Abstract

Paguyuban Jip Bromo Tengger Semeru merupakan salah satu UMKM yang terletak di Jawa Timur dengan usaha transportasi ke Bromo Semeru. UMKM ini merupakan usaha yang berbeda dengan lainnya, di mana tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan bersama. Untuk itu, pengelolaan pemasaran paguyuban Jip harus dapat dilakukan secara produktif, efektif, dan efisien. Untuk mencapai kemampuan pengelolaan tersebut, umkm ini harus dapat berusaha secara luwes sehingga mampu bersaing dengan pelaku ekonomi lainnya dalam menjalakan usahanya. Salah satunya disebabkan kurang professionalnya pengurus dalam mengelola usahanya. Oleh karena itu, paguyuban Jip ini harusnya mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pemasaran dalam bersosial media. Tujuan dalam pelatihan adalah para pengurus dan anggota paguyuban bisa mengelola social media dengan baik dalam melakukan pemasaran jasa. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dengan melalui pelatihan dengan metode presentasi, Tanya jawab, dan praktik. Dengan adanya pelatihan manajemen bersosial media ini, tingkat pemasaran para driver jip bromo tengger semeru diharapkan bisa meningkat.

Abstract

Strategy is needed in an organization to develop the organization. One strategy that has been developed is related to recording to financial reporting and planning to tax calculation. Transparent financial report will be very useful, especially when it is related to decision making for organizational development. Besides, financial report also becomes the basis in the calculation and reporting of income tax (PPh) of the organization. Training in financial reporting and tax accounting planning will greatly assist the organization, both for decision making and corporate strategic planning. Business strategic training, financial reporting, and taxation are conducted to help CV Safira Media Utama Malang in achieving better business performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja perawat dengan organiational citizenship behaviour (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening pada RSUD Dr R Soedarsono Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di RSUD Dr R Soedarsono Pasuruan dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah, simple random sampling sejumlah 57 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap OCB; 2) Ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour OCB; 3) Ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja; 4) Ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja; 5) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung OCB terhadap kinerja; 6) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja melalui OCB; 7) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja melalui OCB.

Abstract

Purpose: Enhancing the competitiveness of ISHK Medica Eye Clinic through assistance in the marketing area, specifically patient-based orientation marketing strategies. Method: This community service was held through focus group discussion (FGD) with the managerial team of ISHK Medica Eye Clinic. The FGD was held two times: the first one explored the initial situation in the clinic, and the second one was purposed to assist the managerial team in terms of patient-based orientation marketing strategy. Practical Applications: The main output of this community service is marketing strategy based on the needs of patients. This strategy is willing to enhance the visibility of the clinic in the future so that potential patients will recognize this clinic as their healthcare option. Conclusion: Marketing strategy is significantly important for ISHK Medica Eye Clinic since they just launched their service in September 2025. This strategy should be continuously monitored since patients’ demand will change rapidly.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operate in increasingly competitive environments that require sustained creativity and innovation to achieve superior performance. This study examined the mediating role of competitive advantage in the relationship between creativity, innovation culture, and business performance of MSMEs in Malang City. A mixed-method explanatory design was employed to provide both contextual depth and empirical validation. The qualitative phase involved semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, including government representatives, MSME community leaders, and business owners, to explore ecosystem-based innovation dynamics. The quantitative phase collected survey data from 120 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling, using structured questionnaires adapted from validated measurement scales. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrated that creativity and innovation culture did not directly influence business performance; however, both variables significantly affected performance indirectly through competitive advantage. These findings indicate a full mediation effect, suggesting that internal creative and innovative capacities translate into superior performance only when transformed into strategic competitive positioning. The study extends the Resource-Based View and Schumpeterian innovation perspective by empirically validating the mediating mechanism within a local MSME ecosystem context. Practically, the results highlight the importance of strengthening innovation culture and strategic differentiation to enhance MSME competitiveness.

Abstract

The main argument in this paper is that the relationship between compensation and performance should be recognized as reciprocal, in which, commonly, compensation received by employees will impact their performance. However, there is another logic that emerges whereby employees’ performance becomes an important basis for an organization to settle their compensation. Thus, this current research aims to re-explore the relationship between compensation and performance. Conducting qualitative approach, specifically grounded theory method, this research takes community-based retail as its research object. Data was gathered through semi-formal interview procedure to six organization members, namely owner and employees. Those two groups of informants were interviewed to validate the data through source triangulation. Data was analyzed using Miles and Hubermann procedures and displayed utilizing Gioia template. Based on the analysis, it is confirmed that compensation and performance relationship is reciprocal. The compensation itself consists of financial and non-financial, whereas employee can be measured using three parameters which are employees’ ability, responsibility, and discipline.

