Abstract

Rengginang is one of the traditional foods of the archipelago that has been consumed as a snack or main food since time immemorial. At the first rengginang is a food made from the rest of rice that does not run out, rather than being wasted in rice, it is processed into savory and crunchy food in the form of rengginang. Usually the processing is very simple, it is only dried by drying and frying and can be consumed immediately. Along with the time the tasty and crunchy food is very popular with consumers, so that the prestige of rengginang extends among the community and becomes one of the business opportunities for the culprit, especially the housewife, namely Mrs. Darmini. This science and technology for the community has a positive effect on partners and other business people that the importance of using simple technology is effective, thus increasing the production process of rice. The introduction and administration of a sealer is also very important to maintain the quality of the rengginang. Besides that, the need for legality of business such as P-IRT to ensure food security for consumers. This science and technology activity for the community is expected to continue as an effort to provide coaching and mentoring for micro-businesses that have the prospect of being able to survive and develop in the future

Abstract

Saat ini, game sudah semakin berkembang dan banyak dimainkan oleh anak-anak. Banyak game yang dimainkan tidak sesuai dengan umur anak-anak. Banyak juga game yang dimainkan tidak bermanfaat bagi mereka. Diantara banyaknya jenis game, ada satu jenis game yang dapat dijadikan salah satu media pembelajaran yaitu game edukasi. Game edukasi sendiri merupakan media pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman pendidikan atau pengalaman belajar. Dengan bermain game¸ anak-anak usia dini dapat bermain dengan belajar. Salah satu isu yang sangat cocok untuk pembelajaran kepada anak-anak adalah masalah kepedulian lingkungan khususnya tentang kepedulian membuang sampah. Game ini memiliki konsep dengan mengumpulkan sampah plastik dan organik yang dikumpulkan pada bank sampah untuk di daur ulang. Dengan adanya game ini dapat memberikan pembelajaran anak sejak dini perihal kepedulian lingkungan terhadap sampah. Untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Life Cycle yang memiliki 6 tahapan yaitu konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan materi, pembuatan, pengujian, hingga distribusi game yang sudah dibuat.

Abstract

Higher education has a noble task, namely disseminating science and technology and cultural arts to all citizens with personal and institutional references to the principles of scientific methodology. Community capabilities need to be developed from various social strata by conveying the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which is the main task of lecturers, this is a form of effort from universities to accelerate competitiveness to encourage the realization of government programs in national development. This community service activity is in collaboration with partners, namely high school and vocational schools (SMA / K) in Samarinda. The target of this program is to introduce and disseminate laboratory-based processing of plantation commodities at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic (PPNS) campus. From the results of observations in the field, there are still many high school / vocational students in Samarinda who are still not familiar with the processing technology of plantation commodities and the processing process and analysis techniques. The method of this activity is the delivery of material directly (lectures), discussion and deepening of the material by means of questions and answers, as well as simulation of laboratory-scale plantation commodity processing technology. The result of the implementation of this service is an increase in students' knowledge regarding plantation commodity processing technology and the students involved in this activity are able to master plantation commodity processing technology.
