Abstract

This research aims to describe the parameters of the question item in the instrument of the eye competency exam of the training of package A and package B, as well as to describe the ability of the competency test participants of vocational school students in Ende Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative research with an ex-post facto approach. The data is obtained by documentation technique, which is to quote the test takers' answers on the answer sheet, and analyzed using a classic test theory approach. The results of the analysis showed that the accounting training eye test devices of Package A and Package B most of the problem items prepared did not meet the "moderate" difficulty level criteria. The power of the dominant item is "ugly", and the picker does not function effectively. Based on the analysis of capabilities, it can be concluded that the competency of the students of the smk accounting training in Ende district has not reached the expected competency. Abstract

Kegiatan bakti sosial merupakan salah satu kegiatan wujud dari rasa kemanusiaan antara sesama guna mewujudkan rasa cinta, rasa saling menolong, rasa saling peduli kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan uluran tangan dari berbagai pihakPengabdian sosial ini dilakukan oleh Dosen, mahasiswa dan akademisi di Kelurahan mautapaga Kecamatan ende timur RT 31 RW 16. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa berbagi kebutuhan pokok. Pelaksanaan diawali dengan perencnaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan pendistribusian paket serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Tujuan pelaksanaan adalah selain menumbuhkan sikap peduli antar sesama masyarakat yang kurang mampu dan diharapkan menumbuh rasa kepedulian sosial bagi seluruh civitas akademik yang ada di Universitas Flores.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the understanding and capacity of new members of the KSP Kopdit Sartika Ende through cooperative education based on an analysis of the factual social life of the Ende community and household financial management. The activity was conducted at the Flores Mandiri Cooperative Center (Puskopdit Flores Mandiri) in Paupire Village, Central Ende District, Ende Regency, targeting new members. The implementation method included material delivery, participatory discussions, and simple mentoring related to household financial planning and the responsible use of cooperative services. The activity material, in the form of member education modules, was tailored to the socioeconomic conditions and lifestyle characteristics of the local community. Results of the activity demonstrated an increased understanding of cooperative principles among members, the importance of planned household financial management, and an awareness of the link between social practices and economic obligations as members and the institutional sustainability of KSP Kopdit Sartika Ende. The average participant satisfaction rating was 4.48 (very satisfied). This indicates that this activity provides short-term benefits and has the potential to encourage sustainable changes in economic behavior.
