Abstract

This research aims to describe the parameters of the question item in the instrument of the eye competency exam of the training of package A and package B, as well as to describe the ability of the competency test participants of vocational school students in Ende Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative research with an ex-post facto approach. The data is obtained by documentation technique, which is to quote the test takers' answers on the answer sheet, and analyzed using a classic test theory approach. The results of the analysis showed that the accounting training eye test devices of Package A and Package B most of the problem items prepared did not meet the "moderate" difficulty level criteria. The power of the dominant item is "ugly", and the picker does not function effectively. Based on the analysis of capabilities, it can be concluded that the competency of the students of the smk accounting training in Ende district has not reached the expected competency. Abstract

Character-oriented education now is the time to be implemented seriously, because there are indications of a decline in the quality of education graduates, which is marked by a decline in the value of honesty. Character-oriented learning patterns are seen as able to stimulate students, so that character will be formed which contains the value of glory so that quality human resources will be realized. Implicit accounting lectures, in fact, recommended the management of non-manipulative (honest) attitudes and responsibilities. Honesty can be demonstrated through the attitude and action of stating something truly, as it is based on authentic evidence, not reducing and markuping financial data, adhering strictly to the standard procedures of financial accounting that apply in Indonesia. Habituating an honest attitude and acting honestly will make them as individuals who will gain the trust of others. If it is well embedded in every student, then it is worth a social achievement obtained, called an individual who can be trusted, carry out the mandate of many parties. This is the trait that every student needs to have, as an image of personality and even national identity.

Abstract

Micro learning activities (micro teaching) in the Economic Education Study Program is a process of transforming science to shape the character of prospective teacher students who have specific teaching skills before implementing a real teaching program. Pragmatically, mastery of the material is less comprehensive, mastery of classes is less than optimal, awkwardness and awkwardness become modes of learning in micro teaching. It is also influenced by the limitation of the frequency of teaching micro. The acquisition of good / excellent grades in micro teaching activities cannot be used as a contribution to say that a 2014 Class of Economics Education Study Program student will be able to carry out real teaching programs well.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the application of the image model and MYOB accounting program and the lecture method, the differences in the learning outcomes of students in class XI SMK Yos Sudarso Ende. This experimental research uses the method of observation and tests. Explained with the next quantitative approach. Improved learning outcomes were tested with N-Gain and analyzed by t-test.Initial test results; the average value of the experimental group was 8.50, the control group was 8.67. The standard deviation of the experimental group (S1) was 2.505, the control group was 1.670. Post-test results; the average value of the experimental group was 19.42, the control group was 14.92. The Standard deviation (S2) of the experimental group was 2,938, the control group was 3,343. The N-Gain group of the experimental group had 58.33% "moderate" classification, 41.7% "high" classification. The control group N-Gain had 33.33% "low" classification, 58.33% "moderate" classification, and 8.33% high classification. The t-test shows t count t table or 3.503> 1.717 so that H0 is rejected. In conclusion, there are differences in learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar internal peserta didik menggunakan survei terhadap 30 responden secara purposive. Data sangket dan dokumentasi dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Analisis data menunjukkan peserta didik berkesulitan belajar secara; fisiologik 61,7%, inteligensi 58,3%, bakat 50%, minat 51,7%, motivasi 91,7%, kesehatan mental 54,2%, learning difabilities 56,3%, slow learner 59%, distractibility child 56,7%, poor self concept 60%, impulsive 53,3%, distractive behavior 56,7%, sosial interception 62,5%. Rata-rata setiap peserta mengalami gangguan secara internal sebesar 38,17. kesimpiulannya semua indikator kesulitan belajar internal dalam penelitian ini dimiliki peserta didik. Saran, perlu tindakan prefentif, kuratif secara kolaboaratif untuk mengatasinya.

