Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has impacted changes in business activities. Trading activities that were previously carried out conventionally have now become completely digital. With this change, not all MSMEs have sufficient knowledge and ability to use social media. This causes MSME players who do not follow these changes to be unable to compete with other MSMEs that are already selling online. The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance in creating Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp social media accounts and then teach them how to promote and sell online on these accounts. The method used in this activity is the practice of creating social media accounts and uploading merchandise. The result of this activity is that UMKM Baby Fish Chips are able to sell online through the social media Facebook, Instagram and whatsapp.

Abstract

The Flashcard Game is a game that uses a number of cards measuring 25x30 cm which are written on letters of the alphabet and numbers with attractive designs and colors so that they can attract students' interest in playing the Flashcard Game. Specifically, the aim of this community service activity is to investigate the level of effectiveness of the literacy and numeracy program implemented at the selected school, namely Sumberejo State Elementary School. This service uses a learning method using flashcard game media. Implementing Flashcard Games to increase students' learning motivation in reading and arithmetic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and strategies that should be applied by Tax Consultants X during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at the Tax Consultant Office in East Java and used a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data validation technique used is source triangulation technique and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the Tax Consultant Office X is declared good. Where the internal condition of the Tax Consultant Office X is 2.96 with the total strength factor obtained is 2.25, while the total weakness factor is 0.791. While the external factor of the Tax Consultant Firm X is 2.25 with the total opportunity factor obtained is 1.47, while the total of the threat factor is 0.787. When viewed from the results of the identification of internal and external factors of the Tax Consulting Office X, it shows that for now the most appropriate strategy is the SO Strategy. In the future, the X Tax Consultant can improve service facilities, expand the network to clients, create a website and carry out promotions using e-WOM.

Abstract

The majority of Ngujungrejo residents earn their livelihoods through farming, primarily producing rice and various types of fish. They typically sell the fish fresh at nearby markets. However, they encounter challenges during periods of abundant harvests, as oversupply leads to price drops and the risk of fish spoilage, especially tilapia. Additionally, there has been a rise in the number of job seekers over the past three years. The goal of this initiative is to enhance residents' entrepreneurial skills and understanding while improving their ability to process harvests into higher-value products. Methods employed include surveys, entrepreneurship workshops, training sessions on producing tilapia fish crackers, and evaluation. The outcome of this effort has been a 60% increase in knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and a 75% improvement in skills related to tilapia fish production. This growth is anticipated to empower participants to establish home-based industries, consequently reducing the number of job seekers in the area.

Abstract

In order to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan community service team conducted tax management training for treasurers and financial managers at Bumdes Sambeng Lamongan. The method of implementation with socialization and training, aims to provide understanding to Bumdes Sambeng regarding tax management. This community service activity was carried out for 4 months between May and August 2021 in the Sambeng village hall building. Presentation of taxation material is carried out systematically by prioritizing presentations, discussions and questions and answers. Every problem encountered in the context of tax management becomes material for discussion between the presenters (trainees) and the participants. Furthermore, continuous training is carried out dynamically where participants consult on each of the problems encountered in the implementation of the village-owned tax, consulting in the form of face-to-face meetings, or using communication devices such as telephones. The result of this activity is that treasurers and financial managers have a good understanding of tax management. This is evidenced by the good management of taxes at Bumdes Sambeng Lamongan.

Abstract

Tumbuh kembang UKM di Indonesia perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Perhatian tersebut dapat diwujudkan dalam bentuk dukungan dan pelatihan keterampilan. Terdapat banyak pelaku bisnis UKM yang belum mengenal cara pemasaran melalui platform digital, salah satunya Kelompok UKM Desa Pungging, Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Meski telah diketahui secara luas bahwa UKM yang menggunakan platform digital sebagai media pemasarannya diketahui meningkatkan penjualannya dan meluaskan jangkauan pasarnya. Oleh karena itu Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, dan ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan melakukan Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Toko Online pada para pelaku UKM di Desa Pungging tersebut. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap berikut. Mulai dari persiapan, sosialiasi, kemudian pelatihan dan pemberian pemahaman pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the impact of the parking tax intensification strategy on Original Regional Income (PAD), analyze and describe the impact of the parking tax extensification strategy on Regional Original Income (PAD), analyze the obstacles faced by BAPENDA in implementing intensification and extensification strategies as an effort to increase Regional Original Income (PAD). The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach and data is collected through interviews and observation. The research results show that the parking tax intensification strategy has an impact on local revenue (PAD) but still needs to be improved because it has not met the target. The parking tax extensification strategy has an impact on local revenue (PAD) but is not yet effective. The obstacle faced by BAPENDA in carrying out intensification and extensification strategies is lack of taxpayer awareness.The efforts made by the government include conducting outreach and establishing communication with business actors and monitoring the conditions in the parking environment by looking at the bookkeeping reports of parking businesses.

Abstract

Electronic tax invoices or E-faktur were introduced in 2013 with the provisions stipulated in the Regulation of the Director General of Taxes. Provisions for changes in making electronic tax invoices were amended several times until the issuance of PER-16/PJ/2014 Article 1 paragraph (1) which requires certain PKPs to make e-invoices. The perceived benefits for PKP are the convenience of entrepreneurs and protection from misuse by irresponsible parties. In addition, for the Directorate General of Taxes, E-faktur facilitates supervision and facilitates service. With so many PKPs who do not understand and have competence in filling out E-invoices, the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan community service team provides training in filling in E-invoice 3.0 for PKPs. The results of this community service have an impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of participants in the field of taxation, especially related to E-Faktur.

Abstract

The spread of hoaxes is part of the impact of the very rapid development of information over the last few years. The development of information technology has led to the emergence of a new public space, namely social media. Social media can have both positive and negative impacts. The negative impact, the spread of hoaxes has become uncontrollable so that it has the potential to trigger disruption of social order. Media literacy is education that teaches media audiences to have the ability to analyze media messages, to be responsible and to respond correctly when getting information. The target audience in this community service is MA Miftahul Huda Pecalukan student. Because MA students are students who are very vulnerable to the influence of Hoaxes that have the potential to trigger disturbances in society. This service is carried out to provide understanding to MA Miftahul Huda students about media literacy and they can also become agents of the media literacy movement in order to ward off hoaxes. The method used in community service is through seminars, discussions and workshops. With this method, it is hoped that two-way communication will occur, both between the resource person and the participants and among the participants themselves

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif perpajakan terhadap kualitas pelayanan perpajakan kepatuhan wajib pajak selama pandemi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dan sampel dipilih dengan metode convinence sampling sehingga peneliti memilih responden berdasarkan yang paling mudah ditemui atau didapatkan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui tautan formulir google. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 responden yang memiliki kriteria. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa insentif pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sedangkan kualitas pelayanan pajak berpengaruh terhadap wajib pajak kepatuhan.