Abstract

Abstract: The decision to choose a school, as a form of consumer behavior related to purchasing decisions, can be influenced by various factors, including school location, education costs, school facilities, school image, and the quality of education provided. This study aims to analyze the partial influence of school location, education costs, and school image on parents' decisions to choose Bethel Elementary School Balikpapan. These three factors were selected because previous studies revealed a research gap, indicating that school location was not consistently identified as a factor influencing parents' school selection decisions. This study employed a quantitative research approach using questionnaires distributed to 124 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of each independent variable on parents' school selection decisions.The results of the study indicate that (1) school location does not have a significant influence on parents' decisions, (2) education costs have a significant influence on parents' decisions, and (3) school image has a significant influence on parents' decisions to choose Bethel Elementary School Balikpapan. Among these three variables, school image is the most dominant factor, followed by education costs. These findings suggest that the school's image, along with education costs that are perceived to be commensurate with the benefits received, are the primary considerations for parents when choosing Bethel Elementary School Balikpapan.  Keyword: school location, education costs, school image, parents' decision.   Abstrak: Keputusan memilih sekolah yang merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku konsumen terkait dengan keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor termasuk lokasi sekolah, biaya pendidikan, fasilitas, citra sekolah maupun kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial faktor lokasi sekolah, biaya pendidikan, dan citra sekolah terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih SD Bethel Balikpapan. Ketiga faktor tersebut dipilih karena ditemukan gap research pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya bahwa lokasi sekolah bukan menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan memilih sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 124 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap keputusan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) lokasi sekolah tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua, (2) biaya pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua, dan (3) citra sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua memilih SD Bethel Balikpapan. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut, citra sekolah menjadi faktor yang paling dominan, diikuti oleh biaya pendidikan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa citra yang dimiliki oleh sekolah serta biaya pendidikan yang sesuai dengan manfaat yang diterima, menjadi pertimbangan utama bagi orang tua dalam memilih SD Bethel Balikpapan.  Kata kunci: lokasi sekolah, biaya pendidikan, citra sekolah, keputusan orang tua.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pentingnya peran sekolah dalam memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi anak-anak, khususnya di wilayah SWPM, Jakarta Selatan. Dalam konteks tersebut, kualitas tenaga pengajar dan pelayanan sekolah menjadi aspek krusial yang sangat memengaruhi persepsi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu kualitas Pendidikan menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam menentukan kemajuan bangsa. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu Pendidikan, khususnya dalam bidang manajemen Pendidikan. Hasil ini dapat memperkuat literatur mengenai pengaruh kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja dan budaya mutu sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SWPM. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik saturated sampling (sampling jenuh), yaitu Teknik pengambilan sampel melibatkan seluruh responden penelitian. Sampel atau responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang, serta metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS dalam pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, outer dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini di dukung oleh data sekunder, bahwa (1) Kompetensi Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) Budaya Mutu Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja dan budaya mutu sekolah merupakan factor penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SWPM Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan guru dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru serta menganalisis peran kualitas pengajaran dalam memoderasi pengaruh kemampuan guru dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAS SPW. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja guru sebagai salah satu faktor utama dalam mewujudkan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas. Kemampuan guru sebagai faktor internal dan lingkungan sekolah sebagai faktor eksternal diyakini memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, sedangkan kualitas pengajaran dipandang mampu memperkuat hubungan antarvariabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMAS SPW yang berjumlah 40 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh (saturated sampling), sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert lima tingkat. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics melalui analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R²), uji parsial (uji t), serta uji Sobel untuk menguji pengaruh variabel moderasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Lingkungan sekolah juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, kualitas pengajaran terbukti mampu memperkuat pengaruh kemampuan guru terhadap kinerja guru serta memperkuat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan guru yang didukung oleh lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan kualitas pengajaran yang baik akan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru dan lingkungan sekolah merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja guru. Kualitas pengajaran berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara kemampuan guru dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi guru, penyediaan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung, serta pengembangan kualitas pengajaran perlu menjadi perhatian utama bagi pihak sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Competition between private and public schools in Indonesia has become increasingly intense following the government's implementation of free education policies in public schools through the School Operational Assistance (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah/BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (Kartu Indonesia Pintar/KIP). This condition requires private schools to enhance their competitiveness by improving service quality, offering competitive tuition fees, and ensuring strategic school locations to remain attractive to the community. This phenomenon has also been experienced by SD SSF, Tangerang, which has experienced a decline in student enrollment over the past several years. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality, education costs, and location on parents' decisions to enroll their children at SD SSF, Tangerang City. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all parents of students at SD SSF in the 2025/2026 academic year. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, with a total of 57 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis included data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²).The results indicate that, partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children, education costs have a positive and significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children, and location also has a positive and significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children. Simultaneously, service quality, education costs, and location have a positive and significant effect on parents' decisions to enroll their children at SD SSF, Tangerang City. These findings suggest that improving service quality, establishing appropriate education costs, and maintaining an easily accessible school location are important factors in increasing parents' decisions to choose SD SSF as their children's educational institution.
