Abstract

At the end of 2013 and beginning of 2014 we were presented thespectacle of government for maintaining political interests, that was the arrestof a number of politicians, and among them is the suspects in the Hambalang,Anas Urbaningrum, and Antasari Azhari before, chairman of the CorruptionEradication Commission (KPK). Two of these cases may be as a representativeexample of the case that the same modus, are killing characters of politicionfor political interests. It turns out that these cases also occurred in early Muslimhistory, even kill each other. One example was the case of Ab? Muslim alKhurasan?, one of the major meritorious and has a big hand in toppling UmaiyahDaulah and established the Abbasid Daula. Initially Abu Muslim was appointedby Ab? Abb?s a?-?affah, the first Caliph of the Daulah Abbasid, to becomegovernor of Khurasan, but was then killed by Abu Jafar al-Mansur, 2nd Caliphof Abbasids. This paper attempts to describe the case of Ab? Muslim alKhurasan?, a politician who was killed by his own at the beginning of the DaulahAbbasid. This study addresses three problems. First, how the events that befallAb? Muslim al-Khurasan?. Secondly, why Ab? Muslim al-Khurasan? was killed.Third, what is the relevance of studying and knowing murder of Ab? Muslimal-Khurasan? to political life in Indonesia by contextualization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between price and product completeness with purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously at Zami Mart, Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing (t test and F test). The results showed a correlation between price and product completeness with purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained R Square (R2) = 0.426, where KD = R2 x 100% = 0.426 x 100% = 42.6%. Price and product completeness have a correlation of 42.6% on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 57.4% are influenced by other variables. Furthermore, according to the hypothesis test there is a correlation between price and purchasing decisions where according to the results of the t test, the value of t count > t table (3.999 > 1.98472). Then the completeness of the product has a correlation with purchasing decisions, where according to the results of the t test, the value of t count > t table (3.671 > 1.98472). Furthermore, the price and completeness of the product have a correlation with purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is greater than F table or 36,011 > 3,090.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Pendampingan Pengelolaan Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen dan substansi jurnal INVESTIGASI SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode pedampingan, diskusi, workshop dan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) Publikasi Jurnal INVESTIGASI. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini SMP Negeri 17 Kota Tangerang Selatan telah berhasil mempublikasikan jurnal IVESTIGASI Volume Volume 2 Nomor 1 bulan Maret 2021 tepat waktu. Penerbitan tahun kedua ini berisi  publikasi ilmiah naskah sebanyak 14 (empat belas) naskah karya ilmiah yang ditulis oleh kepala sekolah dan guru-guru SD/SMP/SMA Kota Tangerang Selatan. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan; Pengelolaan; Penelitian;  Pendidikan; Investigasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia khususnya pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam menuliskan karya nyata yang dipblikasikan dalam publikasi ilmiah,sehingga karya nyata tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi bagi guru-guru lainnya dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada kurikulum merdeka saat ini. Kemampuan guru dalam menulis publikasi ilmiah ini tentunya akan sangat membantu guru-guru dalam penilaian kinerja dan kenaikan golongan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menulis publikasi ilmiah, selain terkendala dengan mekanisme penulisan dalam jurnal ilmiah juga mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari jurnal yang mau menerima dan mereview naskah ilmiah yang diajukan oleh guru. Selain itu dalam publikasi naskah ilmiah yang dibuat buru membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam prosesnya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (pkm) yang dilakukan berupa “peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menulis naskah ilmiah bagi guru-guru se-kota tangerang selatan”.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) in the form of Scientific Writing Writing Training for Link and Match Vocational School Students, South Tangerang City, Banten aims to help students write good and quality scientific papers. Training is carried out using mentoring methods, discussions, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) in writing scientific papers in accordance with existing standards. The results of the training showed that the abilities of the students who participated in the training were good. Based on a brief assessment carried out by the resource person, it can be concluded that the participants' ability to write scientific papers is good. Even though there are notes for some participants that are still lacking, from the aspect of the standards for writing scientific papers it can be said to have met them. This is certainly very encouraging because the material presented during the training can be digested and understood by participants well, so they can put it into practice when writing scientific papers.  In terms of quantity, the number of scientific papers produced by participants during the training varies. There were participants who were able to write two papers, but there were also those who did not complete one paper. This output will later be used as material and input in perfecting training methods and techniques in subsequent activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of prices and promotions on customers' purchasing decisions for dine-in services at McDonald’s Cideng, Central Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is associative quantitative with a population of 37,500 customers taken as a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling method, namely accidental sampling. The data analysis techniques in this research are: simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. Then hypothesis testing is the t test and f test. The results of this research are that price influences purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the t test with the calculated t value > t table or (10.084 > 1.660). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0, 05). Promotions influence purchasing decisions this can be seen from the t test with the calculated t value > t table or (9.126 > 1.660). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Price and promotions influence purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the results of the f test where F calculated > F table or (73.628 > 2.70), this is also reinforced by ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0, 05).

