Abstract

Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi identitas, anamnesa, penentuan fisik, laboratorium, diagnosa dan tindakan medis terhadap seorang pasien yang dicatat baik secara tertulis maupun elektronik. Sistem penyelenggaraan rekam medis mulai dari pencatatan selama pasien mendapatkan pelayanan medik, dilanjutkan dengan penyelenggaraan, penyimpanan serta pengeluaran berkas rekam medis dari tempat penyimpanan untuk melayani permintaan/peminjaman oleh pasien atau untuk keperluan lainnya. Saat ini fasilitas kesehatan berupaya mengganti pengelolaan rekam medis manual menjadi elektronik. Klinik Pratama Romana Deli Serdang merupakan salah satu klinik yang berada di wilayah Deli Serdang yang memiliki manajemen berencana merubah pelaksanaan unit rekam medis manual yang sudah berjalan menjadi rekam medis elektronik. Tujuan penelitian untuk merancang konsep rekam medis elektronik untuk Klinik Pratama Romana.  Jenis penelitian dekriptif kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak 5 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan rekam medis membutuhkan kualifikasi petugas dengan latar belakang D4 manajemen informasi kesehatan, pembuatan prosedur dari pendaftaran hingga pelaporan dan pengkodean sesuai ICD dan penetapan hak akses rekam. Simpulan adalah manajemen Klinik Pratama Romana sudah memiliki dukungan yang tinggi dalam penerapan rekam medis elektronik hingga penerapan konsep dapat dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai dengan standar dan kebutuhan.

AbstractBackground in this research highest neoplasm case in RSUP Dr Hasan Sadikin Bandung on 2013 is MalignantNeoplasma of Cervix Uteri, Unspecified as much 193 case. Meanwhile for make certain about main diagnoseis can’t contains information “Unspecified” because can influence to grouping DRG or act of determiningcost of hospital. Kind of this research is descriptive study with retrospective approachment. Variable in thisresearch is “inpatient with main diagnose Carcinoma Cervix Uteri Unspecified code”. Population in thisresearch as much 193 inpatient document with main diagnose Carcinoma Cervix Uteri and using total samplingtechnique. Last result of topography code is C53.9 (Unspecified) can be classified into specified code based onICD-O to C53.8 as much 70 code, C53.0 as much 68code dan C53.1 as much 55 code and morphology codecan be classified be M8072/32 as much 60 code, M8010/31 as much 31 code, M8072/33 as much 33 code,M8072/31 as much 20 code, M8010/32, as much 18 code, M8071/33 as much 8 code, M8071/32 as much 5code, M8010/33, M8320/31, M8441/32 as much 4 code, dan M8071/31 as much 3 code. Dalam menentukan kode diagnosis utama tidak diperbolehkanmengandung keterangan “Unspecified” yang dapat berakibat terhadap grouping DRG atau penentuan jumlahbiaya rawat yang dibayarkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif.Variabel penelitian ini adalah kodefikasi diagnosis utama pasien rawat inap kasus Carcinoma cervix uteriUnspecified. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 193 dokumen pasien diagnosis utama Carcinomacervix uteri dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Total Sampling. Hasil kode topografiyang sebelumnya adalah kode C53.9 (Unspecified) dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi menjadi kode yanglebih spesifik berdasarkan ICD-O menjadi kode C53.8 sebanyak 70 kode, C53.0 sebanyak 68 kode danC53.1 sebanyak 55 kode. Kode morfologi dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi M8072/32 sebanyak 60 kode;M8010/31sebanyak 31 kode; M8072/33 sebanyak 33 kode; M8072/31 sebanyak 20 kode; M8010/32sebanyak 18 kode; M8071/33 sebanyak 8 kode; M8071/32 sebanyak 5 kode; M8010/33, M8320/31,M8441/32 sebanyak 4 kode, dan M8071/31sebanyak 3 kode. Proses Kodefikasi topologi dan morfologidiagnosis utama pada kasus Carcinoma cervix uteri menggunakan ICD-O dilihat dari formulir AnamnesaGinekologi dan Lembar Hasil Pemeriksaan Patologi Anatomi. Kodefikasi morfologi sebaiknya dilaksanakandi RSUP Dr Hasan Sadikin dikarenakan pentingnya kode tersebut untuk mengetahui frekuensi angka kejadiankanker dalam bentuk Cancer Resgistry yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan informasikeseluruhan data kanker sehingga dapat dihasilkan data statistik kejadian kanker pada satu waktu tertentu.Kata kunci: Kodefikasi,Carcinoma, Cervix Uteri, ICD-O

