Abstract

Management and leadership are two different things that are brought together to achieve the goals of a group of fields. Leadership management is a form of leadership skills as a form of skills to lead, direct and motivate effectively and efficiently. One of them is with a policy that is a method that can be used by almost every group. Electronic Engineering is one of the majors that participate in providing policies on learning schedules in teaching and learning activities. Schedule policies can affect productivity and learning outcomes. The study schedule is still adjusted to any existing conditions. A field survey has been conducted during the learning process carried out by the Department of Electronics Engineering. This is proven by conducting a survey of the condition of the students of the Department of Electronics Engineering when carrying out the learning process on campus during advance, and during the learning process using internet access (remotely).Keywords: "Leadership Management, Schedule Policy, Learning, Learning Activities, Learning Schedule".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the potential impact of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and environmental factors on entrepreneurial interest. This study uses an explanatory research approach. The population is students of Universitas Negeri Padang, Department of Electronics Engineering, using a purposive sampling technique. A sample of 80 respondents was determined using accidental sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaires and tests. Then the method used is purposive sampling and data collection using accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and environmental factors influence interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on enhancing students' creative thinking skills. Meta-analysis method was employed to collect and analyze data from 17 relevant articles published in online journals between 2018 and 2023. The analysis results indicate that the implementation of the PBL model has a significant impact on enhancing students' creative thinking skills, with an effect size value of 0.40 categorized as a moderate effect. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of integrating the PBL model into educational approaches to facilitate the development of students' creative thinking skills in various educational contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the optimization of the problem-solving learning model within the context of independent learning in the post-pandemic era. Utilizing a systematic literature review method and the PRISMA model, the study identifies 25 pertinent articles concerning the implementation of the problem-solving learning model in independent learning. The analysis indicates that applying this model positively impacts students' critical thinking abilities, enhances creativity, and reinforces communication and collaboration skills. From an independent learning standpoint, the problem-solving learning model grants students the autonomy to cultivate creative thinking patterns and fosters heightened engagement in the learning process. The study also highlights adapting the model to online learning, with teachers as facilitators. In conclusion, these findings underscore the effectiveness of the problem-solving learning model in independent learning, especially in the post-pandemic era. They also offer valuable insights for educators and policymakers to develop adaptive learning strategies suited to the current educational environment.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI), khususnya ChatGPT, telah memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. ChatGPT digunakan oleh mahasiswa sebagai alat bantu dalam memahami materi perkuliahan dan menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap pemahaman konsep dan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber akademik yang membahas efektivitas teknologi AI dalam dunia pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dengan menyediakan akses cepat ke informasi, menjelaskan konsep kompleks, serta mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Namun, ketergantungan berlebihan terhadap teknologi ini dapat menyebabkan pemahaman yang dangkal dan menurunkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Dalam aspek kreativitas, ChatGPT dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam brainstorming ide, menyusun argumen, serta mengeksplorasi berbagai perspektif dalam pemecahan masalah. Meski demikian, penggunaan yang tidak terarah dapat menghambat orisinalitas dan inovasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang tepat dalam pemanfaatan ChatGPT agar dapat memberikan manfaat optimal tanpa mengorbankan keterampilan berpikir mandiri dan kreatif mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak integrasi ChatGPT, sebuah kecerdasan buatan berbasis teks, dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Dengan melibatkan 215 peserta dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh interaksi dengan ChatGPT terhadap keterampilan kognitif, seperti berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Hasil menunjukkan variasi persepsi terhadap dampak ChatGPT, dengan beberapa peserta melaporkan peningkatan yang signifikan sementara yang lain merasakan dampaknya terbatas. Kesimpulan menekankan pentingnya penggunaan teknologi kecerdasan buatan secara bertanggung jawab dalam pendidikan, sambil menyadari keterbatasan metodologis dan memperhitungkan perspektif yang beragam dalam mengoptimalkan pengalaman belajar.
