords: bees; Trigona sp; cultivation; additional stup; Grand Matching Fund Abstrak Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum yang berada di Desa Bangkiling Raya merupakan salah satu ponpes yang santrinya belum memiliki banyak soft skills salah satunya sebagai seorang wirausaha. Tim Pengabdi dari ULM bersama PT Adaro Indonesia melalui program Grand Matching Fund telah melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian di lokasi tersebut dengan materi budidaya lebah madu kelulut. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi kegiatan survey pendahuluan, sosialisasi atau penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Selama survey, tim pengabdi diterima dengan baik oleh aparat desa dan mitra serta mereka sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan tim pengabdi bersama mahasiswa KKN dari ULM dan berjalan dengan baik. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada mitra meliputi budidaya lebah madu kelulut yaitu manajemen budidaya lebah madu kelulut. Kegiatan pendampingan meliputi mendampingi mitra dari budidaya hingga pemanenan dan pemasaran dibantu oleh mahasiswa KKN. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian terdapat masalah yaitu koloni madu yang tidak berkembang. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, tim pengabdi melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai pemecahan koloni lebah kelulut serta manajemen perawatan agar koloni berkembang dengan baik. Selain itu, tim juga memberikan motivasi agar semangat dalam membudidayakan lebah madu kelulut. Kata Kunci: lebah; Trigona sp; budidaya; penambahan stup; Grand Matching Fund
