Abstract

Celecoxib merupakan obat antiinflamasi non steroid (OAINS) yang bekerja sebagai obat rheumatoid arthritis dan osteoarthritis. Celecoxib adalah senyawa yang masuk ke dalam BCS kelas II yang kelarutan buruk. Teknologi sistem dispersi merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan melarut zat-zat yang sukar larut, sehingga meningkatkan laju disolusinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan disolusi tablet celecoxib dispersi padat HPMC-PEG 6000. Sistem dispersi padat dibuat dengan metode pelarutan menggunakan polimer HPMC yang dikombinasikan PEG 6000 (1:1, 1:2 dan 2:1). Serbuk dispersi padat, campuran fisik, dan celecoxib murni diuji kelarutanya. Hasil kadar celecoxib terlarut pada masing –masing sampel dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil uji kelarutan menunjukkan bahwa dispersi padat celecoxib memiliki kelarutan yang lebih tinggi dibanding dengan campuran fisik dan celecoxib murni. Perbandingan kadar celecoxib terlarut dalam dispersi padat pada perbandingan 1:1, 1:2, dan 2:1 berturut-turut 55,5445g/mL; 14,1292g/mL; 19,8889g/mL. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dispersi padat celecoxib dengan polimer HPMC dan PEG 6000 perbandingan 1:1 menunjukkan hasil yang paling tinggi. Peningkatan kelarutan disebabkan dengan adanya penambahan PEG 6000 dan HPMC sebagai zat pembasah, cosolvent dan menghambat pembentukan kristal selama proses pembuatan dispersi padat. Abstract

This paper summarizes new application of CFS in bridge constructions where a seven meters long pedestrian bridge was constructed. The bridge has 1.2m width, 0.8m depth, and is composed of CFS Warren truss and bondek floor systems. Natural frequency of the bridge considering only dead load application was found as 8.54 Hz and decreased to 7.08 Hz when the live load was included. Under static load test, the application of dead load only and both dead and live loads yielded a maximum deflection of 3.53 and 8.1 mm, respectively. Normal walking and running pedestrian loads were carried out created a maximum acceleration equaled to 0.11g. Lastly, sinusoidal waves application facilitated through a three-phase induction motor having self-weight of 24.86 kgf at frequency equal to 8.5 Hz was performed for one hour resulting no decrease of the natural frequency, thus the bridge can be assumed to experience no noticeable stiffness degradation.

Abstract

Gadgets are electronic devices that are used as information media, learning media, and as entertainment. Another benefit of the gadget is that it can connect to the internet and students are familiar with the functions of the internet. This has resulted in many students misusing the use of the internet for negative things, so students must always be under the supervision of their parents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of gadget use and interest in learning on junior high school students' learning outcomes. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a correlational descriptive approach, the nature of the data is ex post facto, namely a research conducted to investigate events that have occurred and then look back at past events to find out the factors that could have caused these events to occur. . The technique used by researchers in this study was to use a questionnaire to obtain data on the impact of using gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes. This research was carried out with 20 students as research subjects and assisted by listening to teachers at Al-Azhar Middle School, Bekasi City. The results showed that the use of gadgets did not significantly influence student learning outcomes. There is a significant influence of the use of gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes. This can be proven by the strong value of Sig = 0.000 and F count = 12.788 F table = 3.591. So this can be said to be the value and F count > F table and Sig 0.000 > 0 ,05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the impact of using gadgets and learning interest on learning outcomes has a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at SMP AL-Azhar Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of STEM-based e-comic media in teaching alternative energy topics to enhance scientific literacy and digital literacy among elementary school students. A mixed-methods approach was employed, using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 140 fourth-grade students, divided into experimental and control groups. Data collection instruments included scientific and digital literacy tests, student response questionnaires, observation sheets, and interview guidelines. N-Gain analysis revealed a more significant improvement in the experimental group (moderate category) compared to the control group (low category). T-test results indicated a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, both within the experimental group and between the experimental and control groups. Qualitative data showed that students responded positively to the e-comic media, found it helpful in understanding alternative energy concepts, and were engaged by its visually appealing design. These findings demonstrate that STEM-based e-comic is an effective learning medium to improve elementary student’s scientific and digital literacy.

Abstract

This study is oriented to the saturation of students in the following subjects PAI. Many students are not focused and tend to get bored during the lesson. Teacher-centered learning methods will eliminate the stimulus of learners to the lesson. The purpose of this study was to examine the efficiency in the implementation of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) method in order to increase the academic achievement of students at the secondary school level. The research aimed to focus on measuring the evaluation of academic achievement progress, interaction between students in groups, and understanding of concepts in learning materials. The approach in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Implementation activities begin with planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that there was an increase in significance by using the STAD type. Pre PTK, sirklus 1, sirklus 2, sirklus 3 with the acquisition of the first cycle score, which is Nine students (25.70%) were able to meet the minimal required value, with an average score of 69.8. Moreover, in Cycle 2, twenty-five students (71%) obtained an average score of 79.71, which was the minimum criterion. Nevertheless, the pupils have not met the success indicator of 85, thus the researcher moves on to cycle stage 3. The number of students that met the minimal standard score in this cycle grew to 35, or 100%, with an average score of 91.11
