Abstract

This research looks at Canon printer sales in Surabaya through the prism of price, product quality, and brand perception. The study used a quantitative methodology to gather primary data from 112 Canon printer users who were selected through purposive sampling. Using a five-point Likert scale, sixteen indicators were assessed and analyzed in SmartPLS using PLS SEM. “ Reliability, discriminant validity, and convergent validity tests confirmed that all constructs met the criteria (outer loading > 0.70; AVE > 0.50; CR > 0.70).  Product quality (β = 0.261; p = 0.007), brand image (β = 0.359; p = 0.003), and price (β = 0.293; p = 0.005)” all positively and significantly impact purchase decisions, with brand image accounting for 61.5 % of the variation (R² = 0.615).  All three predictors are categorized as moderate contributors (f² ≈ 0.10-0.17) according to the effect size study.  These results suggest that in order to increase sales in Surabaya's printer market, Canon needs to work on improving its brand image, adding more features to its products, and keeping pricing low.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how consumer decisions to buy Misscrip brand kebab skin chips in Surabaya are influenced by price, halal certification, brand image, and product innovation.  Using a quantitative methodology, the study gathers data via an online survey.  There are 114 respondents in the sample who are above 17 and live in Surabaya.  A five-point Likert scale was employed in the survey to gauge respondents' opinions.  With the aid of SmartPLS software 4.1.0.9, data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).  The study found that the four independent factors—price, halal certification, brand image, and product innovation—had a significant and favorable impact on consumers' decisions to buy.  Brand image is the factor that influences purchases the most out of all of these.  This research suggests that strengthening product innovation, developing a favorable brand image, setting competitive prices, and ensuring that products have halal certification are all crucial to making MSME products like Misscrip more competitive.

Abstract

The ornamental fisheries sector in Indonesia has significant potential, including the Guppy (Poecilia Reticulata). FreeFish, an ornamental fish farming business based in Surabaya, faces challenges in marketing and expanding its market reach, despite having a high production capacity. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study on the FreeFish business, through observation, interviews, and surveys of 50 FreeFish customers. The results indicate that marketing strategies, including TikTok content, collaboration with streamers, event participation, and bundling sales, have a significant positive impact on increasing sales and expanding market reach. The BMC approach has proven effective in supporting the development of the fish business and increasing the effectiveness of FreeFish marketing and sales.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan, akan berakibat pada pembelian ulang terhadap perusahaan. Pernyataan tersebut sangat terkait antara kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan, yang dimana kualitas pelayanan juga berakibat pada pembelian ulang oleh pelanggan pada perusahaan. Peneliti mempunyai tujuan bahwa penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hasil kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Outlook Barbershop berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan memberikan dampak pembelian ulang pada Outlook Barbershop. Metode analisis untuk menganalisis data-data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat sejumlah 28 indikator dengan sampel minimal berjumlah 140 responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan memberi dampak signifikan pada pembelian ulang pelanggan di Outlook Barbershop.
