Abstract

Abstrak: Aplikasi Google (Google Apps) telah digunakan secara luas oleh berbagai pihak, terutama perusahaan yang menerapkan otomasi perkantoran. Google Apps yang terdiri dari Google Email, Google Calendar, Google Form dan Google Form dapat digunakan untuk penerapan otomasi perkantoran, khususnya perasipan dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Zida Burika yang merupakan perusahaan bidang Konsultan Teknik dan Spesialis Utilitas Farmasi. Untuk mengatasi penumpukan dokumen yang harus diarsipkan, jadwal pengarsipan dibuat dengan Google Calendar. Selain itu Google Form dan Google Form digunakan untuk unggah dokumen dan menyimpan dokumen. Dengan penerapan otomasi perkantoran ini, CV. Zida Burika telah terbantu dalam proses pengarsipan yang dilakukan secara elektronik. Kata Kunci: Google Apps, Otomasi Perkantoran, Pengarsipan Elektronik. Abstract: Google Apps have been used worldwide, especially in organizations to implement office automation. The Google apps consist of Google Email, Google Calendar, Google Form, and Google Form. The subject of this study is CV. Zida Burika is a firm that is working in the field of Engineering Consultant and Pharmaceutical Utility Specialist. The firm has many documents that have not been archived, and this leads to document stacking. This issue will cause difficulty to refind the paperwork, and it possibly damages. To overcome the accumulation of documents that must be archived, an archiving schedule was created with Google Calendar. In addition, Google Forms and Google Forms are used to upload documents and save documents. With the implementation of this office automation, CV. Zida Burika has been assisted in the electronic filing process. Keywords: Google Apps, Office Automation, Electronic Archiving.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara is government enterprise that entirely owned by republic of Indonesia. Employee data registration process need employee curriculum vitae and wages classification of each employee to complete the process. The problem that occurs because of rank difference between the director offices, regional offices and gardens. For example, employee a working in gardens and their rank is IIIB/2, then the director office promote the employee into IIIB/3 rank. The promotion approval will be send to the gardens employee a currently working, however the approval still yet to arrive, this causing the employee data obsolete. The director office will only pay the salaries according to the employee data, however because of obsolete data, the director office pay the wrong amount of salaries for employee A. This also cause gardens side and regional office side didn`t know the number of employee that entering their retirement age and the number of retired employee. Based upon the problem PTPN XII currently faced, application that capable to manage employee data in real time and integrated are greatly needed. This application can produce information that ease regional office and gardens to know the number of employee that entering their retirement age and retired employee.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mengivestigasi dampak yang diberikan oleh marketing mix 7p, citra universitas, serta word of mouth (WOM) pada putusan dan minat selaku mediasi riset ini diselenggarakan. Konvergen validiti, diskriminan validiti, reliabilitas komposit dan eksamen R-square digunakan untuk pengukuran. SmartPLS versi 3 adalah perangkat lunak yang dipakai serta 113 sampel beserta kriteria yang telah disepakati. Produk, harga, promosi, orang, WOM serta minat berdampak pesat pada putusan. Bukti fisik, proses serta reputasi perguruan tinggi berdampak tidak pesat pada putusan dan tempat berdampak tidak definit putusan. Berikutnya, bukti fisik dan WOM berdampak pesat pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi. Lebih lanjut, produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, serta reputasi berdampak tidak pesat pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi dan proses berdampak tidak definit pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi.

Abstract

Usaha Micro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah menyumbang lebih dari 60% Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia, dan menyerap lebih dari 95% tenaga kerja nasional. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan teknologi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Pemerintah telah mencanang target untuk meningkatkan derajat UMKM dengan program UMKM GoDigital. Namun baru 26,7% pelaku UMKM yang telah GoDigital. Tidak tercapainya target pemerintah untuk program GoDigital dipengaruhi oleh beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM diantaranya yaitu adopsi teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat adopsi aplikasi SaaS oleh UMKM di Indonesia, ditinjau dari faktor teknologi dan organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empirik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diambil dan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan dan telah diisi oleh 182 pemilik UMKM secara online. Selanjutnya data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua dimensi dari faktor teknologi yang berpengaruh pada niat adopsi aplikasi yaitu kompleksitas (59,7%) dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (47,5%). Dari faktor organisasi dimensi yang berpengaruh adalah dukungan manajemen puncak (33,5%).

Abstract

This study examines the impact of psychological capital and digital literacy on innovation in entrepreneurship while also considering the mediating function of work-family conflict. This study utilised a quantitative research approach and involved a sample of 240 female entrepreneurs aged 19 to 50. The researchers collected data through a questionnaire they created and evaluated it using the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The results demonstrate that psychological capital and digital literacy have a significant and beneficial influence on innovation in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, these two variables exhibit a substantial negative association with work-family conflict. Intriguingly, work-family conflict presents a significant adverse effect on innovation. Additionally, psychological capital indirectly influences innovation via work-family strife; however, this indirect effect is not observed with digital literacy. In conclusion, psychological capital and digital literacy are crucial to enhancing innovation among female entrepreneurs. However, the friction that arises from having two roles, known as work-family conflict, might hinder innovation. Therefore, it is crucial to adopt a comprehensive approach to assist female entrepreneurs in tackling these obstacles. Abstract

