Abstract

In this digital era, social media has grown into a scourge of millennial life. Social media adorns almost all platforms, both the business world, the world of information, to other lifestyles, it is like the necessities of life for the millennial community. One of the social media platforms that is busy being used by users is the Facebook marketplace application where in this application we can get both information, websites and social media. buying and selling, and communication. Buying and selling online through a marketplace platform provided by Facebook which is used to design and implement the conception, distribution of goods, ideas, and services that will be exchanged to individuals or groups to fulfill needs. So this study aims to clearly see the role of the facebook marketplace platform as a media marketplace that is much needed by the public and a marketing strategy that is usually done in the facebook marketplace social media. The research method used is descriptive literature study. This research discusses about Bintang Jaya Grafika as one of the sellers who use the platform as a promotional material. This is a creative marketing strategy to attract buyers. The use of a Facebook marketplace can be a new idea in a cheap and effective marketing strategy in increasing sales and good promotions.

Abstract

To improve employee performance, it is necessary to have a good and right human resource planning, so that human resources in an institution really have the capacity and competence in accordance with what is needed by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant effect of human resource planning and competency on the performance of employees in Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru foundation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant effect of human resource planning and competency on the performance of employees in Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru foundation. The type of research used is Explanatory Research, using quantitative methods. The samples used were 63 employees at Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru Foundation, the data collected using questionnaires, the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, with the help of the SPSS For Window 24 program.Partially HR Planning does not affect the performance of employees because the t-value of -0.842, because t count> t table (1.96) is -0.842 <1.96, then H0 is accepted H1 is rejected. Which means that Human Resource Planning does not affect the performance of employees at Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru Foundation. And with a significance value of 0.403> 0.05.Whereas Competence has a significant effect on the performance of Darul Hijrah Puteri Banjarbaru foundation employees with t count of 3.694, because t count> t table (1.96) which is 3.694> 1.96, then H1 is accepted H0 is rejected, which means that competence has a significant effect on performance Employee of Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru Foundation. Simultaneously (F) shows F count of 7.119 with significance of 0.002 thus Fcount> F table, which is 7.119> 5.608, then H0 in H1 is accepted, meaning HR planning (X1) and Competence (X2) has simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.

Abstract

The public spotlight on performance is getting bigger, especially regarding the sub-optimal and the minimum standard of apparatus performance. Therefore attention to the performance and effectiveness of the organization's work is a central topic to be a busy topic of discussion. This study examines the extent of the influence of employee performance on the organizational effectiveness of the District Education Office of Tanah Bumbu. To administer this condition, the apparatus's behavioral dimensions include abilities, skills, knowledge, attitudes, and motivations while the dimensions of organizational effectiveness on work productivity, efficiency, and job satisfaction. Skills, knowledge, attitudes, and motivation as an organizational asset, so that the quality of the human resources of the organization concerned can be relied upon in carrying out work and readiness to face changes and challenges in the future.Keywords: Employee behavior, work effictiveness, performance, performance appraisal, HR quality

Abstract

One of the uses of natural resource wealth in the form of processed food, one of which is snacks or cakes. Pastries are traditional snacks made from flour and eggs and are quite popular in the community, especially on festive days. Cookies are made from flour and eggs, which are mixed with rice flour and other ingredients, and then baked. The snack industry business has become a regional snack food so that other cities are even favored by both young and old. This training activity aims to help the orphanage children or their caretakers in growing creative thoughts / ideas to produce other products so that they are able to find their own income without expecting continuous government assistance. It is hoped that this training can increase the innovation of the orphanage children. The problem faced by the orphanage is that after leaving the orphanage they do not have skills. Therefore, the environment demands creativity and innovation to open an independent business. Through this training, it can open the thinking horizons of the orphanage children and the caretakers of the orphanage to business opportunities.

Abstract

Palm Village is one of the areas in Palam District, Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province which can be reached by land about 5 km from the Kalimantan Islamic University MAB Banjarbaru. The source of livelihood for the villagers is in the field of handicrafts. Purun is a type of wild plant that grows in swamps. Purun is found in many swamp areas in South Kalimantan. In the dry season, purun is very flammable and causes a lot of smoke which is detrimental to health, traffic and even flights. Purun can be processed into a variety of interesting woven crafts such as mats, sandals, handbags and so on. One of the villages that is a center for purun crafts is Palam Village. The people of Palam Village have been familiar with crafts from this purun material for generations, which are generally made into mats with various motif.

Abstract

The decision-making process for higher education options is influenced by various factors, including promotions and tuition costs. This study aims to examine and determine whether promotion and tuition fees partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the choice of college for new students of the 2020/2021 class of the Informatics Management study program, at the State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of promotion variables, tuition fees variables, and choice selection variables. Sampling using a non-probability sampling technique in which carried out using a convenience sampling technique of 60 respondents with analysis multiple linear. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it shows that there is a significant effect of the promotion and tuition fees have an effect on the choice of college for new students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies to improve vocational high school competitiveness in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results indicate that the school's competitive advantage lies in its special expertise in automotive technology, strong partnerships with leading companies, and modern facilities. The school's proactive approach to updating its curriculum to suit industry needs, effective branding and digital media strategies, and partnerships with industry have contributed to its success in producing employable graduates. The implications of this study suggest that vocational schools can improve their competitiveness by adopting a strategic marketing approach that focuses on building strong industry partnerships, developing relevant curricula, and utilizing digital media to promote their vocational programs.
