Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing tools with the SPSS 21 application. The results of data analysis show that partially the inflation rate does not have a significant effect on the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia with a t value of -2.03 and a significant value of 0.051, and gold price fluctuations affect the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia with a t value of 7.811 and a significant value of 0.000. Simultaneously the inflation rate and gold price affect the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia with an F value of 30.81 and a significance of 0.000 and can be seen from the regression coefficient test (R2) the inflation rate and gold price fluctuations affect the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia by 64.4% and the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Kata kunci: mesin shredder; kandang dual-zona; zero waste; ekonomi sirkular; maggot Abstract Wonosari Village, Puger District, Jember Regency, faces serious problems in the management of organic waste, most of which is still disposed of or burned, causing environmental pollution and loss of economic potential. This service activity aims to integrate appropriate technology in the form of shredder machines and dual-zone maggot cages to support the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae as a zero waste solution based on a circular economy. The shredder is used to chop household and market organic waste into fine slurries, while the 2.5 m × 1.5 m × 1 m dual-zone cage with an additional 0.5 m drawer is designed without right angles to keep BSF flies from sticking to the frame, as well as separating a light room for mating and a dark-damp room for oviposition. Technical training to the Wonosari Village Youth Organization is carried out in a participatory manner, including shredder operation, cage management, and maggot cultivation cycle until harvest. The results of the implementation showed that the shredder was able to process 120–160 kg of organic waste per day, while the cage produced an egg hatching rate of 85–90% with consistent maggot production. Maggot are harvested at the age of 10–12 days with a size of 1–1.2 cm and a high protein content, used as poultry and fish feed, while organic residues are processed into compost. The impact achieved not only reduces the practice of burning waste, but also opens up new economic opportunities through the strengthening of Karang Taruna-based village waste management units. The integration of shredder machines and innovative maggot cages has proven effective in reducing organic waste, increasing maggot cultivation productivity, and strengthening the economic independence of rural communities based on the zero waste concept. Keywords: shredder machine; dual-zone enclosure; zero waste; circular economy; maggot

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing corporate transfer pricing decisions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 period. Independent variables include taxes, bonus mechanisms, ownership structure, company size, leverage, and profitability, with transfer pricing as the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The population of this study includes all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020–2023. The sample used was 43 companies. The results show that taxes, bonus mechanisms, and company size have a significant effect on transfer pricing decisions, while ownership structure, leverage, and profitability do not show a significant effect. These findings confirm that tax aspects and managerial incentives are the main drivers of transfer pricing practices. This study is expected to provide input for company management, tax authorities, and investors in understanding transfer pricing practices in the context of tax regulations and the capital market in Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesia faces various challenges despite the existing regulations. Key issues include transparency, accountability, and the strong political influence in corporate decision-making. This study aims to analyze the application of GCG principles in Indonesia, identify the barriers, and provide recommendations for strengthening the effective implementation of governance. Using a narrative review approach, this research examines various previous studies related to corporate governance in Indonesia. The findings show that, although GCG regulations in Indonesia have evolved, their implementation is often hindered by weak oversight, political influence, and discrepancies between theory and practice. Additionally, the findings underscore the importance of the roles of the board of commissioners, audit committees, and external oversight in improving GCG implementation in Indonesia. This study contributes by enhancing the understanding of the gap between corporate governance theory and practice in Indonesia and offers more practical recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to improve corporate transparency and accountability. The research also provides new insights into the development of governance theories more relevant to Indonesia's context. Abstract

This community service was carried out to enhance the capacity of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Wuluhan Jember in developing learning devices integrated with literacy, Character Education Strengthening (PPK), and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This activity is important because some teachers have not fully mastered the concept of learning devices that combine technology and character, resulting in less meaningful teaching and low student engagement. The implementation method involved a two-day interactive workshop, including material presentation, group discussions, practice in preparing RPP based on interactive media, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a post-test score improvement of up to 35%, more creative and innovative RPP quality, and teachers’ positive attitudes toward learning technology. Program sustainability is supported through the establishment of a technology assistance team and plans for follow-up training. These findings confirm that systematic interventions can enhance teacher competence, promote creative learning, and strengthen the 21st-century education ecosystem sustainably.
