ABSTRACT Background: Cases of early marriage is still high in Indonesia, including in the district of Bantul. This study aims to determine differences in knowledge and readiness of family life for young people in SMA, SMK and MA in Bantul in the year 2015. Method: The study used observational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in Senior Hight Schools on the district of Bantul. Number of samples 3 groups, each group a total of 68 respondents. Univariate analysis used frequency distribution, bivariate analysis used Mann Whitney test and multivariate analysis uses kruskal wallis. Result: The results showed that the majority of students aged 16 years and generally do not know about the ICRS. Results of multivariate analysis with the Kruskal showed no difference in knowledge about the readiness of life for adolescents at SMA, MA and SMK (P = 0.001), and there are differences in readiness life for adolescents at SMA, MA and SMK (P = 0.002). It was concluded that there are differences in knowledge about the readiness of life for adolescents in high school, MA, and SMK and there are differences in readiness life for adolescents in high school, MA, and SMK. Required overall effort to improve the knowledge and readiness teens about family life. Keywords: knowledge, readiness, family readiness, adolescents

ABSTRAK Wanita menopause di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2015 sudah mencapai 3,9 ribu jiwa (10,73%) dari jumlah penduduk DIY. Di Kabupaten Bantul penduduk perempuan mencapai 30,889 juta penduduk. Lama hidup seseorang menggambarkan derajat kesehatan. Seorang perempuan jika memiliki umur panjang pasti mengalami menopause yang sebagian besar disertai dengan berbagai masalah. Pengetahuan sangat penting bagi seorang perempuan dalam mengahadapi menopause. Beberapa hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu usia premenopause tentang menopause dengan kesiapan menghadapi masa menopause. Pengetahuan tentang menopause memiliki hubungan dengan kesiapan ibu dalam menghadapi menopause. Beberapa penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kesiapan seorang perempuan dalam menghadapi menopause. Penelitian pada perempuan menopause menunjukkan bahwa sikap perempuan terhadap keluhan masa menopause masih kurang baik (55%). Kelompok pengajian Iqro’ ‘di RT 14 Maguwo sebagian besar merupakan ibu-ibu yang masuk dalam masa pre menopause. Perlu adanya pemberian pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang menopause, sehingga ibu-ibu siap menghadapinya dengan rasa bahagia. Metode yang digunakan ceramah dan tanya jawab. Sasaran ibu-ibu anggota pengajian Iqro’ RT 14 dilaksanakan di Balai RT dengan sasaran ibu-ibu pre menopause sebanyak 26 orang pada hari sabtu, 12 Desember 2020. eningkatan pengetahuan tentang menopause pada ibu-ibu anggota Pengajian Iqro’ RT 14 Maguwo Desa Banguntapan Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul meningkat setelah mengikuti ceramah hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil pre tes yang menunjukkan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 19,2% meningkat menjadi 50% pada saat post tes. Selama proses ceramah peserta sangat antusias dan aktif bertanya, sehingga bisa bebagi cerita dan pengalaman.

Dismenore atau nyeri haid merupakan gangguan haid yang sering dialami oleh remaja. Dismenore yang banyak dialami oleh remaja adalah dismenore primer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh dan aktivitas olah raga dengan kejadian disminore pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Besar sampel sebanyak 45 responden yang diambil dengan Teknik simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diambil dari responden dengan mengukur tinggi badan dan berat badan responden untuk mengetahui indeks massa tubuh dan menggunkan angket untuk data lainnya. Analisis univariat pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Ada hubungan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan kejadian dismenore (p value = 0,001). Ada hubungan antara aktivitas olah raga dengan kejadian dismenore (p value = 0,004). Remaja sebaiknya menjaga IMT dan rajin melakukan olah raga untuk mengurangi kejadian dismenore.

Introduction Reducing neonatal mortality is very important. Neonatal mortality contributes 60% to infant mortality. One of the threats to neonates is umbilical cord infection due to umbilical cord care that is not in accordance with predetermined standards. Mrs. F is a patient who routinely checks for pregnancy at PMB Tutik Purwani, and gives birth there. Baby Mrs. F needed cord care, so open care was given to cord care. Method This research uses the case study method. Data collection was done by interview and observation. Result of the care that was carried out on baby Ny. F starts from the assessment of subjective and objective data, determines the assessment, and performs management. The midwife first performed the open method of umbilical cord care while it was still wet and fresh, with no signs of infection, at home by the grandmother and mother. At the time of the second neonatal visit, the baby's umbilical cord had fallen off. This action is taken to prevent the baby from the dangers of umbilical cord infection which can cause neonatal death. Conclusion Open method of umbilical cord care has been carried out from assessment to evaluation properly and in accordance with midwifery care standards, characterized by the baby's umbilical cord. F came off within four days and the wound was dry, clean, and had no signs of infection.

