Abstract

The background of importance of risk in the insurance industry is to manage and transfer risk from individuals or groups to insurance companies. In health insurance, the main risk is unexpected medical care costs, which can burden the finances of individuals and insurance companies if not appropriately managed. The purpose of this research is to find out how risk management is implemented in insurance companies, especially AXA Financial Indonesia, what the underwriting process is in accepting and rejecting potential health insurance participants, and how PT AXA Financial Indonesia mitigates (manages) risks. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses several data collection methods, namely: In-Depth Interviews with Underwriters in Insurance Companies, Actuaries who handle risk analysis, and customers as users of insurance services. The interview technique uses open-ended questions to explore deeper insights and other research methods are document and policy analysis in the form of Government Regulations on Health Insurance and Internal Guidelines of Insurance Companies regarding underwriting procedures, claims management, and re-insurance strategies. This research uses the case study method because this method is more suitable if the main research question is how or why, and the focus of the research is on contemporary or current phenomena. This type is a form of research that aims to describe events that occur naturally or are man-made. The results of the research are that PT AXA Financial Indonesia has implemented risk management in its business management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of health of BPR Delta Sari Kencana using CAMEL method over the period 2021-2023 are included in the category of healthy, less CAMEL has five aspects, namely capital using the ratio of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) , aspects of asset quality using the ratio KAP (Assets Quality) and PPAP (Allowance for Earning Assets), management uses calculations general management and risk management , aspects of profitability using ROA (Return On Assets) and ROA (Operating Expenses to Operating Income), and use the liquidity aspect ratio of Cash Ratio and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). This research is quantitative . The analytical tool used in this research is by using the CAMEL based on the Decree of Directors of Bank Indonesia Number 30/12 / KEP / DIR dated 30 April 1997 concerning Procedures for Evaluation of Health RB . As a benchmark for determining the soundness of a bank after conducting an assessment of each variable, by determining the results of the study were classified into health predicate BPR . The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data, the financial statements of the balance sheet and income statement Delta Sari Kencana years 2022-2023. Based on the results of the research that has been done on BPR Delta Sari Kencana stated that the level of health BPR Delta Sari Kencana period of 2021 to 2023 received the title healthy because CAMEL credit score of more than 81 (the minimum limit of healthy ) is 99.71 in 2021, 98.2 in 2022 and 98,2 in 2023. Abstract

Di tengah persaingan ketat di industri pariwisata dan perhotelan, strategi pemasaran berbasis nilai (Value-Based Marketing) semakin dianggap penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran berbasis nilai di Transformer Center, sebuah perusahaan pariwisata dan perhotelan yang berlokasi di Kota Wisata Batu, untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen, observasi langsung dan analisis dokumen internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Value-Based Marketing melalui pengembangan layanan yang memenuhi kebutuhan emosional dan fungsional pelanggan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif Perusahaan dan mampu meningkatkan daya tarik terhadap segmen pasar yang lebih luas. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Value-Based Marketing yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pelanggan dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam memperkuat daya saing di sektor pariwisata dan perhotelan yang dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize employee performance at the Singosari Tax Office through the development of a learning organization culture based on digital competence and human resources (HR). A qualitative approach was employed in this research using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data. The findings indicate that a strong learning organization culture enhances employees’ adaptation to technological changes and increasingly complex job demands. Developing digital competencies relevant to job needs is a key element in strengthening this culture. Additionally, systematic and continuous HR-based training has proven to enhance individual skills and team collaboration. The study’s implications suggest that optimizing employee performance requires not only advanced technology but also a cultural transformation toward continuous learning and digital competency enhancement

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Work- Life Balance (WLB) affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Singosari. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research The data collection method is carried out using interviews and observations. Analysis The data is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The validity test of the data was carried out using the triangulation method. The results of interviews with four informants showed that the implementation of the WLB policy had a significant impact on employee productivity and welfare. However, challenges such as high workloads, frequently changing work schedules, and tight deadlines are still obstacles in maintaining this balance. Policies such as flexibility in working hours, overtime compensation, and open discussions between employers and employees have been proven to help reduce work pressure. This study concludes that the effective implementation of WLB's Work-Life Balance can improve employee performance, but needs to be strengthened by improved work schedule management, better communication, and welfare program support. The advice provided includes increasing work flexibility, schedule stability, and providing facilities that support the balance between work and personal life of employees. Abstract

Banks are financial institutions that guarantee the smooth circulation of money within society. As financial management entities, banks offer various services, such as credit, savings, and loans. In Indonesia, banking operations are protected by a legal framework. This research employs a quantitative methos with a causal relationship approach, analyzing the influence of Service Quality (X1) and Savings Product Quality (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Sampling was conducted through probability sampling using simple random sampling technique, involving 54 respondents. Data collection utilized questionnaires that underwent validity and reliability testing. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. The research findings indicate that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, (2) savings product quality also positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction, (3) service quality and savings product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction levels.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial element for the sustainability of companies, especially in the service sector. This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and quality of work life on employee performance at Platinum Gadget Malang. A quantitative research method was employed, using a survey approach and a saturated sampling technique that involved all 36 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both Emotional Intelligence (β = 0.487, p < 0.05) and Quality of Work Life (β = 0.376, p < 0.05) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.584, which means that 58.4% of performance variation can be explained by these two independent variables. These findings highlight the importance of open communication and a supportive work environment in enhancing performance. The implications of this study are valuable for human resource management, especially in efforts to improve employee welfare and productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of bank soundness, assessed using the RGEC framework (risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital), on the financial distress of rural credit banks in Malang Raya, utilizing financial reports from March 2024 through March 2025. All Rural Banks (BPRs) operating in the Greater Malang area were included as the population of this study. Using purposive sampling, the study sampled 17 BPRs in Greater Malang over a two-year period, resulting in 34 data sets. This mixed-methods study combined qualitative and quantitative approaches and was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The study reveals that financial distress is significantly affected by NPL, GCG, ROA, and CAR.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a vital role in achieving organizational goals and maintaining competitive advantage in the banking industry. In BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar, challenges related to employee motivation, skill development, and effective communication have been identified as key factors affecting performance. This study explores the implementation of rewards, training programs, and internal communication as a strategic approach to improving employee performance in BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the implementation of rewards, training, and internal communication to improve employee performance in BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar. The implementation of rewards, training, and internal communication in BTPN Syariah Wlingi Blitar has been proven to have a positive impact on improving employee performance. Rewards in the form of financial and non-financial incentives can motivate employees to work more optimally. Training conducted periodically improves employee competence and ability in carrying out their duties, especially in providing quality service to customers. Effective internal communication creates a harmonious work environment, minimizes miscommunication, and strengthens collaboration between employees.
