Abstract

Religious radicalism is one thing that threatens security and peace. FKUB Pekalongan City is one of thecommunity organizations formed by the government that effectively provides a good impact on the survival ofa tolerant, inclusive and multicultural life. Deradicalization is a concrete step to fortify religious radicalismby harmonizing religion. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with interviews with researchsubjects and supplemented with supporting literature. The result of this study is FKUB Pekalongan City asone of the organizations that can be a peace spreader among young people, women, and the smallest structureof the State, the family. Religious harmony is an important part of creating dialogue, understanding ofPancasila and being united in diversity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore Amin Abdullah's interconnective approach and its contribution to the understanding and practice of inclusive, and contextual religious life in a pluralistic society. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a literature study, analyzing Abdullah's works and thoughts theoretically and conceptually. The results of the study show that Amin Abdullah rejects the dichotomy between religion and the state and encourages religion to be present as a constructive social force in the public sphere through an interdisciplinary and connected epistemology. In practice, this approach encourages religious and educational institutions to expand their social roles and interfaith dialogue. This research contributes to the importance of an integrative and contextual approach in building a civilization of religious and state

Abstract

Through the implementation of the Aswaja learning model in schools, this community service aims to develop Muslims with religious-nationalist personalities.It was carried out in three phases of activities, namely education & outreach, implementation & strengthening and intensive mentoring from March to May 2021 at SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia, Malang Regency. The results of the activity assessment showed a change in Aswaja's attitudes and practices in fostering religious-nationalist values in students. This also has implications for strengthening religious moderation in the school environment. The results of the correlation test of students' attitudes and practices showed a score (R-square: P-value) of 0.126: 0.000, which indicates that this activity has a significant impact. The implementation of the Aswaja learning model is aimed at providing a balanced understanding of religion and nationalism. Strengthening the understanding of religious moderation with a nationalism - religious spirit will be an important ingredient in the development of peace culture education-based schools in Indonesia

Abstract

Dinamika kenakalan remaja di lingkungan SMA kian menunjukkan kompleksitas yang meningkat, dipengaruhi oleh akselerasi teknologi informasi, transformasi nilai sosial, serta belum optimalnya internalisasi nilai-nilai moral pada generasi muda. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengkaji secara mendalam strategi yang diterapkan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mereduksi kenakalan remaja melalui kerangka pendidikan karakter berbasis perspektif Thomas Lickona. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian kepustakaan (library research), data dikumpulkan melalui telaah terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah, referensi buku, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan dengan pendidikan karakter serta problematika kenakalan remaja. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa strategi guru PAI dalam konteks ini dapat dikategorikan ke dalam tiga dimensi utama: penguatan moral knowing, pengembangan moral feeling, dan pembentukan moral action. Ketiga dimensi tersebut diaktualisasikan melalui pembelajaran kontekstual, rutinitas ibadah, keteladanan pendidik, keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sosial-keagamaan, serta penguatan iklim religius sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerangka pendidikan karakter perspektif Thomas Lickona memiliki relevansi tinggi sebagai pendekatan holistik dan integratif untuk meminimalkan perilaku menyimpang remaja sekaligus membangun generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This study investigates the contributions of Gen-Z perspectives and the ‘Adālah Maqāṣhidi Resolution in addressing human rights discrimination against Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia. Two central questions are explored: how young Indonesians perceive and support migrant-worker protection, and how maqāshid-based justice can inform a rights-protective policy ethic. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive-exploratory design, the research integrates an online survey of over 280 Gen-Z respondents aged 18–21, selected for their engagement with migrant-worker or human rights issues, alongside in-depth interviews, literature analysis, and a transcript-based review of the 2025 shooting case involving five Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysian waters. The findings reveal that respondents recognize migrant workers as a legally and socially vulnerable group, express strong concern for state responsibility, media advocacy, and human rights education, and identify digital platforms as strategic spaces for public pressure, although concrete participation varies. The analysis further demonstrates that ‘Adālah Maqāṣhidi provides a normative bridge between Islamic legal justice, human dignity, and migrant-worker protection by emphasizing equality before the law, prevention of harm, and public welfare. This study offers an integrated framework that links youth-based digital advocacy, transnational labor protection, and Islamic justice ethics and recommends stronger bilateral safeguards, rights literacy, and inclusive legal protections for both documented and undocumented workers