Di Indonesia, fenomena kasus kekerasan dan pelecehan seksual pada anak terus meningkat. Orangtua memiliki tanggungjawab memberikan pendidikan seksual sejak dini pada anak. Di satu sisi, masih ada orangtua yang menganggap bahwa mendiskusikan sesuatu hal tentang seksualitas adalah masalah yang tabu. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan seks komprehensif berbasis teori dan sesuai usia untuk remaja awal dapat efektif dalam menunda debut seksual. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2023, di Dusun Prancak Glondong Panggungharjo Sewon Bantul. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu penyuluhan dengan model ceramah dan game edukasi dari pengabdi. Narasumber ada dua orang yaitu pengabdi sendiri. Peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 16 orangtua yang memiliki anak balita dan remaja awal. Pelaksanaan edukasi dilakukan selama 1,5 jam. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan ada peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian dengan edukasi pendidikan seksual, yaitu sebesar 45%. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait edukasi pendidikan seksual dini pada orangtua balita dan anak remaja awal di Dusun Prancak Glodong berhasil dan efektif. Masyarakat paham pentingnya pendidikan seksual pada anak dan paham cara menjelaskan ke anak.

Background: Indonesia has 40% of teens who have friends that have had premarital sexual intercourse and 66% of teenagers have a friend who is pregnant out of wedlock. Yogyakarta there are 97.05% of teenagers are not virgins. Bantul there were 113 early marriage, 90% caused by pregnancy out of wedlock. Target sex education in SMK Muhammadiyah Kretek because 80% of students have less knowledge about premarital sex. This incident shows that the figure of an issue.Objective: To determine the influence of sex education through peer counselor towards the youth knowledge about premarital sex in SMK Muhammadiyah Kretek.Methods: This study by Quasi-experiment with one group pretes-posttest design. Sampling purposive of the total respondents 64 students. Types of primary data with survey instruments form questionnaire. Paired data analysis of test samples T-test.Results: Mean knowledge before being given sex education by peer counselor is 74.88 with SD 5.21 and the average level of knowledge when given sex education by peer counselor is 82.00 with SD size 8.52 7.12 results in an improvement of the SD as large as 6.81. Analysis with Paired sample t-test obtained p value 0.000.Conclusion: The influence of sex education through peer counselor for teens about premarital sex knowledge in SMK Muhammadiyah Kretek Year 2013, and statistically meaningful.Keywords: peer couselor, sex education, premarital sex

Background: Marriage at a young age have an impact on improving maternal mortality, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, the number of abandoned children, unemployment and divorce. In an effort to overcome these problems the government makes a family planning program aimed suppress the population growth rate is one of the maturation age of marriage.Objective: To determine the relationship of adolescent knowledge about the maturation age of marriage with the intention to marry at a young age in Junior High School Muhammadiyah PiyunganMethods: This research used quantitative methods with cross sectional approach. The population in this study is the eighth grade students of junior high school Muhammadiyah Piyungan 2013-2014 school year as many as 71 students. Sampling with a total sampling technique.Results: Adolescents who have a good knowledge of the maturation age of marriage 28 (39.4%) of respondents, knowledgeable enough 35 (49.3%) of respondents. Teenagers who do not intend to get married very young 33 (46.5%) of respondents, had no intention of 37 (52.1%) of respondents. The results of statistical tests using Kendal Tau (τ) obtained a significance of 0.017.Conclusion: There is a relationship between adolescent knowledge about the maturation age of marriage with the intention of getting married at a young age.Keywords: Maturation age of marriage, Marriage young age

Perkembangan otak janin semakin baik jika dilakukan stimulasi sejak dini. Puskesmas Kretek memiliki program kelas ibu yang secara rutin diberikan kepada ibu-ibu hamil di wilayah Kecamatan Kretek. Stimulasi terhadap otak janin ini sangat penting untuk diajarkan kepada ibu hamil supaya dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari selama hamil, sehingga dapat membantu dalam mencedaskan anak kelak kemudian hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan. Partisipan kegiatan ini adalah ibu hamil yang berada di Wilayah Puskesmas Kretek Bantul. Pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang stimulasi otak pada janin melalui ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kretek Bantul meningkat setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan ceramah dan demonstrasi.
