Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem belajar mengajar dalam dunia pendidikan masih berada dalam proses transisi antara sistem konvensional dengan sistem berbasis teknologi. Namun upaya pemerintah ini banyak menimbulkan kontra yang menganggap hal ini dapat menghalangi majunya generasi pelajar, mengingat proses belajar mengajar masih mengadakan tatap muka langsung antara guru dan murid. Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu subsistem yang tidak luput dari azas perubahan yang disebabkan oleh kehadiran softskill. Dalam strategi pembelajaran, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator. Dan sehubungan dengan tujuan menumbuhkan softskill pada diri siswa, dengan mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan softskill. Salah satu hal yang sangat penting dimiliki oleh seorang guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu guru mempunyai perhatian, tanggungjawab, dan komitmen untuk dapat mengoptimalkan potensi peserta didik, perkataan, tanggungjawab, dan komitmen tersebut merupakan bagian dari softskill seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas, khususnya dalam melaksanakan pelaksanaan pembelajaranKata Kunci : Manajemen; Pembelajaran; Kompetensi; Softskill

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru, (2) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru, (3) Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Kerja Guru, (4) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Komitmen Kerja Guru, dan (5) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Komitmen Kerja Guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kuantitatif, model yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen kerja guru, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi kerja guru terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang ada, maka pengaruhnya yang paling besar terhadap Komitmen Kerja yaitu variabel Motivasi Kerja sebesar 10,89%. Maka untuk meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru perlu adanya peningkatan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja guru. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru, dan Komitmen Kerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola hubungan antar variabel yang dilibatkan berdasarkan data empirik yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatuf yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu selama 4 (empat) bulan terhitung mulai Juli  2019 hingga Oktober  2019. Adapun Populasi target  dalam  penelitian ini adalah kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu sebanyak 241 sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan mengumpulkan data variabel perilaku inovatif, dikembangkan dan diuji cobakan  terlebih dahulu untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sedangkan variabel kompetensi manajerial  kepala sekolah menggunakan instrumen yang telah ada yang diambil dari dokumen milik Dinas Pendidikan sehingga tidak dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui dari hasil olah data perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah diperoleh  nilai Mean = 68.37 dan Standar Deviasi = 13.739. Untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan atau pengkategorian tingkatan perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah berdasarkan nilai mean  dan standar deviasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perilaku Inovatif berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi Manajerial.The Effect of Innovative Behavior on Managerial Competence of Primary School Principals in Labuhan Batu DistrictAbstractThis study aims to describe the pattern of relationships between variables involved based on empirical data collected using the developed instrument. This research is a quality study conducted in Labuhanbatu Regency for 4 (four) months from July 2019 to October 2019. The target population in this study is the Principal of State Elementary Schools in Labuhanbatu Regency as many as 241 schools. The instrument used to collect innovative behavioral variable data was developed and tested first to test its validity and reliability while the managerial competency variable of principals used existing instruments taken from documents belonging to the Department of Education so that validity and reliability tests were not carried out. The results of this study are known from the results of the school principal's innovative behavior data obtained by the Mean value = 68.37 and Standard Deviation = 13.739. To identify trends or categorizing the level of innovative behavior of principals based on the mean and standard deviation. Based on the results of this study concluded that Innovative Behavior affects Managerial Competence.

Abstract

This study aims to address the problems of the eleven hypotheses proposed, which include 1) the direct influence of organizational culture on compensation, 2) the direct effect of work competence on compensation, 3) the direct influence of organizational culture on the performance of the madrasa head, 4) the direct effect of work competence on performance madrasah head, 5) direct effect of compensation on madrasa head performance. The population of this study was the Head of Madrasas as many as 133 people with a total sample of 103 people taken using the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale and tests. The research data is processed and analyzed by path analysis path analysis. This path analysis begins by testing the analysis requirements including the normality test through the Lilifors formula, and the linearity and regression significance test. The results of the analysis show there is a direct influence of organizational culture on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.285, a direct effect of work competence on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.286, Likewise, there is a direct effect of organizational culture on the performance of madrasah heads with a path coefficient of 0.216, there is a direct influence of work competence on the performance of madrasa head with a path coefficient of 0.171, there is a direct effect of workers compensation on the performance of the madrasa head with a path coefficient of 0.178. Abstract

Processing of agricultural products is important to increase added value, especially when production is abundant and prices are low. The increase in added value in the form of various corn products can stimulate the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. Community empowerment through increasing post-harvest knowledge and capabilities in processing various corn products in particular can be the basis for community economic development. One of the processed corn products that consumers like is Corn Tortilla. The product processing process with appropriate technology is quite simple so that it has the opportunity to be adopted by rural communities, especially corn farmers as a home industry. The purpose of this PKM activity is to develop the business of corn farmers in Pematang Simalungun Village into an economically independent business through corn tortilla processing activities, design of boiled corn milling machine, design of ampia machine, spinner machine, and production training. The approach method used is the method of education, design, production training, business management training, and mentoring. The specific target achieved was to produce a boiled corn milling machine to increase the effectiveness of abundant corn production into corn tortilla products and business management capabilities. As a result, corn farmers can process abundant agricultural products into Corn Tortilla products

Abstract

Technological developments demand that learning media be developed on an electronic basis. Availability of electronic modules in Engineering mechanics lessons is currently still not available. Even though students are required to solve cases in the field by mastering three concepts, namely mathematics, physics and mechanics independently. This research aims to determine the feasibility of a case-based engineering mechanics e-module. The research method uses the R&D method with a 4D development model. The stages of the 4D method are definition, design, development and distribution. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Validation of the e-module was carried out by material experts, learning design experts and learning media experts who were analyzed descriptively. The research results showed that the feasibility score for material experts was 91.17% in the very good category, learning design experts 93.38% in the very good category, and learning media experts 89.83% in the very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the case-based e-module developed is very suitable for use in learning engineering mechanics.
