Abstract

Saat ini pembangunan pariwisata memprioritaskan pada pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Pariwisata berkelanjutan adalah pariwisata yang mempertimbangkan secara menyeluruh pengaruh ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan tidak luput dari kearifan lokal. Adanya kearifan lokal dapat mempertahankan kebudayaan daerah sehingga dapat menunjang pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di daerah tersebut. Kearifan lokal adalah identitas bernilai di masyarakat lokal dan komunitas yang masih dijalankan atau dilakukan pada tempat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menghasilkan pengembangan model pariwisata berkelanjutan yang berbasis kearifan lokal di Desa Wisata Nonongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan melakukan wawancara kepada narasumber yang berasal dari Dinas atau Instansi Pemerintah Terkait, Pengurus, Masyarakat, Pelaku Usaha, dan Wisatawan Desa Wisata Nonongan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model yang terdiri dari faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, proses, serta dampak pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis kearifan lokal di Desa Wisata Nonongan.

Abstract

Franchising is one way that can be done to provide business opportunities for business actors in the region. This study aims to find out what the characteristics, motivation and entrepreneurial skills are like as a support for the success of the Janji Jiwa Coffee Franchise business in Tomohon City. To achieve the research objectives, a qualitative approach was used by conducting online interviews with business owners, employees and customers. The results of this study indicate that business success can be seen from the addition of employees, increase in income, increase in the amount of production, increase in the number of means of production, job satisfaction, and consistency in work. The results of the study also found that there were indicators in entrepreneurial characteristics, such as attitude, character, intelligence, knowledge and consistency. Entrepreneurial motivation is measured through entrepreneurial encouragement, utilizing internal capacity, generating profits, and opening new jobs. The entrepreneurial skills can be seen from relational skills, decision-making skills, leadership skills, as well as managerial skills and creativity.

Abstract

Religious organizations possessed significant potential for community empowerment through social entrepreneurship practices. Although social entrepreneurship had emerged as a strategy within religious institutions to bolster congregational and community economies, it had yet to garner adequate attention. This study aimed to identify social entrepreneurship implementations, explore challenges, and formulate a suitable social entrepreneurship model within the context of religious organizations. The research was conducted within a religious organization in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The findings suggested that achieving harmonious social entrepreneurship in Indonesia required an inclusive, collaborative stakeholder approach and increased NGO involvement through mentoring roles in entrepreneurial activities. Through a business innovation model integrated into religious organizations, community well-being could be achieved by synergizing entrepreneurship and spiritual values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan café dan resto yang berdiri sebelum adanya pandemic 19 dan setelah adanya pandemic 19. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan survei dan wawancara kepada pemilik-pemilik café dan resto dan para pelanggan. Adapun unit analisisnya adalah pemilik Doblas Coffee and Eatery yang memiliki umur usaha satu tahun dan pemilik Gudang Imaji Kopi yang telah menjalankan usahanya selama lima tahun. Kedua café tersebut telah menjalankan digital marketing, namun pembedanya adalah Doblas Coffee and Eatery menjalankannya pada saat pandemi covid 19, sedangkan Gudang Imaji Kopi menjalankan sebelum terjadinya covid 19. Adapun data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen dari pemilik café dan resto. Penelitian ini mengambil data kepada 6 narasumber yaitu karyawan, pelanggan dan pemilik usaha. Masing-masing café mengambil 3 narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya inovasi, meningkatan jumlah pelanggan, meningkatkan pelayanan dan memperkuat keterikatan konsumen.

Abstract

Desa Gedong di Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi keunikan dan daya tarik wisata yang khas, berupa karakter fisik lingkungannya maupun kehidupan sosial masyarakatnya. Tujuan program perancangan paket wisata Desa Gedong ini adalah untuk memudahkan para calon wisatawan dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan wisata dan memudahkan para calon wisatawan dalam menentukan tempat yang akan dikunjungi di Desa Gedong. Selain memiliki daya tarik tersendiri, Desa Gedong juga memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung keberlangsungan program paket wisata, antara lain berupa: tempat penginapan, transportasi, dan ruang interaksi dengan warga sekitar. Program pembuatan paket wisata ini, juga ditindaklanjuti dengan simulasi pengunjung untuk mempersiapkan gambaran tentang kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pariwisata Desa Gedong memiliki empat pilar yaitu pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan, pemanfaatan ekonomi untuk masyarakat lokal, pelestarian budaya bagi pengunjung dan masyarakat, serta pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Economic developments in Indonesia make competition in business stronger. This study aims to find out the business Model Canvas looks like at Café Kupi Haus in Ajibarang, and to find out how the strategy of the business model is to build a competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with the owners, employees and customers of Kupi Haus Ajibarang. The result of this research is that the Competitive Advantage in Kupi Haus Ajibarang comes from Value Propositions ranging from offering a variety of menu variants, strategic locations, and complete facilities, and also having a complete and sophisticated coffee machine with almost three years of experience in serving coffee. makes Kupi Haus superior to the cafes around Ajibarang.