Abstract

This paper aims to prove that after attending the Marriage Preparation Course, the prospective wives and husbands of the course participants feel the extraordinary benefits of attending the Marriage Preparation Course. Because the material presented is very relevant and vital as a provision in living household life. This paper reports the research results on implementing Marriage Preparation Courses among Muslims in Pekanbaru, Riau and Christians in Yogyakarta. These two objects result from selecting the best performance in carrying out the Marriage Preparation Course. This research includes qualitative research with a juridical approach and uses the theory of the legal system. The result of the study is that the implementation of a good Marriage Preparation Course can give a positive impression and knowledge to the course participants. The participants stated the importance of prospective wives and husbands taking Marriage Preparation Courses. This course assists candidates in dealing with the romance of domestic life in the future, especially if the material also provides testimonials of the couples. One problem to solve by working couples is not being able to get permission from the workplace to take courses. Hopefully, there will be a policy from the government that requires workplaces to permit workers to take courses in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to dissect the strategy and development of the Indonesian Educational Children's Tutoring Business (Bimbapedia) in Tangerang City. The research uses qualitative methods. Data analysis techniques include SWOT Analysis, IFE Matrix Analysis, EFE Matrix Analysis, IE Matrix Analysis, SWOT Matrix, and SWOT Analysis Diagram. The research results show the IFE Matrix's strengths and weaknesses with a score of 3.89. Then in the EFE Matrix opportunities and threats with a score of 3.91. Based on the IE Matrix, the company's position in cell I shows that the appropriate strategy is growth and development (growth and build), which means this strategy is adjusted to the internal strengths of the company to take advantage of the right opportunities to gain profits for the company. Meanwhile, in the SWOT Matrix using the SO, WO, ST and WT formulas, twelve strategies are obtained. The results of the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the company in quadrant II is implementing a product diversification strategy. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah strategi dan pengembangan bisnis Bimbingan Belajar Anak Pendidikan Indonesia (Bimbapedia) yang ada di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik Analisis data meliputi Analisis SWOT, Analisis Matrisk IFE, Analisis Matrisk EFE, Analisis Matriks IE, Matriks SWOT, dan Diagram Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada Matriks IFE kekuatan dan kelemahan dengan skor 3,89. Kemudian pada Matriks EFE peluang dan ancaman dengan skor 3,91. Berdasarkan Matriks IE, posisi perusahaan yang berada di sel I, memperlihatkan strategi yang sesuai adalah tumbuh dan kembangkan (growth and build) yang berarti strategi ini disesuaikan dengan kekuatan dari sisi internal perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang tepat untuk mendapat keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Sedangkan pada Matriks SWOT dengan menggunakan rumus SO, WO, ST, dan WT diperoleh dua belas strategi. Adapun hasil Diagram Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan pada posisi kuadran II yaitu melakukan strategi diversifikasi produk (product diversification strategy). Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan permasalahan sektor UMKM di PKBM Bhakti Asih melalui pemasaran digital dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab. Alat yang digunakan adalah google meet. Pertemuan dilakukan daring. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan empat tahap yaitu survei, pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan, dan laporan PKM. Capaian yang ditargetkan dalam PkM ini adalah peserta dapat mengetahui berbagai permasalahan sektor UMKM khususna di era pandemi. Permasalahan tersebut dapat berupa pemasaran online dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pemasaran digital menjadi penting ketika tidak dapatnya konsumen keluar untuk membeli barang disebabkan peraturan pemerintah untuk tetap di rumah. Penggunaan media online dan aplikasi seperti shopee menjadi andalan di masa krisis itu. Penyusunan laporan keuangan menjadi utama untuk mendapatkan pendanaan dari pemerintah. PkM ini dihadiri oleh 23 warga PKBM dan dari pihak luar serta tiga dosen Universitas Pamulang.

Abstract

This study aims to investigation the Chatime Living World Kota Wisata business, Cibubur, Bogor. The study used a qualitative method. Data analysis techniques include SWOT Analysis, IFE Matrix Analysis, EFE Matrix Analysis, IE Matrix Analysis, SWOT Matrix, and SWOT Analysis Diagram. The results of the study showed that the IFE Matrix strengths and weaknesses with a score of 3.96. Then in the EFE Matrix opportunities and threats with a score of 3.96. Based on the IE Matrix, the position of the company in cell I shows that the appropriate strategy is to grow and develop (growth and build) which means that this strategy is adjusted to the strengths of the company's internal side to take advantage of the right opportunities to gain benefits for the company. While in the SWOT Matrix using the SO, WO, ST, and WT formulas, twenty strategies were obtained. The results of the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the company is in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy.
