Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Perusahaan Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Danamon Cabang Kota Sukabumi. Menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Danamon Cabang Kota Sukabumi sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui buku, laporan, jurnal, dan publikasi lainnya. Responden adalah nasabah aktif yang memiliki Tabungan Danamon Lebih Cabang Kota Sukabumi dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah populasi yang diambil secara random atau acak dengan besar sampel menggunakan pedoman tabel Krejcie dan Morgan dengan populasi nasabah sebanyak 338 nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalias nasabah ( dengan nilai t 6.915 dan signifikansi 0,00%), variabel citra perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalias nasabah ( dengan nilai t 3.347 dan signifikansi 0,001%), variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalias nasabah ( dengan nilai t 3.266 dan signifikansi 0,001%).

Abstract

Introduction: Training is often seen as an activity that is commonly carried out on employee performance. To create quality employee performance with training can help the success of a company. The company's goals are expected to be achieved with high employee performance. In the era of Industry Revolution 4.0, it is very important if Human Resources are further improved. Through this training management, the company can improve employee performance and the quality of human resources owned by the company so that they can compete in the industry 4.0 Revolution Era. Because of this, based on the research background above, training management plays an important role in improving the development of Human Resources in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 So that with the existence of training management in the Industrial Revolution Era, human resources will be of higher quality and can develop better in every company by keeping up with the increasing times. Methods: In writing this journal using a literature review, which contains the results of the researchers' thoughts on the theories in articles, journals, books, etc. which are following the research topic. Literature reviews use qualitative methods which only emphasize definitions, concepts, and focus more on case studies or theoretical adjustments to problems that occur in a given scope. The literature review was used as a reference in this study, namely international journals and national journals. Results: Based on the results obtained from several literature reviews, this training management played an important role in the development of Human Resources in the Industry 4.0 Revolution Era. because the era of the industry 4.0 revolution, was characterized by the need for digital skilled human resources to support the application of industry 4.0. Therefore, training management plays an important role in the development of Human Resources in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 as the main asset to create quality Human Resources so they can compete. Discussion: Management training in the development of Human Resources in the Industrial Revolution Era is a problem that must be studied and continuously improved so that Human Resources are skilled at technology and can compete and have quality.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which has an impact on the economy around the world, especially in Indonesia, has caused the situation to become unstable. The impact of this pandemic has severely hit Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the culinary industry, which have difficulty in carrying out their sales activities, with the enactment of regulations from the government regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions. (PSBB) in 2020 and continued with the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in 2020. 2021, making many MSME culinary business actors try in various ways to be able to market their products and maintain their business. By utilizing internet technology that is growing rapidly and supported by social media applications and online ordering which has become a lifestyle of the community, this is very helpful for MSME culinary business actors and also the community in the midst of limited activity so that buying and buying and selling transaction services in the culinary industry can goes well. . This study aims to determine the use of the digital economy in marketing and service strategies for MSME culinary business actors during the COVID-19 pandemic and adaptation strategies in the new normal era (case study on Dimsum Likeearth, Sukabumi City).

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan signifikan di Indonesia, yang disebabkan oleh asupan gizi yang kurang dan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi anak (Sugianto, 2021). Kondisi ini berdampak pada perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak, mengakibatkan tinggi badan yang lebih rendah dari standar usianya (Utami et al., 2023). Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah stunting, karena berperan penting dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan dan edukasi gizi kepada masyarakat (Mubarak et al., 2017). Kader posyandu, yang merupakan petugas terlatih, memiliki peran vital dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini, terutama dalam memantau status gizi balita dan memberikan penyuluhan gizi (Saeni & Irwan, 2022). Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Wangunsari, Kecamatan Cisolok, difokuskan pada pencegahan stunting melalui berbagai langkah seperti observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan kader posyandu. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pemeriksaan kesehatan balita dan ibu hamil, serta pembagian sayur dan buah. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada kader posyandu meliputi tiga tahap: pemaparan materi, praktek langsung, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman ibu hamil dan ibu balita tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting dan peningkatan kunjungan ke posyandu, yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan program ini. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah stunting sejak dini, sehingga dapat mengurangi angka stunting di Indonesia.

Abstract

Social commerce telah menjadi tren signifikan dalam evolusi e-commerce, mengintegrasikan interaksi media sosial dengan pengalaman berbelanja online. Studi ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik untuk meneliti tren penelitian, tema utama, dan kolaborasi dalam social commerce. Dengan menggunakan data secara eksklusif dari Scopus dan dianalisis melalui VOSviewer, studi ini mengidentifikasi klaster penelitian utama, termasuk kepercayaan dan niat membeli, keterlibatan pelanggan, serta peran kemajuan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan live streaming. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa sementara negara maju seperti Amerika Serikat, China, dan Inggris mendominasi output penelitian, negara berkembang di Asia, termasuk Malaysia dan Indonesia, juga turut berkontribusi secara aktif. Meskipun terdapat peluang dalam pengalaman belanja yang dipersonalisasi dan penerapan blockchain, tantangan seperti keamanan data dan misinformasi tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian di masa depan perlu berfokus pada inovasi teknologi, implikasi etis, serta dampak berkelanjutan dari social commerce terhadap ekonomi digital.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the factors that impact MSMEs' sustainability practices and the degree to which they concentrate on business sustainability in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative research approach and collected survey data from MSMEs in Indonesia operating in various industries totaling 350 samples. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis to assess the relationship between variables. The study discovered that a focus on the environment, the application of technology, and green marketing greatly improve an organization's capacity for innovation, which in turn has a favorable impact on the sustainability of the firm. MSMEs are more likely to develop and maintain their business practices over time if they invest in green marketing techniques, use cutting-edge technologies, and give priority to environmental issues. In order to attain sustainability, MSMEs should include technology, marketing, and environmental initiatives into their fundamental business operations, according to the research. It is recommended that policymakers provide incentives, subsidies, and training programs to MSMEs in order to encourage the adoption of technology and green marketing. Support like this can encourage sustainable practices throughout the industry and close the digital divide. This study offers insightful information about the combined effects of environmental orientation, technology adoption, and green marketing on MSMEs in Indonesia's capacity for innovation and long-term viability of their businesses. It gives helpful suggestions for boosting MSMEs' sustainability and emphasizes the crucial role that innovation plays in converting these elements into sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Teknologi digital telah menjadi bagian integral dari proses pembelajaran di era modern. Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis digital seperti Canva, Google Drive, ChatGPT, dan Gemini oleh guru SDN 14 Lubuk Sakti. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan workshop yang melibatkan 10 guru. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan angket. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan hardskill sebesar 75% dalam penggunaan aplikasi untuk membuat materi pembelajaran interaktif serta peningkatan softskill kolaborasi sebesar 60%. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of digital transformation on business resilience among Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with organizational adaptation serving as a mediator. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), this research investigates 180 MSME respondents' data. The results show that digital transformation, operational digitalization, product innovation, and digital marketing strategies impact business resilience both directly and indirectly through organizational adaptation. Organizational adaptation, per se, is discovered to be a key contributor to resilience, implying MSMEs' ability to respond effectively, innovate, and reorganize activities when faced with external shocks. The evidence also confirms that adaptive capability mediates digital transformation and business resilience. These findings enhance the theory of dynamic capabilities in the context of digital disruption and provide practical implications for the digital strategies and policy development of MSMEs in emerging economies.