Abstract

Initiating entrepreneurship is not an easy endeavor for students. To embark on entrepreneurship, one must possess a high level of entrepreneurial interest to enhance the chances and motivate the realization of the entrepreneurial venture. Many factors can influence entrepreneurial interest, some of which include self-efficacy and the family environment. Currently, many students are also starting to work while researching, and several reasons underlie this action. However, one of the reasons is to gain experience as a preparation for starting an entrepreneurial venture. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of self-efficacy and the family environment on entrepreneurial interest, moderated by subjective norms. The research method employed is quantitative descriptive with a multiple linear regression design. The research involved 100 respondents, specifically students who are working while researching in the city of Salatiga. Data was collected using a combination of snowball sampling and incidental sampling methods. The data analysis method utilized includes the T-test, determination coefficient test, and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The research results indicate that H1 and H2 are accepted. There is a significant positive influence between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest (t = 5.436 and sig = 0.000), as well as a significant positive influence between the family environment and entrepreneurial interest (t = 3.454 and sig = 0.001). Meanwhile, H3 and H4 are accepted. The higher the moderation of subjective norms, the more it weakens the influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest (t = -2.311 and sig = 0.023), and the higher the moderation of subjective norms, the more it weakens the influence of the family environment on entrepreneurial interest (t = -3.641 and sig = 0.000). The determination coefficient test results indicate that self-efficacy and the family environment collectively account for 53% of the influence on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country of a thousand islands spread from Sabang to Merauke. Therefore, many foreign countries such as Britain, the Netherlands and America who wrote about Indonesia explained how beautiful and good Indonesia was. This is what other countries do not have compared to the natural beauty and cultural wealth of Indonesia, The development of tourism from year to year has a significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth, there are several important points in the development that need to be considered such as the managers / entrepreneurs of SMEs who still have their dependence on the ability to work together (synergy) with related parties, chaining creative ideas, linking to market needs (context) and creating added value, making adjustments to the environment and new technology, paying attention to the preservation of the natural and cultural environment, characterized by local cultural wisdom and nature Ke’te Kesu, has the potential of tourist attraction to visit, to buy and at the same time learn. An important contribution of cultural tourism to local communities is the sharing of good relationships with tourists, which of course means that good correlations also arise from good interaction processes. Cultural tourism has become an important role in the country's economy, where the country utilizes cultural tourism as an attraction for tourists to visit Indonesia and generate state revenue.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19, telah menimbulkan kekhawatiran di kalangan pemilik usaha dan berdampak pada kesehatan, pendidikan, bahkan perekonomian.Menghadapi situasi seperti ini, dibutuhkan kesiapan dan ketahanan individu dalam menghadapinya, sehingga penting bagi para wirausaha usaha untuk memiliki adversity quotient dalam menjalankan usahanya. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha Mister Pithik saat menjalankan usahanya, faktor pendorong adversity quotient pada pelaku usaha Mister Pithik, bagaimana adversity quotient pada pelaku usaha Mister Pithik dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya, dan seperti apa keberlangsungan usaha Mister Pithik ketika menggunakan adversity quotient. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitiani ini adalah kualitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari pemilik Mister Pithik yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adversity quotient yang dimiliki T dan B mampu menciptakan keberlangsungan usaha.

Abstract

The growth of entrepreneurship in a country is an important factor in spurring the economy and creating jobs. However, entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by various factors, including financial literacy, digital literacy, adversity intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit. However, it is unclear how these factors interact and influence an individual's entrepreneurial interest, especially considering the potential moderation of environmental support. This research aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy, digital literacy, adversity intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit with entrepreneurial interest. In addition, this research also aims to evaluate whether environmental support moderates the relationship between these factors and entrepreneurial interest. Data was collected through a survey of 500 respondents representing a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the relationships between these variables and examine the potential moderation of environmental support. The research results show that financial literacy, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial spirit have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest with path coefficients of 0.104, 0.080, and 0.101, respectively. However, no significant relationship was found between adversity intelligence and entrepreneurial interest. In addition, there is no evidence to support the moderation of environmental support in the relationship between these factors and entrepreneurial interest
