Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia di Jakarta baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Asosiatif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia di Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia di Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=15,474+0,416X. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,669 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi RSquare sebesar 44,7%. Nilai thitung 6,852 > ttabel 2,001 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia di Jakarta hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=13,994+0,447X. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,689 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,5%, Nilai thitung 7,246 > ttabel 2,001 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia di Jakarta hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y=10,582+0,246X1+0,291X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,758 (kuat0. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,4%. Nilai Fhitung 38,378 > Ftabel 3,16 dengan tingkat siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence promotion has on customer satisfaction at PT Ecomerce Capital Indonesia in West Jakarta, to find out how big the influence of service quality is on customer satisfaction at PT Eccomerce Capital Indonesia in West Jakarta. and to find out how much influence promotion and service quality have on customer satisfaction at PT Ecomerce Capital Indonesia in West Jakarta". Both simultaneously. The research method in this research is a survey method. The population in this research is visitors to PT Eccomerce Capital Indonesia in West Jakarta" . totaling 1,978 customers. The sampling technique used was purpose method sampling, determining the sample size using the Slovin formula with a difficulty level of 10%, so a sample of 95 customer respondents was obtained. The test results for the promotion variable (X1) obtained a tcount value of 0.371 with a significance level of 0.711. This value is greater than 0.05 (0.711 > 0.05), so the equation obtained is tcount > ttable or 0.371 > 2.017, meaning Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, in other words. Promotion variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the test results for the service quality variable (X2) obtained a calculated value of 3.645 with a significance level of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05), so we get the equation tcount <ttable or 3.645>2.017. This means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. in other words, the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Thus, it can be interpreted that promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.   Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada mahasiswa sebagai calon tenaga kerja profesional di Universitas Pamulang. Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menuntut adanya transformasi kompetensi SDM yang adaptif terhadap teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional pada 150 mahasiswa aktif yang telah menggunakan aplikasi AI dalam proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi SDM (p < 0,05) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,381. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa 38,1% variasi pengembangan kompetensi dapat dijelaskan oleh implementasi AI. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman strategis mengenai peran teknologi AI dalam menyiapkan SDM yang kompeten dan adaptif menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Jakarta, khususnya Unit Kerja Airport Rescue Fire Fighting. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel melalui rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 140 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, demikian pula disiplin kerja yang terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pencapaian kinerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan, meskipun masih terdapat faktor lain di luar penelitian ini yang turut memengaruhi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan kedisiplinan yang konsisten sebagai fondasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dan disiplin kerja yang baik dapat memperkuat kinerja karyawan, sehingga relevan bagi organisasi dalam merumuskan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Herona Express South Tangerang. The research employs a quantitative associative method, utilizing a sample of 94 respondents selected through the Slovin formula from a total population of 123 employees. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis facilitated by SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that, partially, leadership plays a vital role in directing work effectiveness, where appropriate leadership styles are proven to significantly enhance individual performance. Similarly, job satisfaction was found to have a strong positive relationship with performance; employees who feel satisfied with their environment and compensation tend to provide more optimal contributions. Simultaneously, leadership and job satisfaction act as primary determinants that together dictate the quality of employee performance within the company. These findings suggest that a substantial portion of employee performance variation is driven by the quality of leadership and the level of job satisfaction, while the remaining factors are influenced by external variables not examined in this research. This underscores that to achieve maximum productivity, the management of PT Herona Express must prioritize developing leadership capacity and fulfilling factors that drive employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee productivity at Erafone in West Jakarta. The method used is an associative method with quantitative analysis. The number of samples used was 62 people. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee productivity. The regression analysis shows a positive relationship, with a strong correlation coefficient. The coefficient of determination suggests that leadership style contributes significantly to productivity, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test confirms that leadership style has a significant impact on employee productivity. Similarly, work discipline also has a significant effect on employee productivity. The regression analysis demonstrates a strong correlation, with a considerable portion of productivity being explained by work discipline. The hypothesis test supports the conclusion that work discipline plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity. When analyzed simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee productivity. The regression analysis confirms a very strong relationship, with a high coefficient of determination indicating that these two variables account for a substantial portion of productivity. The hypothesis test further validates that leadership style and work discipline jointly influence employee productivity in a meaningful way.
