Abstract

Mutu pendidikan adalah hal yang mutlak di era persaingan sekarang, yang lebih mementingkan kualitas atau mutu ketimbang kuantitas. Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu akan dicari oleh para siswa, sementara lembaga yang tidak berkualitas akan ditinggalkan. Mutu pendidikan akan mudah diperoleh bila memanfaatkan sistem informasi. Artikel ini membahas tentang mutu pendidikan dan sistem informasi mutu tersebut. Argumen yang dibangun adalah kedua hal itu merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Sesuatu yang bermutu tidak banyak berguna bila tidak diinformasikan, sementara informasi tentang sesuatu yang tidak bermutu juga akan dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang tidak penting.

Abstract

Dorongan seksual tersebut diciptakan oleh Tuhan dan diletakkan dalam diri manusia untuk dipertanggungjawabkan dan disalurkan sesuai petunjuknya. Dengan penyaluran dorongan biologis tersebut akan dicapai kenikmatan badaniah, ketenangan jiwa, keturunan, dan sebagainya. Dengan penyaluran dorongan biologis ini, maka terjadi dinamika kehidupan dan kelangsungan regenerasi dapat dipertahankan.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Seks, Remaja

Abstract

Management is a systematic and structured effort to make adjustments between planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating so that their main goals are achieved. This research was conducted in Madrasah Tsanawiyah at the Yayasan Pendidikan Agama Islam Rengat (YPAIR) which was established and inaugurated by the Japanese government in April 1945. This article aims to describe the implementation of management in the Madrasah. The method used is qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this article shows some facts that the leadership of the head of Madrasah from the beginning until now, tends to apply the concept of management as an art. Because, it was not found from several changes to the head of the madrasa, as a professional or having taken management-related education. The change in the leadership of the head of the Madrasah was chosen on the basis of kinship, which then affects the quality of Madrasah management and the achievement of goals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pendidikan madrasah mampu melahirkan anak- anak yang berakhlaq dan memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi. Era baru pendidikan yang diiringi oleh pesatnya perubahan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat saat ini terkadang tidak siknifikan dengan keberhasilan dunia pendidikan dalam membangun manusia bermartabat muliya. Globalisasi yang telah melahirkan Revolusi Industri 4.0 (selanjutnya disingkat 4IR) yang sudah dirasakan sejak tahun 2011, merupakan bentuk implikasi perubahan secara fundamental, perubahan itu adalah : Internet of Data, Internet of People, revolusi industri 4.0 dunia dikejutkan lagi dengan konsep baru yaitu society 5.0 abat 21. Fokus keahlian bidang pendidikan abad 21 saat ini meliputi cretivity, critical thingking communicaion dan collaboration atau yang dikenal dengan 4 Cs. Beberapa kemampuan yang harus dimiliki di abad 21 ini meliputi: leadership, digital literacy, communication, emotional. Hal ini berinflikasi terhadap menurunnya moralitas , sikap perilaku anak bangsa dalam berbagai asfek kehidupan. Hal ini telah mengakibatkan lemahnya pesan moral agama (akhlaq, adab dan nilai ketaatan lainnya ) yang tidak menyentuh bathin manusia yang paling dalam yaitu kesadarannya dalam melakukan perbuatan baik. Sebagai konsekuensinya, anak-anak madrasah dituntut memiliki unsur inovatif dan kreatif di dalam dirinya dengan kesadaran yang tinggi untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai moral agama yang dimilikinya. Dan ini merupakan tantangan baru bagi generasi muda di era transisi saat ini.

Abstract

This paper discusses the effectiveness of supervision carried out by madrasa supervisors in the Ministry of Religion of the Kepulauan Riau Province from a contemporary perspective. The problem is that in the Kepulauan Riau Province there is an imbalance between the number of madrasas and the number of supervisors needed. One thing that is interesting is how the management of educational supervision is carried out while the number of supervisors has not been reached. This research is categorized as field research with qualitative research methods. The data were taken from direct observations at the research location, namely at the Ministry of Religion of the Kepulauan Riau Province and in madrasas. The nature of this research is descriptive-analytical research which aims to accurately describe and analyze the supervision carried out by madrasa supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of the Kepulauan Riau Province. From the data collected, it was found that those who act as madrasa supervisors within the Ministry of Religion of the Kepulauan Riau Province are mostly madrasa heads. Therefore, in addition to serving as a leader in his madrasa, the madrasa principal is also expected to be able to understand and be able to carry out supervision properly. With such conditions, adequate competence is needed that must be possessed by a madrasa supervisor who doubles as the head of the madrasa. So that the supervision carried out can run effectively.