Abstract

This research aims to develop a new learning media called "Malo Maretong" which can improve the numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods by applying the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. There are five steps in this development, but researchers focus on the first four: analysis, design, development, and implementation. This research involves literature study, validation by experts, as well as product evaluation and revision. Data was collected through questionnaires conducted by media experts, language experts and early childhood experts. Malo Maretong was successfully developed as an effective learning medium to improve the numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years. The assessment from media experts received an average of 3.9 with a feasibility percentage of 97% and a "very feasible" category. The assessment from linguists received an average of 3.2 with an eligibility percentage of 80% and the "decent" category. The assessment from early childhood experts received an average of 3.2 with a feasibility percentage of 80% and the "decent" category. The validation results showed a very positive assessment from experts with a high average rating and a "very feasible" category. After validation by experts, product revisions and small-scale trials were carried out. The results of the small-scale trial showed an average assessment of 3.7 with a feasibility percentage of 93% and a "very feasible" category. This research makes an important contribution to the development of learning media that suits the needs and characteristics of early childhood, and provides strong recommendations for the implementation of Malo Maretong in the learning context of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of collage games on creativity in children aged 5-6 years at the GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten children for the 2022-2023 academic year, totaling 130 people and a sample of 25 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using 13 positive closed observation items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of collage games on creativity in children aged 5-6 years at GKPI Tarutung City Kindergarten: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by rxy = 0.613 > rtable(=0.05, n=25) = 0.396, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable 2.069, thus there is a significant relationship between variable 0.67X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The majority of people living in Kelurahan Batang Beruh, Sidikalang Sub-district, Dairi Regency are school-age children between 6 and 12 years old. Children at this age are active learners. Therefore, innovation is needed in the organization of tutoring and reading terraces to increase insight, information and knowledge. Because with knowledge, children can at least begin to understand what they have ignored and considered unimportant, and turn it into something useful to improve their lives. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving emoticon sticker rewards on the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method of the pre-experimental design type in the form of "One Shot Case Study". The population was all children aged 5-6 years (group B) at the Tarutung Touch of Eternal Love Kindergarten, totaling 67 people and a sample of 18 children was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, purposive sampling type. Data was collected using a 15-item positive closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that there is an Emoticon Sticker Reward given to the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years at the Tarutung Touch of Eternal Love Kindergarten: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.588 > rtable(a=0, 05,n=18) = 0.468, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable )= 2.120, thus there is a significant relationship between variable "+1.11X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan inklusif terhadap pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di TK Al Atfal Qusqazah. Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendekatan yang memungkinkan ABK belajar bersama dengan anak lainnya dalam satu lingkungan pendidikan yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan inklusif di TK Al Atfal Qusqazah telah dilakukan dengan berbagai strategi, seperti pelatihan guru, adaptasi kurikulum, fasilitas yang aksesibel, manajemen sekolah dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, kurangnya pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik, dan tingkat penerimaan yang bervariasi dari peserta didik lainnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendidikan inklusif di TK Al Atfal Qusqazah telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan ABK, terutama dalam aspek sosial dan akademik. Diperlukan dukungan lebih lanjut dari berbagai pihak, seperti guru, orang tua, dan pemerintah, agar implementasi pendidikan inklusif dapat berjalan lebih optimal.
