Abstract

Through the proper use of Human Resources (HR), it is hoped that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Banana Sale in Bungo Regency can further expand their marketing and be able to compete to become superior local products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Culture and Knowledge Sharing on the Performance of UMKM Pisang Sale Employees in Bungo Regency. This research method is Quantitative Explanatory using multiple linear regression analysis with a research sample of 104 people. The results of this research show that the regression equation formed is Y = 11.714+ 0.109X1 + 0.897 X2. The F-calculated value is 83.170 > F-table is 3.09, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Work Culture (X1) and Knowledge Sharing (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) of UMKM Pisang Sale. The R Square value is 0.622 or 62.2%, where the two independent variables contribute 62.2% to employee performance, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

In order to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation, especially among students, the Faculty of Economics teaching staff, supported by the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Muara Bungo University, conducted Community Service activities with the theme "Application of Kaizen Culture to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Students." This community service activity was conducted in the Auditorium of Muara Bungo University. The method used is a Seminar with a participatory learning approach. The results of the Entrepreneurship Seminar are expected to enhance the spirit and entrepreneurial mindset of students by being to apply the Kaizen Culture philosophy. Where students can become entrepreneurs themselves, which, if pursued diligently, can become a promising alternative profession that can serve as a primary source of income in the future.

Abstract

To find the good solutions in order to eradicate drug trafficking in Bungo Regency, The Bungo Regency’s Government in collaboration with the members of studying socio-cultural issues at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Muara Bungo University and under the direction of the Jambi Province National Narcotics Agency (BNNP Jambi) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Strategy for Combating Drug Trafficking in Bungo District Towards Indonesia Bersinar 2045. This FGD’s activity involves several organizational elements that have a strategic position in the Bungo District community and are considered to have ideas and solutions to combat drug offenders by taking into conditions of the social environment and local wisdom culture.

Abstract

Lectures of the Management Study Program at Muara Bungo University (UMB) have implemented a Community Service Program (PKM) to boost students' entrepreneurial spirit. This was carried out through a seminar and discussion with the theme "Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Students through Digital Marketing Strategies" in the UMB Faculty of Economics Auditorium. It is hoped that the seminar and discussion, designed with a participatory learning approach, will enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of UMB Management Study Program students and teach them how to use digital marketing to start businesses and open ventures.

Abstract

The research purpose is to determine the influence of human resource development on lecturer performance mediated by motivational variables at Muara Bungo University. This research method is descriptive and uses quantitative analysis SmartPLS 3 analysis statistical test tool. The population is lecturers at Muara Bungo University. Using the Accidental Sampling technique were 33 Permanent Lecturers who served at the Faculty on social, economics and law. The results directly show that Human Resources Development is not significant (P-Values ​​0.232 > 0.05) and has no effect on lecturer performance (t-statistics 1.196 < t-table 1.96). Human Resources Development is significant (P-Values ​​0.000<0.05) and has an effect on motivation (t-statistic 109.356>1.96). Motivation is significant (p-Values ​​0.000<0.05) and influences Lecturer Performance (t-statistics 5.729 > t-table 1.96). Furthermore, indirectly, it shows that Human Resources Development is significant (P-Values ​​0.001 <0.05) and has an effect on Lecturer Performance Mediated by Motivation (t-statistic 5.662 > 1.96). It is recommended that the Rector of Muara Bungo University choose the type and method of human resource development and continue to motivate subordinates to have an impact on improving lecturer performance.

Abstract

Mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimoderasi Motivasi Kerja Pada Universitas Muara Bungo. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan non dosen pada Universitas Muara Bungo menggunakan teknik Total Sampling berjumlah 45 orang. Penelitian menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif serta uji statistik SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh/memperlemah Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh/memperkuat Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja tidak berperan dalam memoderasi/memperlemah Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Universitas Muara Bungo.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction as mediated by the Motivation of Civil Servants at the Bungo District Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry, and Trade Office. Using a Quantitative Descriptive Research Method with Smart PLS 4.0 testing on 34 respondents. The results of this study directly show that the Work Environment (X) affects Job Satisfaction (Y) with a T-statistic value of (2.919 > 1.96). The Work Environment (X) affects Motivation (Z) with a T-statistic value of (4.233 > 1.96). Meanwhile, Motivation (Z) affects Job Satisfaction (Y) with a T-statistic value of (2.608 > 1.96). Indirectly, the Work Environment (X) does not significantly affect Job Satisfaction (Y) mediated by Motivation (Z), where the T-statistic is (1.824 < 1.96). Furthermore, it is recommended that the leadership foster a conducive work environment and employe commitment to their jobs to create opportunities for career advancement, which will increase the work motivation of civil servants in the Bungo District Cooperative, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Industry, and Trade Service.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Environment on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bungo Regency. The type of research conducted is quantitative research using the purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study consisted of 30 respondents. The data from this research were processed and analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with the help of SPSS version 26 software.The research results state that Leadership affects the Performance of Civil Servants where t-count (2.385) > t-table (2.051) and is significant because (0.024 < 0.05). Work Environment affects the Performance of Civil Servants where t-count (3.211) > t-table (2.051) and is significant because (0.003 < 0.05). Meanwhile, simultaneously, the independent variables affect the dependent variable where F-count 9.952 > F-table of 3.34 with a probability level (0.000 < 0.05). The Coefficient of Determination (R2) value is 42.4%, with the remaining influenced by other dimensions. Through this research, it is useful to enhance knowledge and insights related to Leadership and Work Environment on the Performance of Civil Servants.

Abstract

This Research to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Product Quality on the Purchase Intention of Wardah Cosmetics in Rimbo Bujang, Tebo Regency. The research population consists of all consumers of Wardah cosmetic products, which is an unlimited number, where a sample of 100 respondents was selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. (Sampel bertujuan). Based on the data processing results using SPSS, it was found that, partially, Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest in Wardah Cosmetics. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest in Wardah Cosmetics, and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest in Wardah Cosmetics. Simultaneously, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image, and Product Quality together have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Aguen brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK). The method used is quantitative descriptive research with SPSS 26 analysis of 96 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the price variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), with a calculated t value of 9.360 and significance (0.00<0.05). Likewise, the promotion variable (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a calculated t value of 6.085 and significance (0.00<0.05). Simultaneously, price (X1) and promotion (X2) also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), with a calculated F value of 107.470 and significance (0.00<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.698 indicates that 69.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by price and promotion factors, while the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
