Abstract

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims. The Ministry of Religion issued provisions regarding different designations for mosques. One of the prayer rooms in Kelurahan Kreo Selatan is the Al-Hasanah Mosque which is located at Gang Sawo No. 27, RT.01/RW.13, Kelurahan Kreo Selatan, Kecqmqtqn Larangan, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Al-Hasanah Mosque congregation is growing rapidly and DKM intends to expand the mosque building and turn it into a mosque. The current condition of the Al-Hasanah prayer room consists of a 1-story building. And the early history of this prayer room was a house belonging to the congregation which was then donated to become a prayer room. The current condition of the Al-Hasanah Mosque needs to be developed because the congregation of the Al-Hasanah Mosque is increasing and is becoming increasingly unaccommodated. Based on these conditions, Budi Luhur University Architecture Study Program organized Community Service activities to jointly prepare the Al-Hasanah Mosque Renovation Budget Plan. The method of implementing the activities uses the Architectural Design Process. Where the renovation design of the Al-Hasanah Mosque is adjusted to the input from the mosque manager, while the working drawings of the mosque renovation design are adjusted to architectural standards. Then proceed with the calculation of costs (RAB) based on the preliminary drawings that have been mutually agreed upon

Abstract

AbstrakCurug Ciastana yang berlokasi di Desa Bojongkasih, Kecamatan Kadupandak, Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi kawasan wisata. Jika Curug Ciastana menjadi kawasan wisata, maka dapat menjadi faktor ungkit bagi perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Namun saat ini kondisi akses menuju Curug masih berupa setapak dan hal ini tentunya menjadi kendala akses bagi wisatawan. Berdasarkan informasi perangkat desa, Pemerintah Daerah sendiri sudah menyediakan alokasi dana. Namun dari pihak pemeritah setempat, dalam hal ini Kepala Desa Bojongkasih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun dokumen untuk memenuhi persyaratan pendanaan. Dokumen yang dimaksud adalah gambar rencana jalan akses pejalan kaki Curug Ciastana dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Budi Luhur menawarkan solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan jalan akses Curug Ciastana. Solusi yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan kepakaran dalam tim. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa pendampingan dalam penyusunan kelengkapan dokumen untuk mengajuan dana peningkatan kualitas jalan setapak. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menghasilkan gambar preliminary jalan akses secara segmental dan rencana anggaran biaya per segmen jalan untuk kemudian dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Kata kunci: kawasan wisata; curug; jalan setapak; rencana anggaran biaya. AbstractCiastana Waterfall, located in Bojongkasih Village, Kadupandak District, Cianjur Regency, has the potential nature to be developed into a tourist destination. If Ciastana Waterfall becomes a tourist destination, it could boost the local economy. However, access to the waterfall is currently limited by footpaths, which poses a significant obstacle for tourists. According to village officials, the local government already has allocated funds. However, the local government, specifically the Bojongkasih Village Head, is facing challenges in preparing the documents to fullfil the funding requirements. These documents include a plan for the pedestrian access road to Ciastana Waterfall and a budget plan. The Budi Luhur University Community Service Team offers a solution to address the Ciastana Waterfall access road issue. The solution aligns with the team's expertise. The activities include assistance in preparing the necessary documents for applying for funds to improve the quality of the footpath. And the results of this community service activity are preliminary segmental access road drawing and a budget plan for each segment, which can then be adjusted to meet field conditions.. Keywords: tourism area; spring; pedestrian; budget plan.

Abstract

Abstract: Acoustic comfort become consideration on building planning. Calmness is needed for sleep. The quality of sleep also affects the body's immunity, especially now that we are in a pandemic. Adequate quality sleep will increase productivity. Acoustic comfort needs to be obtained in the bedroom to get a good quality of sleep. The main concern of this study is bedroom of a residential house. Not only acoustic comfort, natural ventilation is also highly encouraged for its application in residential. The air movement helps reduce indoor temperature and improve indoor air quality. This research was conducted to determine the effect of air flow and the noise level in the bedroom. The evaluation indicators are air velocity, indoor temperature, and noise level. The variable is determined by taking measurements when the window is open and when the window is closed. The results of data processing show that the noise level in the bedroom measured with the window open is higher than when the window is closed. This shows that there is an effect of air flow as a medium for sound, and affected the noise level. However, from the research object, it was obtained that the noise level data was still below the tolerance threshold. And it can be concluded that the room still supports its function for resting.Abstrak: Kenyamanan akustik merupakan bagian yang penting untuk diterapkan dalam perencanaan bangunan. Ketenangan dibutuhkan untuk tidur yang berkualitas. Kualitas tidur juga berpengaruh pada imunitas tubuh terutama saat ini kita berada pada masa pandemi. Kualitas tidur yang cukup juga akan membantu produktifitas seseorang. Kenyamanan akustik perlu didapatkan pada ruang tidur untuk mendapatkan kualitas tidur yang baik. Kenyamanan akustik pada rumah tinggal, yakni ruang tidur menjadi perhatian utama pada penelitian ini. Selain kenyamanan akustik, ventilasi alami juga sangat didorong penerapannya pada rumah tinggal. Pergerakan udara dalam ruang membantu menurunkan suhu dan meningkatkan kualitas udara dalam ruang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efek aliran udara dengan tingkat kebisingan pada ruang tidur. Indikator evaluasi yang diambil adalah kecepatan udara, temperatur ruang dalam, dan tingkat kebisingan. Variabel ditentukan dengan melakukan pengukuran saat jendela terbuka dan saat jendela tertutup. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan pada ruang tidur yang diukud dengan kondisi jendela terbuka lebih tinggi daripada dengan kondisi jendela tertutup. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada efek aliran udara sebagai media perantara bunyi sehingga berpengaruh pada tingkat kebisingan. Namun dari obyek yang diteliti diperoleh data level kebisingan masih berada dalam dibawah ambang batas toleransi. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruangan tersebut masih mendukung fungsinya untuk berisitirahat.
