Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior through work engagement. The sample of this study were 105 employees of the Central Java TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique that is proportionate random sampling. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this research is regression analysis and path analysis using IBM SPSS version 21 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior. The results of this study also show the effect of a positive and significant indirect relationship between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior with work engagement as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

Abstract

The aims of this paper is to analyze the effect of the relationship between knowledge and on green management and its implication on competitive advantage and sustainable performannce. This study used a quantitative research approach that explains the phenomenon by collecting numerical data analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with the WarpPLS program application. The population in this study were small or medium business owners (general managers) in the industrial sector in the city of Semarang. Knowledge and green management have a significant effect on competitive advantages and competitive advantages has a significant effect on the sustainability performance. It means that the knowledge and green management simultaneously shows a significant effect on competitive advantages and sustainability performance. The application of green management will also improve sustainability performance. The originality of this study is on the testing of simultaneous relationships between the factors making up the application of green management, namely knowledge as well as the impact of green management implementation on sustainability performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determaine the effect of spiritual leadership (X1) and quality of work life (X2) on performance (Y2) with organizational commitment (Y1) as a mediation on employees of Wimarion Hotel Semarang. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling system and obtained the sample size that must be used is 70 employees. The analytical method used is the test instrument (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS Verse 23 and mediation testing with Sobel test. Application methods of data collection using interviews, quetionnares, and literature studies. The result of this study show that all of seven hypotheses were accepted. Therefore could be known that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Quality of work life has a positive dan significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment has a positive dan significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between spiritual leadership and performance. And organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between quality of work life and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment. The sample in this study were all employee of CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus. The data collection method using a questionare and survey. The data analysis method used were Structure Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a significant positive relationship on innovative work behavior, however transformational leadership has a positive relationship but non significant on innovative work behavior. Emotional intelligence and transformational leadership have a positive significant on psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment succesfully mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior but fails to mediates the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative work behavior. Future studies are expected to be able to take samples on different sector to generalize the results of research and develop variables that are able to as antecendent factor on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar melalui kompetensi melakukan surat menyurat  pada siswa kelas X AP SMK Hidayah Semarang. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP SMK Hidayah Semarang Tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini merupakan siklus kegiatan pembelajaran yang terdiri dari dua siklus, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi pada setiap siklusnya. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes evaluasi dan lembar observasi untuk siswa dan guru.  Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 73% naik di siklus II menjadi 80%. Prosentase aktivitas siswa juga naik dari70% pada siklus I menjadi 88,75% di siklus II. Aktivitas kinerja guru meningkat dari 72,8 menjadi 90.  The main purpose of Conducting Correspondence is to make students master the basic skills and abilities that must be possessed by students majoring Office Administration that is about the correspondence. The subject was students of class X AP Hidayah Vocational School of Semarang Academic Year of 2011/2012. The procedure of this study is the cycle of learning activity consists of two cycles, in which each cycle includes planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection instrument in this study was the evaluation tests and observation sheets for students and teachers. The result obtained by the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 74 with classical completeness of 73%, while in the second cycle is 77.6 with classical completeness of 80%. The students' learning activity in the first cycle of 75 is in good category, while in the second cycle of 89.29 is in the excellent category. The teachers’ performance in the first cycle reached 72.8 and in the second cycle increased to 90

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada Pengaruh Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Diklat Kearsipan di SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMKN 9 Semarang yang berjumlah 105 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 16. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Diklat Kearsipan di SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 This study aims to determine whether there is effect of Learning Style, Learning Motivation and Socio Ekonomic of Parents on Learning Outcomes toward students of X grade Office Administration in Archive Subjects in SMK N 9 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016. Abstract

Keberadaan SMK dalam menyiapkan tenaga kerja terlatih sangat membantu dunia usaha, akan tetapi belum semua lulusan SMK bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dunia kerja sesuai dengan kompetensi bidang keahlian yang dimilikinya. Hal itu dikarenakan belum semua lulusan SMK memiliki kesiapan kerja yang matang. Berdasarkan observasi awal diketahui pencerminan masih belum optimalnya kesiapan kerja kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari sebanyak 87,5% masuk dalam kriteria cukup, rendah, dan sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan bimbingan karir pada kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI program keahlian administrasi perkantoran SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari tahun ajaran 2015/2016 secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran sejumlah 116 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu berjumlah 116 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= 26,098+ 0,131X1+ 0,101X2+ 0,080X3+e. Hasil uji F diketahui besarnya F hitunng sebesar 98,355 diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan bimbingan karir sebesar 71,7%. Pengaruh secara parsial antara praktik kerja industri pada kesiapan kerja sebesar 13,46%, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 18,14%, dan bimbingan karir sebesar 16,97%. The existence of SMK in preparing highly trained workforce helps businesses, but not all vocational school graduates can meet the needs of the workforce according to its competence areas of expertise. That's because not all vocational school graduates have a job readiness mature. Based on preliminary observations known to the reflection is still not optimal job readiness classes XI Administrative SMK MuhammadiyahBobotsari as much as 87.5% qualifies as a pretty, low and very low. This study aimed to determine the effect of industrial work practices, motivation to enter the workforce, and career guidance in job readiness skills program class XI student of SMK MuhammadiyahBobotsari administrative offices of the school year 2015/2016 simultaneously or partially. The study population was all students of class XI Administrative membership program a total of 116 students and the sample in this study using saturated sample is numbered 116 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, the percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 26,098+ 0,080X3 0,131X1 + 0,101X2 + + e. The test results are known magnitude F Fhitunng amounted to 98.355 0.000 significance value less than 0.05. The amount of influence simultaneously between industry working practices, motivation to enter the workforce, and career guidance of 71.7%. Partial effect between working practices in the industry amounted to 13.46% job readiness, motivation entering the workforce amounted to 18.14%, and 16.97% of career guidance.

Abstract

Siswi SMK Negeri 1 Pati memiliki intensi (niat) berwirausaha perempuan yang masih kurang, serta didapat hasil penelitian yang berbeda antara penelitian satu dengan penelitian yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menemukan bukti empiris Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) yakni sikap berperilaku (berani menghadapi resiko), norma subjektif (dukungan), efikasi diri (kepercayaan diri) berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan secara langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui motivasi sebagai mediasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian yakni siswi SMK Negeri 1 Pati berjumlah 134. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan analisis jalur (path analyst). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan variabel sikap berperilaku, norma subjektif, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan . Hasil uji jalur menyatakan variabel sikap berperilaku, norma subjektif dan efikasi diri dapat menggunakan variabel motivasi sebagai mediasi karena total effect dari setiap variabel bebas lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (direct effect). Saran penelitian ini hendaknya siswi lebih aktif dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas sekolah seperti unit produksi dan bisnis center, serta rutin dalam mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan ketrampilan yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah maupun pemerintah.

Abstract

Minat Berwirausaha adalah seseorang yang memiliki kecenderungan, keyakinan, serta kesediaan dari dalam diri individu untuk siap menempuh segala resiko dengan perasaan senang dalam melakukan tindakan wirausaha. Minat berwirausaha siswa dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motivasi belajar, status sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan self efficacy. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, motivasi belajar, status soial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK di Kotawaringin Barat dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self efficacy sebesar 17,2% (2) Ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self efficacy sebesar 15,3% (3) Ada pengaruh signifikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self efficay sebesar 16,8% (4) Ada pengaruh signifikan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha.
