Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran bermain peran dan bakat verbal terhadap kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Bangli. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun pelajaran 2010/2011 yang berjumlah 5 kelas.  Dengan memperhatikan kesetaraan kemampuan kelas, diambil secara random 2 kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 2 kelas sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes kinerja sedangkan bakat verbal siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes bakat verbal. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis varians dua jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran bermain peran dengan dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (FAhitung = 11,925; p < 0,05) dan ( = 74,886 >  = 72,000) (2) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan bakat verbal terhadap kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bangli (FAB = 22,128; p < 0,05); (3) Pada siswa yang memiliki bakat verbal tinggi, terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran bermain peran dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (Qhitung = 8,157; p < 0,05) dan ( = 79,046 >  = 72,227); (4) Pada siswa yang memiliki bakat verbal rendah, terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran bermain peran (Qhitung = 1,251; p < 0,05 dan ( = 71,773 >  = 70,727). Dari hasil analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran bermain peran berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris ditinjau dari bakat verbal siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan kepada para guru untuk dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran bermain peran dengan mempertimbangkan bakat verbal siswa.   Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran bermain peran, bakat verbal, kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris.   The Effect of the Implementation of Roleplay Teaching Method on the English Speaking Ability Viewed from Verbal Aptitude of the Eleventh Grader of SMA Negeri 2 Bangli.   ABSTRACT   The aims of this research is to find out the effect of roleplay teaching method and verbal aptitude on the English speaking ability of the eleventh grader of SMA Negeri 2 Bangli. By taking the equality of the class into consideration, then 2 classes as experiment group and 2 classes as control group were selected randomly. The data on students’ English speaking ability were collected with a performance test and the data of verbal aptitude were collected with verbal aptitude test. The hypothesis were tested with two-ways analysis of variance and followed by Tukey test. The results of analysis showed that: (1) there were differences of the English speaking ability between the students who learned through roleplay teaching method and that of the students who learned through conventional method (FAobserved = 11,925; p < 0, 05) and ( = 74,886 >  = 72,000). (2) There was an interaction effect of the teaching method and verbal aptitude on the English speaking ability of the students of SMA Negeri 2 Bangli (FAB = 22,128; p < 0,05). (3) For the students with higher verbal aptitude, there were differences of the English speaking ability between the students who learned through roleplay teaching method and that of the students who learned through conventional method (Qobserved = 8,157; p < 0,05) and ( = 79,046 >  = 72,227). (4) For the students with lower verbal aptitude, there were differences of the English speaking ability between the students who learned through conventional method and that of the students who learned through roleplay teaching method (Qobserved = 1,251; p < 0, 05) and ( = 71,773 >  = 70,727). From the result of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the implementation of roleplay teaching method has an effect on the English speaking ability viewed from students’ verbal aptitude. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of regional gross domestic product, education and the structure of the agricultural labor force to the level of poverty in the province of Bali. Data sourced from BPS Bali province, the analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis is based on four variables simultaneously shows the influence GDP, education and the structure of the agricultural labor force to the level of poverty in the province of Bali. T test revealed that there is a significant negative effect on poverty but in Bali, while the structure of the agricultural labor force partially influence pisitif but not signipikan against poverty in Bali

Abstract

Penelitian     ini     dilakukan     di          Keliki,     Kecamatan    Tegalalang, Gianyar, Bali yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Sejarah     keberadaan Pura Gunung Kawi di Desa Pakraman Keliki; (2) Struktur dan Fungsi     Pura Gunung Kawi; dan (3) Keunikan Pura Gunung Kawi yang bisa dimanfaatkan     sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif,     dengan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan sebagai berikut (1) tehnik penentuan     informan;(2) tehnik pengumpulan data;(3)     Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan Pura Gunung Kawi diperkirakan berdiri pada     abad ke VIII pada era Maha Rsi Markandhya yang mengembangkan konsep     ajaran Agama Siwa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari letak Pura Gunung Kawi di kawasan     Munduk Gunung Lebah yang merupakan bagian dari rute perjalanan suci/     Darmayatra dan tirtayatra Rsi Markandhya dari India menuju ke Nusantara     tepatnya di Balidwipa dan Pura Gunung Kawi merupakan Perhyangan Dewa     Siwa. Struktur Pura Gunung Kawi terdiri dari tiga halaman, yakni nista mandala     atau jaba sisi, madya mandala atau jaba tengah, dan utama mandala atau jeroan.     Fungsi Pura Gunung Kawi secara umum dapat dibagi lima yakni, (1) Fungsi     Religius; (2) Fungsi Sosial; (3) Fungsi Pendidikan; (4) Fungsi Budaya; dan (5)     Fungsi Ekonomi. Keunikan Pura Gunung Kawi sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS     karena terdapat artefak berupa sarkofagus, Siwakrana dan Pelinggih Ratu Arak     Api yang bias dijadikan sebagai suplemen pembelajaran

Abstract

The decline in the level of economic growth that occurred in Badung Regency resulted in low financial well-being. This is not only caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic, but also due to the low financial literacy that individuals have in managing their daily finances. The millennial generation is one of the generations that has felt the impact of the economic crisis in their productive age. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of financial behavior in mediating the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being in the millennial generation in Badung Regency. The research population is the millennial generation in Badung Regency. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that variable financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial well-being. Financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial behavior. Financial behavior has a positive and significant influence on financial well-being. And financial behavior plays a partial role in mediating the effect of financial literacy on the financial well-being of the millennial generation. The research implication is that the millennial generation needs to have financial literacy supported by healthy financial behavior to achieve financial well-being.