Desa Buncitan merupakan desa binaan Universitas Dinamika yang memiliki cita-cita menjadi Buncitan Smart Village yang maju secara teknologi, ekonomi dan  industri. Untuk mewujudkan Desa Buncitan maju dalam bidang ekonomi, maka diselenggarakan program pemberdayaan perempuan melalui kelompok usaha perempuan mandiri dalam skala UMKM yang memperoleh Kartu Usaha Perempuan Mandiri. Permasalahan UMKM adalah rendahnya omzet penjualan karena belum menerapkan strategi digital marketing. Tujuan dari pendampingan pengembangan bisnis ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital agar dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan yang berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi keluarga dan ekonomi Desa Buncitan. Metode pelaksanaan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terbagi dalam enam tahapan yaitu orientasi, identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, persiapan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan pengembangan bisnis UMKM dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital agar terjadi peningkatan omzet penjualan sehingga memberdayakan dan memandirikan kaum perempuan dalam bidang ekonomi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah seluruh kegiatan berhasil terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar dimana pelaku UMKM telah mengikuti kegiatan dengan penuh semangat dan antusias sehingga terjadi peningkatan pada lima aspek, yaitu: 1) produksi, berupa peningkatan kualitas proses produksi dan label standar BPOM, 2) pemasaran, berupa merek dan logo, serta penerapan digital marketing, 3) keuangan, berupa pemisahan modal usaha dan peningkatan omzet penjualan, 4) teknologi informasi, berupa penggunaan QRIS serta pemanfaatan social media marketing dan  marketplace, dan 5) sumber daya manusia, berupa kerjasama dengan rekanan usaha. Sebanyak 11 UMKM (91,67%) mengalami peningkatan omzet penjualan antara 4%-22% dan 1 UMKM (8,33%) mengalami kegagalan karena faktor non-teknis.

Abstract

The Big Five Theory of McCrae and Costa state that personality is affected by five aspects namely Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to New Experience. The personality of each individual in the organization is essentialin order to achieve organization’s goal. Goal achievement is the final accumulation of individual performances in organization. This research aim to test the influence of personality based on the Big-Five Theory approach to performance, (which) mediated by organizational commitment factors. This research is explanatory research. Research testing was conducted through questioner that spread to 173 employees of Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya and used Structural Equation Model (SEM) through STATA Software for statistical tesing. The result shows that Conscientiousness and Openness to Experience are taken effect in performance, whereas Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism are not taken effect in performance. The result of this research also finds that Organization Commitment as mediator is not affected by performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of Soft Skills and Self Efficacy on Work Readiness and Self Efficacy as mediating variables. This research was conducted on students who are currently taking their final semester and students in Surabaya. This research was raised because undergraduate graduates have increased from year to year, but due to the high demands that must be met to obtain a job and the limited competencies they possess, graduates are not immediately ready to face the world of work. The sample in this study was taken using the Non Probability Sampling method using a saturated sample technique of 130 respondents. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the strength of direct and indirect relationships between various variables. The results of this research prove that soft skills have no effect on work readiness, self-efficacy has a significant effect on work readiness and soft skills have a significant effect on work readiness through self-efficacy.

Abstract

Technological advancements have progressed at an extraordinary pace, profoundly impacting various sectors, including e-commerce. This study investigates the influence of product reviews, ease of navigation, and pricing on purchasing decisions among Tokopedia users. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire to gather responses. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 4, with evaluations covering both the inner and outer models. The inner model assessment included path coefficients, Cronbach’s alpha, and R-squared values, while the outer model focused on convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The results show that product reviews have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (t-value = 3.589 > 1.96; p = 0.000 < 0.05), supporting hypothesis H1. Ease of navigation also has a significant positive influence (t-value = 5.009 > 1.96; p = 0.000 < 0.05), confirming hypothesis H2. Furthermore, pricing was found to significantly affect purchasing decisions (t-value = 2.676 > 1.96; p = 0.007 < 0.05), supporting hypothesis H3. The study concludes that product reviews, ease of navigation, and pricing each have a positive and statistically significant impact on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia platform.

Abstract

Background: The basis of this research problem comes from the importance of understanding the factors that influence the use of Hospital Management Information Systems (HIS). The adoption of HIS has direct implications for the operational efficiency and quality of health services provided by hospitals. Purpose: This research is to analyze the influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectation and Social Influence on Use Behavior of the Hospital Management Information System with Behavioral Intention as mediation. Methods: Quantitative observational research with a cross sectional approach. The total population is 650 respondents and the sample is 248 respondents taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Results: The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis showed that with a p-value of 0.000, it was concluded that there was an influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectation and Social Influence on the Behavioral Intention of the Hospital Management Information System with an influence size 80.1%. The p-value is 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a partial influence of Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior of the Hospital Management Information System with an influence size 87.4%. Conclusion: Engaging in intensive training, utilizing support resources, and providing open questions and input during implementation can accelerate the adaptation of the Hospital Management Information System at Hospital, has had a positive impact on improving the quality of health services.
