Abstract

Dari sudut pandang ilmu ekonomi stag hunt game adalah permainan tentang koordinasi diantara agen ekonomi pada sebuah kontrak sosial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk eksperimen ekonomi. Subjek ekperimen adalah mahasiswa pada kelas pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat koordinasi agen ekonomi, dan perubahannya jika permainan diulang beberapa kali dengan pasangan bermain yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat koordinasi subjek eksperimen 76% dan pada α = 10% perbedaan preferensi pada tiga sesi eksperimen signifikan, Perubahan preferensi menunjukkan kecenderungan meningkatnya koordinasi. Eksperimen ini menunjukkan tingkat koordinasi diantara agen ekonomi relatif tinggi dan menunjukkan perubahan koordinasi yang semakin meningkat. Abstract

ABSTRACTMost of the research is done to get interaction solutions that are social dilemma. At first the social dilemma was a study of the field of psychology, but now has been growing in other fields such as economics, management, business, accounting, social, computer and decision-making techniques, even ecological and evolutionary biology. The focus of the study on economics, management, and business is how to increase the desire of economic agents, management decision makers, and business people to choose cooperative strategies. Abstract

N-Persons Prisoner’s Dilemma Games (NPDG) is a form of Prisoner’s Dilemma Games (PDG) involving more than 2 players. Economic classroom experiments using NPDG relatively have not been done, especially in Indonesia. This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of changes in payoff structure on the cooperation rates in NPDG. ANOVA shows insufficient evidence to state that the changes in payoff affect the rates of cooperation payoff. Non-monetary rewards on experimental execution and the unexpected reasons of participants to make choices allegedly explain why the results of hypothesis testing are not significant.Keywords: experimental economics, n-person prisoner’s dilemma, changes in payoff structure, rate of cooperation

Abstract

Starting a business is challenging, particularly when it comes to sustaining it. Some members of the GKI Pamulang congregation already run businesses but need growth due to stagnant or declining income. Additionally, there are congregation members who are employees interested in launching a culinary business and need guidance on getting started. The goals of this community service initiative are: (1) to provide an overview of the culinary business, (2) to inspire GKI Pamulang members to either start a culinary venture or sustain their existing businesses, and (3) to offer training on financial management (including basic financial reports, cost calculation, and taxation) and operations for culinary businesses. The activity employs lectures, case studies, presentations, and mentoring as methods. Held on May 25, 2024, at GKI Pamulang, the event was attended by 29 congregation members. Participants expressed satisfaction with the relevant material presented and gained valuable insights and motivation for starting and maintaining a culinary business, as well as knowledge on financial management and business operations.

Abstract

Empowerment is the development of self-potential in meeting their own economic needs without the help of others. This is done with an entrepreneurship workshop to open the participants' horizons so that they have the same mindset about entrepreneurship. Through this workshop, the participants opened their horizons about the business opportunities around them. The community service carried out aims to develop the economic potential of the existing community and improve community skills and students have the drive and ability to create jobs for themselves and for the surrounding community. With several approaches in the implementation of abmas, it is intended that the participants are easy to accept and implement them in the community so that the target can be achieved in order to have skills and create new jobs as expected.

Abstract

Berkembangnya berbagai bentuk teknologi informasi tentunya sangat membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan berbagai bentuk informasi melalui media sosial. Hal ini ditandai dengan muculnya media instagram sebagai media yang paling populer dikalangan masyarakat. Instagram dijadikan media publikasi paling efektif untuk digunakan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui perancanaan dari kegiatan publikasi yang dilakukan oleh Instagram @kuansingbacarito dalam mempublikasikan sejarah mendulang peradaban di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara dan melakukan observasi melalui analisis akun official Instagram @Kuangsingbacarito. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya instagram @kuansingbacarito dalam publikasinya banyak menggunakan pilihan kalimat persuasif dengan bahasa yang ringkas dan sederhana sehingga masyarakat mudah mengerti. Kemudian beberapa makna pada gambar postingan yang dibagikan dikemas dengan sebaik mungkin serta membuat press release sebagai acuan informasi. Namun hal itu instagram @kuansingbacarito belum memanfaatkan banyak fitur yang disediakan instagram dalam memberikan informasi terkait sejarah maupun budaya, dan juga terhadap sejarah Mandulang Peradaban yang ada di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

Abstract

This study digs deeper into the online marketing strategy carried out by the M231 company to develop and make it a success rapidly. This study provides new solutions and knowledge to other companies due to the drastic decline in sales experienced by all companies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach was carried out qualitatively, followed by interviews with three people related to online marketing from the M231 company. The method used was the IFA and EFA methods, then continued using the SWOT method. The results of the study provide the main strategies that can be carried out to develop online marketing rapidly, namely by always following and implementing viral trends. The quality and consistency of products and services are also other important factors in the success of online marketing

Abstract

This study investigates the rapid growth of digital entrepreneurship research from 2019 to 2024, driven by technological advancements and the increasing relevance of digital platforms. Using bibliometric analysis, the study maps the intellectual landscape of the field by identifying key themes, leading authors, influential journals, and productive institutions. The findings reveal three major thematic clusters: Business Transformation, Digital Innovation, and Inclusive Entrepreneurship, emphasizing the impact of digital technologies on business models, innovation, and economic inclusion. The role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is highlighted as increasingly central in the global digital ecosystem. A steady increase in publications and citations is observed, with journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change and Journal of Business Research shaping the discourse. The study recommends future research to focus on digital platforms, business model innovation, and supportive policy and infrastructure, underscoring the transformative potential of digital entrepreneurship in fostering inclusive and sustainable development.
