Foreign language skills in present global era becomes an important thing to be mastered. Its becomes background of the rapidly growth of foreign language learning in Indonesia, one of them is Japanese Education Program in Semarang State University (Unnes). Students who are studying Japanese in Japanese Education Program of Unnes had different sufficient knowledge of the Japanese language, either the different interest in Japanese language. Not all of the students in this study program have an interest in Japanese since the beginning of college entrance. However, after through the Japanese learning process, there are students who are experienced of interests changes in Japanese, either the increased interest or decreased interest. Based on the explanation, the research issues are what the kind of interests changes of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students, and what factors are influencing that interests changes. The purpose of this research are to know the interests changes of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students and to know the factors that influencing that interests changes. The research used descriptive quantitative approach. Research collecting data used questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire type is a mix type of open and closed questionnaire. Data were analyzed used descriptive quantitative method. The research result showed 32,5% of interests changes in Japanese of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students. The changes is 12,5% of increased interest and 20% of decreased interest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual dan kelebihan beban kerja pada kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk bagian produksi SISP dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling yang diketahui sebesar 165 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda secara parsial menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa spiritualitas di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual pada kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan kelebihan beban kerja pada kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Kepuasan kerja terbukti dapat meningkatkan spiritualitas di tempat kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual dan kelebihan beban kerja dapat menurunkan kepuasan kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person organization fit (X1) dan personality (X2) pada organizational citizenship behavior (Y2) dengan organizational commitment (Y1) sebagai variabel intervening karyawan Hotel Kesambi Hijau Semarang. Jenis dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sistem sampling jenuh, diperoleh ukuran sampel yang harus digunakan adalah sebesar 70 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji path analysis dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Person Organization Fit dan Personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Organizational Commitment. Personality dan Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Person Organization Fit tidak berpengaruh pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment dapat memediasi hubungan antara Person Organization Fit, dan personality pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah tuntutan pekerjaan, tipe kepribadian ekstrovert, dan dukungan supervisor dapat menurunkan tingkat kelelahan emosional karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 558 karyawan produksi PT. Tripilar BetonMas Salatiga yang terdiri dari bagian proses, gudang material, hand moulding, dan recoperation. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu porpotional random sampling dengan hasil sampel sebesar 85 karyawan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa tuntutan pekerjaan, tipe kepribadian ekstrovert, dan dukungan supervisor memiliki nilai sig. <0,05 sehingga tuntutan pekerjaan dapat menurunkan tingkat kelelahan emosional dan memiliki hubungan positif. Sedangkan tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan dukungan supervisor dapat menurunkan tingkat kelelahan emosional dan memiliki hubungan negatif. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu hendaknya perusahaan lebih memperhatikan tuntutan yang diberikan pada karyawan dan hendaknya supervisor memberikan dukungan yang lebih optimal pada karyawan. Penelitian ini masih menggunakan sampel homogen, yaitu jenis kelamin laki-laki, untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan sampel dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan untuk dibandingkan tingkat kelelahan emosional yang dialami.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural pada burnout yang dimediasi oleh ethical climate. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Trans Marga Jateng. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 109 karyawan PT. Trans Marga Jateng. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, dan analisis jalur. Analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada burnout dan positif signifikan pada ethical climate. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ethical climate berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada burnout. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural pada burnout dapat dimediasi oleh ethical climate.

This study aimed to determined the effect of meaning of work (X1) and psychological empowerment (X2) on affective commitment (Y2) with work engagement (Y1) as an mediating variable of Kesambi Hijau Hotel employees Semarang. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is 49 employees. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling system, obtained sample size that must be used is 49 employees. Analytical methods used are instrument test (validity and reliability), classical asumption test, multiple linear regression test, and path analysis test with SPSS version 21. Data collection method using interview, qustionnaire, and library study. The results showed that all of hypothesis could be accepted. The results of this study demonstrated that meaning of work and psychological empowerment had a significant positive effect on affective commitment. Meanwhile, work engagement could be a mediating variable in the relationship between work engagement and psychological empowerment on affective commitment. Suggestion from this research that the organization should motivate employees to have spirit to achieve the goals and ilvolve employees in decision making so employees eill feel bound so that employees affective commitment will also increase.

The research aims to determine whether asset structure, firm size, profitability, growth sales, board size, and institutional ownership on the capital structure. The population of this research are all mining and mining service companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sample are 27 companies, so the data observation as much as 135 data. The data analysis technique used was linier regression analysis with Random Effect Model approach. The result of data analysis showed that profitability and growth sales have significant affect on capital structure. Profitability have significant negative affect and growth sales have significant positive affect. The conclusion of this research showed that the capital structure on mining and mining service was influenced by profitability and growth sales, while asset structure, firm size, board size and institutional ownership did not have significant affect. The writer suggeststhat the company should improve profitability by increasing company’s sales and stable sales growth in order to reduce the company’s dependence on debt.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job stress and leader-member exchange on job performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of PTPN IX Kebun Getas Afdeling Assinan Kempul. The samples used were 70 Employees. The sampling technique used saturated sample technique. Data collection method used is the method of observation, interview method, and questionnaire method as measured by Likert scale. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis and path analysis with SPSS program version 23. The results showed that there is no influence job stress on job performance; There is influence job stress on employee engagement; There is influence of leader-member exchange on job performance and employee engagement; There is influence of employee engagement on job performance. The results of this study also show that employee engagement is able to mediate job stress on performance; And employee engagement able to mediate leader-member exchange on job performance employees of PTPN IX Kebun Getas Afdeling Assinan-Kempul.

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction through employee performance as an intervening variable. The sample in this study amounted to 92 employees. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with the type proportionate random sampling, which is a technique of taking samples of members of the population that is carried out proportionally. This research variable is derived from emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, employee performance, and job satisfaction. Analysis of the data used is descriptive percentage analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination using SPSS 16, and path analysis. The results showed that partially emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee performance is able to mediate the relationship of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to job satisfaction. This research is expected to be included that is for companies to conduct training to improve emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, given the importance of these two variables in influencing the level of performance and employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation, The population in this study were all employees of PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Central Java Regional DIY totaling 115 employees. Sampling using sampling nonproballity saturated samples. Methods of data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analytical method datamenggunakan regression analysis and path analysis with the help of analytical tools IBM SPSS version 21. The results showed that there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation betweenperson organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior, The results also show the effect of indirect relationships are positive and significant correlation between person organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as mediation,