Abstract

Tata kelola keuangan dewasa ini memiliki peran cukup penting dalam pengelolaan sebuah usaha. Tata kelola keuangan yang baik melaui proses pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan secara transparan, akuntabel, efisien, dan bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Prinsip ini berlaku baik dalam organisasi, perusahaan, maupun pemerintahan, Salah satunya keberadaan unit usaha di desa diharapkan nantinya mampu membantu desa dalam meningkatkan hasil pendapatan asli desanya. Desa adat Suwat sendiri merupakan daerah yang letaknya di belahan utara kabupaten Gianyar tepatnya di Kecamatan Gianyar yang dimana berada pada daerah dataran tinggi. Desa adat suwat sendiri memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pegembangan pariwisata alamnya. Potensi desa adalah segala sumber daya atau kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh sebuah desa, baik yang berasal dari alam, manusia, maupun budaya, yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Potensi ini mencakup berbagai aspek yang jika dikelola dengan baik, mampu menjadi modal untuk pengembangan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan desa. Ada beberapa jenis potensi desa salah satunya adalah Sumber Daya Alam yaitu Pariwisata Alam yang ada di desa adat Suwat tersebut. Usaha ini sudah berdiri selama hampir 3 tahun namun belum memiliki kelembagaan yang cukup jelas. Kegiatan Edukasi dan pendampingan Tata kelola Keuangan yang diberikan ini diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan pengelola unit usaha di Desa adat suwat ini dalam mengelola usaha air terjun sebagai salah satu objek usaha dalam mengelola pendapatan dan biaya usaha untuk menghasilkan laporan yang Transparan dan Akuntabel bagi masyarakat desa adat setempat.

Abstract

Timeliness in preparing and reporting financial statements for each period is a demand for companies that go public. Submission of financial reports is a signal for investors and interested parties in assessing the company's condition. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, company size, company age, and leverage on the timeliness of submitting financial reports of non-primary consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study was 142 non-primary consumer goods companies listed on the IDX, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 108 companies with 3 years of observation; the sample data used was 324 data. The data was analyzed using logistic linear analysis. The results of the analysis show that profitability, company size, company age and leverage has no effect on the timeliness of submitting company financial reports. It is recommended that companies continue to submit financial reports on time, considering that financial reports are very important for investors and other stakeholders who want to invest in the company, so that with timely submission, parties with an interest in the company's financial statements can quickly find out the company's condition before deciding to invest.

Abstract

Taxes are the main source of state income which is used to finance the budget related to development and state interests. A mandatory person is an individual or entity who has the authority to pay taxes, withhold taxes and collect taxes, and has rights and obligations related to taxation in accordance with applicable regulations. Even though the largest contribution to taxes comes from Corporate Taxpayers, the number of people paying taxes from this group is still relatively small. A tax review is a comprehensive review of a company's tax obligations and the implementation of fulfilling its obligations, from calculation to reporting, with the aim of assessing the level of tax compliance. This research aims to implement the implementation of Tax Review as a basis for evaluating tax obligations at PT. XYZ. Using qualitative research methods, this research collects research data in several ways, including interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that a tax review is very useful in overcoming delays in tax payments so that XYZ company will start to be firm in billing customers so that the company's cash flow can be managed appropriately. PT XYZ has also been able to fulfill its tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations, however, in implementing its obligations in the field, there are still several deficiencies that unintentionally occur, such as late payment of tax because there are still customers who have not made full transaction payments. Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in encouraging the digital economy of the community in Badung Regency, Bali, by adapting best practices from the Philippines. The methods applied include digital literacy training for BUMDes administrators and the community, the development of internet infrastructure and digital management systems, mentoring by experts from the Philippines, and multi-stakeholder collaboration between the government and the private sector. The results obtained show that the operational capacity of BUMDes that adopt technology by the community is reflected in the growth and involvement of 21 BUMDes in active collaboration in the programs implemented. However, the challenges faced in this activity include the gap in internet infrastructure which is still an obstacle, as well as the existence of cultural resistance among the community to digital-oriented change. This activity succeeded in creating an effective replication model for the sustainable development of a BUMDes-based digital economy to boost the local economy and enhance the well-being of the village community. In this context, continuous support from various parties, including local governments and the private sector, is key to overcoming existing challenges and accelerating the transformation of the digital economy in Badung Regency. This effort is expected to realize BUMDes that are more adaptive and innovative in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peluang dan tantangan kewirausahaan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Kabupaten Tabanan melalui partisipasi dalam Tanah Lot Art and Food Festival tahun 2024. Kegiatan festival ini melibatkan sebanyak 77 stan usaha, yang terdiri atas 51 stan kuliner dan usaha kecil menengah, serta 26 stan pasar malam, yang mencerminkan dinamika wirausaha lokal dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan wirausaha lokal dalam konteks kegiatan festival. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa festival ini membuka peluang strategis bagi pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan eksistensi produk, memperluas jaringan pasar, serta mengembangkan inovasi layanan. Namun demikian, para pelaku UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan modal, daya saing produk, serta keterampilan pemasaran digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan pemerintah daerah dan lembaga terkait untuk memberdayakan UMKM secara berkelanjutan melalui integrasi dengan program pariwisata dan penguatan kapasitas kewirausahaan.