Abstract

Quality is a determining indicator of the existence of Islamic higher education institutions in the future. Higher education with quality will be in demand by the community. Therefore, quality must be a priority indicator in the implementation of Islamic-based higher education. In order for the quality to continue to increase, universities should implement the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in all areas of university administration. Integrated quality management requires the existence of an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) which aims to ensure the implementation of ducation according to standards. In order for the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) to run well, it is necessary to have a quality culture that is well understood and implemented by stakeholders. The quality culture contains several aspects, namely: 1) focus on customers, 2) obsession with quality, 3) scientific approach, 4) long-term commitment, 5) teamwork, 6) continuous improvement of the system, 7) education and training, 8) controlled freedom, 9) respect for everyone, 10) unity of purpose, 11) involvement and empowerment of employees. Efforts that can be made in developing and maintaining the quality of Islamic higher education include: 1) Strategic Plan as a basis for implementing education, 2) building a higher education brand image, 3) consistency in implementing the internal quality assurance system.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the STEM learning model is implemented and what are the obstacles to implementing the learning model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The technical stages of data analysis included data reduction, data presentation and data verification, while checking the reliability of the data was carried out by extending participation, accuracy of observations, triangulation and consulting supervisors. The results of the study show that the STEM learning model in the future for Al Aliyya's playgroup education has implemented a STEM learning model where learning is child-centered so that children are more active in thinking and solving the problems they face. The application of STEM learning in Al Aliyya's play group is in the form of physical motor activities, storytelling, sensory, construction play, role play, science play, art, cooking, and literacy. While the STEM learning constraints are in the form of inefficient use of time, there are differences in character or learning attitudes of children who want to win alone with what they want to play, so that it is not uncommon to fight over toys even though before playing the educator has given a foothold and has made an agreement with the child about the rules of the game. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran STEM serta apa saja kendala penerapan model pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahap teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data, sedangkan pengecekan keterpercayaan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketelitian pengamatan, triangulasi dan melakukan konsultasi ke pembimbing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran STEM ke depan terhadap pendidikan kelompok bermain Al Aliyya sudah menerapkan model pembelajaran STEM di mana pembelajaran berpusat pada anak sehingga anak lebih aktif dalam berpikir dan memecahkan permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Penerepan pembelajaran STEMĀ  di kelompok bermain Al Aliyya berupa adanya kegiatan fisik motorik, bercerita, sensorial, bermain konstruksi, bermain peran, bermain sains, seni, memasak, dan literasi. Sedangkan faktor kendala pembelajaran STEM berupa penggunaan waktu yang kurang efisien, adanya perbedaan karakter berupa atau sikap belajar anak yang mau menang sendiri dengan apa yang ingin dimainkannya, sehingga tidak jarang terjadi berebutan mainan walaupun sebelum main pendidik sudah memberikan pijakan main dan sudah membuat kesepakatan dengan anak tentang aturan main.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan metode sosiodrama merupakan suatu alternatif untuk menarik minat belajar sisiswa di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi metode sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Untuk mengetahui kendala dalam penerapan methode sosiodrama dalam meningktkan minat belajar siswa. dan untuk mengetahui solusi dalam menghadapi kendala Pada Implementasi metode sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, Subjek penelitian menggunakan metode Perposive Sampling, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sejarah kebudayaan islam dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Taknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini pertama guru menerapkan metode sosiodrama yaitu memberitahu materi kepada siswa, lalu membagi kelompok serta memberitahu ke siswa untuk membuat dialog setelah itu baru menampilkan sosiodrama nya di depan kawan-kawannya. kedua kendala yang di hadapi guru dalam menerapkan metode sosiodrama pada pembelajaran sejarah kebudayaan islam yaitu kurangnya latihan serta keterbatasan waktu. ketiga solusi guru dalam mengatasi kendala pada penerapan metode sosiodrama pembelajaran sejarah kebudayan islam yaitu menyediakan waktu latihan dan meningkatkan kreativitas pada pembelajaran sejarah kebudayaan islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the special services of Integrated Islamic High Schools in improving education user satisfaction in North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The research subjects in this paper are principals, teachers, education personnel, parents, students, and alumni. Data collection consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study contains four types of data, namely: interviews (semi-structured), observations, documents, and audio-visual materials. Meanwhile, secondary data is taken from library materials including books, online articles, online news, and school websites, all of which are related to the research objectives. Data analysis techniques start from validating the accuracy of information, transcribing data, preparing data, reading all data, coding data, connecting themes, and interpreting the meaning of themes. The data validity test consists of analyzing data sources, member checking, overcoming bias, using a long duration at the research site, and requesting the help of external auditors to conduct a comprehensive examination of the entire research. The results showed that Integrated Islamic High Schools in North Sumatra Province have a variety of specialized services with varying quality. In general, users are satisfied with the education services offered. However, some areas require improvement, such as teaching methods, school facilities, and technology integration.