Abstract

This research aims to improve teacher competency through lesson study activities. This type of research is a school action research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of 7 teachers. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed by comparing the percentage of teacher competencies per cycle. The results showed that after applying the Lesson study there was an increase in teacher competence from the first cycle with an average percentage of 76% to 93% in the second cycle. Thus, it was concluded that lesson study can improve the competence of Wolowona 2 SDI teachers

Abstract

Era digital memberikan kemudahan dalam pembelajaran, cukup dengan menggunakan handphone yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet sudah dapat menikmatinya. Siswa yang bertempat tinggal di kota secara umum memiliki pengalaman baru dalam belajar didukung dengan fasilitas gawai, koneksi internet memudahkan siswa mendapatkan aneka informasi pengetahuan, mandiri belajar di rumah ditengan Pandemik Covid-19. Namun kurang beruntung bagi siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar Katolik Aefeo yang bermukin di Kampong Mbegho karena; pertama, keterbatasan ekonomi sehingga belum mampu memiliki android. Kedua, keterbatasan jaringan, koneksi/akses internet, karena siswa bertempat tinggal di pegunungan yang relatif tinggi serta berbukit. Ketiga, siswa belum terampil menggunakan android. Keempat, siswa belum terampil mengakses informasi pengetahuan secara online.  Penelitian ini bertujuan; (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan berhitung operasi perkalian metode perjumlahan berulang melalui permainan Enge Feo. (2) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar berhitung operasi perkalian metode penjumlahan berulang melalui permainan Enge Feo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart dalam 2 siklus. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah siswa Kelas III SDK Aefeo berjumlah 11 orang siswa yang bermukim di Kampong Mbegho Desa Tomberabu 1 Kabupaten Ende. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Instrument pennelitian yang dipakai yakni instrumen pengamatan dan tes.  Analisis data menggunakan statistik sederhana yakni mean total ≥ 90%, ketuntasan ≥ 70. Implikasi dari tindakan ini adalah siswa mampu menghitung operasi perkalian dengan metode penjumlahan berulang melalui permainan Enge Feo. Hasil belajar meningkat di siklus kedua mean total > 90, ketuntasan belajar meningkat 90, 91%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of the socialization of the Mobile banking service (m-banking) on ??the trust of Bank NTT Customers in the Ende Branch; (2) the effect of customer perceptions on the trust of NTT Bank Ende Branch Customers; (3) the effect of the socialization of the Mobile banking service (m-banking) and the customer's perception of the trust of the Customers of the NTT Bank Ende Branch. This research is a quantitative study with primary data obtained using a questionnaire technique. Bank NTT Ende Branch customers of the Ende Regency Government ASN profession category as the study population. The research sample uses a simple random sampling technique with accidental sampling approach. The results of the partial test analysis (t test) the effect of sosilaisasi m-banking services on trust shows sig. > 0.05. Partial test (t test) the effect of customer perception on the trust of customers of the Ende Bank NTT branch shows sig. > 0.05. Simultaneous test (f test) of M-banking service socialization, customers' perceptions of the trust of Bank NTT customers in the Ende Branch showed sig> 0.05. The results of the analysis concluded the service socialization variable, and customer perceptions did not significantly influence trust. Thus the hypothesis proposed "not accepted".

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu-ibu kelompok  PKK desa Ndungga melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif kegiatan yang dapat dapat mendorong  ibu-ibu  rumah  tangga  yang  memiliki banyak  waktu  yang  tidak  produktif  di  Desa Ndungga menjadi kreatif untuk membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis salah satunya melali pembuatan bakso pelangi. Proses ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh ibu-ibu PKK desa Ndungga bersama aparatur desa Ndungga. Hasil kegiatan menunjunkkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman ibu-ibu PKK desa Ndungga mengenai kewirausahaan dan pengolahan makanan dengan pemanfaatan potensi lokal yang bernilai ekonomis seperti bakso pelangi.

Abstract

Studying from home online during the COVID-19 Pandemic was difficult for the children of Mbegho Village due to limited knowledge among parents, not having an android, and not having textbooks. Learning activities at home are practically impossible. Children tend to choose to play, including playing hazelnut seeds, rather than learn. This empirical condition encourages the writer to carry out mathematics tutoring by utilizing the momentum of the tradition of playing candlenut seeds as a learning medium. This service aims to help 3rd graders from Mbegho Village who have difficulty learning mathematics by partnering with parents, children, and RT.02 Dusun Mbegho, Tomberabu Village 1. Tutoring using the joyful learning method involves 11 children. The results of tutoring at the first meeting were known to be 50% of the eight children reaching a benchmark below 65, with a collective average of 50. The results of tutoring increased significantly at the second meeting; 11 children were able to meet the criteria individually and collectively. In addition, they also obtained: (1) participative values that appear mentally—thoughts, emotions, empathy overcoming difficulties; (2) the value of ethnomathematics as a learning approach that connects local traditions with mathematics; (3) the value of solidarity, or the feeling of being united in carrying out teamwork; and (4) the value of sportsmanship, which appears in obedience to the rules, not justifying any means to win.
